Description of Work: Called Mark to see about our 7y/o Samsung 55 in TV. Told him the problem with the TV. He told me what he thought the problem was,and he would call me back in 10 minutes with quote to fix it. Cost was about $225. Not sure if its worth that to fix a 7y/0 TV. But if we decide to fix it,will definitely call him. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP MARK.

Description of Work: Gave great advice. Even over the phone he offered a simple solution to a problem that Best Buy's Geek Squad couldn't. He agreed to stop by the house to see if the wiring job my husband did could be improved upon. He came, gave advise and the job was simple enough for us to fix. HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME!!!! I didn't think this kind of service existed in the world anymore. Very knowledgable. Knows his business and pleases customers. He's made a customer for life.
