Description of Work: My Panasonic TV made a snapping noise and quit working. Mason TV got some info over the phone and was able to give an initial diagnosis based on the number of times the red light blinked when I tried to turn it on. Armed with that info, he determined that the TV was fixable, ordered the part needed and had the thing working soon after he arrived at my house. I nearly gave a B on punctuality because the part he needed hadn't arrived by our initial appointment time, but, to his credit, he called in advance and rescheduled the next day, so docking seems unfair. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I had a TV that was less than 2 years old that quit working. I contacted him about this and setup an appointment. He knew what was wrong, but unfortunately brought the wrong part with him. He returned several days later and completed the install.

Description of Work: First appointment diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Second appointment about 1 wk later installed the part. TV has worked great since. Mark was responsive, professional and punctual. Definitely would use him again and would recommend him to others.

Description of Work: We moved into a new has that the previous owner had left a TV. We checked Angies List and agreed upon calling Mark. Mark was promept and professional. He showed us how to work the TV. The problem was a burnt out bulb which he fixed. He recommended buying the bulb that was from the TV manufacturer and not a knock off. The TV has worked perfect since the fix.
