Description of Work: replaced kitchen and bath floor, took up the existing and replaced with new flooring. This week came back to fix the sides that stared to buckle . |I would recommend them, used them to carpet living room floor. Very professional, easy to work with.

Description of Work: I received an estimate from JP Flooring. The estimate was very reasonable and I received it within only a couple days. They were very professional and always returned my calls/e-mails in a timely manner. We decided to keep our hardwood floors, but I will contact JP Flooring with any future carpet needs.

Description of Work: Went to JP flooring intending to buy hardwood flooring. Very bad experience. Salesman not helpful at all. Conflicting stories about installation. It took a very long time for salesman to get back to us with information etc. Would NOT recommend them.

Description of Work: I called and asked them to come out and measure to give us an estimate on flooring in our foyer. The person who measured wanted to come out immediately when he received the call. We asked that he come that next day and were told "I've already got 10 measurements scheduled and cannot make it." We then scheduled for a Monday and he wanted to be here early, which we accepted as a 7:30 am time. He showed up before 7:30, which is okay, however, he was very short with me when I asked any questions. He took about 5 minutes to measure and told me that someone would contact me that same day about an estimate. WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM JP FLOORING AS OF TODAY. I used another company that was EXCELLENT and very customer service oriented.

Description of Work: I thought the salespeople were very helpful, but Reese were some communication issues. When we paid for the carpet there was no talk of scheduling the installation. I understand that they wanted us to wait until the carpet was , however we were not even given a estimate of when that would happen. We had to make a few phone calls before we had the installation scheduled. We would have liked to have seen the scheduling initiated by them, not us.

Description of Work: We were doing a kitchen remodel and I went in to inquire about material for a backsplash. It was my first time in the store and I could not believe their selection. I worked with Louise who has a great knowledge of design. Ended up using stone and glass tiles. Their CAD guy made a design and my husband and I went in person to make some revisions. Louise was receptive and very patient with our requests. Every phase of the project went right on schedule. The gentleman who came out to do measurements was friendly and professional. The subcontractor, Roger, is such a creative artisan. It was wonderful to watch him work and he was very friendly, cleaned up after himself every day. I'd like to mention how I came to seek out this business. I did my granite countertops through Home Depot Westchester and not sure I'd use them again. I didnt feel like they had much of a backsplash selection, nor did Lowes. Had an appt at Ferguson but our gal never came out to get us because she was with other customers. We watched folks walk in off the street and get waited on and we didnt. I went to Angies List and emailed Cincinnati Stoneworks. The owner mentioned he doesnt do backsplash and recommended JP Flooring and spoke highly of Louise. If you go to JP Flooring check out their model kitchen and the killer granite countertops which was indeed done by Cincy Stoneworks. Am hoping this review will act to pay it forward, for the wonderful experience we had. I love our kitchen and the backsplash is definately the shining star.

Description of Work: Terrible service. Would not use ever again. Both manager and sale person do not return phone call. Carpet was not installed fully. Did not call before delivery. Did not show up to complete the job and did not bother to call to say why they did not show up. Yes, after I report them to Angie's List, they called and returned part of my money, however, the outcome is I now have 2 adjacent rooms with unmatched carpet.
