Description of Work: Cleaned and colored sealed ceramic tile / grout in kitchen/family room. Also rebonded & reset 10 sq ft of damaged grout. Beautiful results & fantastic workers. They cleaned & sealed tiles in my front entrance, which was not part of bid...but hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Cleaned and colored grout in kitchen/bathroom. They also helped select the color. As a result the tile in both the kitchen and bathroom looks much better and the rooms look bigger because the color of the grout is close to the color of the tile.

Description of Work: Initially, call back to schedule an estimate was Lousy (2-3 days). Without adequate competition, I chose them. Clean, regrout, and caulk ceramic tile shower. This portion of the job was completed excellent. This shower was exhibiting a loose shower faucet handle and this company assured me that this was an easy fix. Upon retrospect, I should have called a plumber for this portion. The Grout Medic tried to fix. The "mixer" broke. They were able to fix, but now the water temperatures are switched for the position of the handle. I called them back to try to get this fixed, but I have not heard back from them. I will now have to call a plumber anyway.
