Found this company via Amgi where he was showing a top rating. Put in service request around 6pm, has a response back within 45 minutes. Setup appointment for next day. Tech (owner of company) called when on his way, arrived within the window he had promised. Put covers on shoes when coming in. Discussed history of problem. Tech immediately knew the fix. Demonstrated the fix and tool needed (where to buy, cost, etc.). Had problem fixed in less than 5 minutes. He also pointed out some other things about refrigerator to save homeowner money (water filters). Overall, very pleased with company's service - very knowledgeable, willing to share information, on time, etc. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good appliance repair company.

Mark did a wonderful job diagnosing that my refrigerator was fine, and just needed a new ice maker. He arrived on time and also did a great job.

Mark was sensational. He corrected a very odd problem with my Samsung dryer door. The dryer would not stop running, unless the door was left ajar. His solution did not require purchasing any new parts. He was a delight to work with and I would gladly hire him again.

Mark was impressive. He had me send him photographs of the interior of my dishwasher and the model number prior to his visit. When he tested the dishwasher, it did drain. I paid him for the visit, however he told me that if the dishwasher didn’t drain again within 90 days, he would return at no extra charge. I did have a problem within a week and Mark returned and observed the that the dishwasher wasn’t aligned correctly when it was originally installed. He successfully repaired the dishwasher and was also willing to complete two other minor repair tasks for a reasonable fee. Mark is highly personable and I would certainly contact him again if I needed repairs on any of my appliances.

When I had a problem with my washing machine, Mark was quick to respond. He arrived promptly at the time he estimated. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to get the part and repair my machine the same day. The price was reasonable and I would hire him again in a flash if needed. Highly recommended!

There was an electrical short at the back of my range due to improper installation when it was purchased. Mark Mason quickly diagnosed the problem, drove to get the correct part and now my range is as good as new! Great service!

Service was excellent, technician showed up in a timely manner, was courteous and very professional. Diagnosed the issue and determined it was not an applicance issue but a wiring issue from an improper installation when the appliance was purchased. Could have easily mis diagnosed and performed a "bogus" repair, instead explained his findings and recommended we contact an electrician that specialized in the type of repair that was necessary. His diagnosis was correct and the electrician corrected the problem inline with the diagnosis made by the appliance repair technician. Would (and will) highly recommend this company for future business

Mark was extremely considerate and helpful in assessing that my freezer could only be repaired at high cost and it was time for me to purchase a new refrigerator. My Maytag refrigerator had lasted over 30 years. He helped me select a compact refrigerator that I could use prior to ordering a new refrigerator. I would readily select him again for an appliance repair.

My ice maker was not functional (ice had been small and hollow, then stopped making it all together), and Marc was able to come out within 2 days to investigate the issue. The back of the freezer was completely full of ice, which he defrosted and upon inspection believed it was a blocked intake line which seemed to be clear after a full cleaning. Marc said that if it wasn't working he would come right back out. By the following day, we had just a bit of ice but it was small/hollow and clearly not working right. I contacted Marc and he came the following day @ no charge to troubleshoot further. He determined the problem to be the main water line coming from the basement, and recommended replacing it. He had to purchase a new line, and came back out a few days later to install it. He only charged for the parts and labor - not an additional trip charge. It now works like a charm. Summary: Marc was very knowledgeable and professional. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Excellent! Mark was on time and did an awesome job in locating the problem and in clearly explaining why the problem occurred and then potential fixes. He even located out-of-stock parts and helped me to order them. Mark was friendly, professional, and clearly informed about appliance repair. I’ve saved his card, for he will be the first one I call the next time I need help.

He gave me an ETA, arrived on time, fixed/identified the issue and made sure the appliance worked before he left. Went above and beyond by testing the original part in question and was able to show me the issue.
