Appointment set and kept at our house January 20 by Boyd. He took pictures and measurements. Told me he’d have to have Gary review and I would be sent an email with quotes for several segments of work, probably January 25. Haven’t heard a word since.

He came to look at the job on Thursday, 2/4/21 and was supposed to give me an estimate on Monday, 2/8/21. I waited a week to call and ask. I left a voice message. I waited another week or two and call their number and left another message. I still have not received an estimate.

I got 4 estimates for a tile backsplash (of the contractors that called me back) and Grout Medic exceeded my expectations not only in price but in professionalism, speed, and knowledge. Everything went very smoothly and I would definitely hire again for future projects.

He showed up when he was supposed to, was clean, polite neat and did an excellent job.

Gayne Enterprises made estimation coming for Back Splash installation for the kitchenet in the basement on 02.25.2020. We demonstrated the tile (20 sq ft). However, today, on 03.05.2020 a coming technician told tat he can not make the cutlets indicated in the contract (although we have additional four tiles just in case). We lost the time. This is, I am sure you will agree, not a good way to conduct business. I expect that Gayne Enterprises will install Back Splash in my basement

appt 2-4...no show...I called several times to confirm...and still no show.. called at 5 pm...an hour late...he was ill and a smoker...I did not want either of those things in my home...

We were very pleased. The technician arrived on time and began work immediately. We were told that he would be here all day but he was finished within three hours! He cleaned the white tile floor and it looks like new. Areas in the shower and in the bathroom itself that needed regrouting were done beautifully--you can't tell where the work was done. Cleanup was thorough and he gave us instructions on followup care.

It went well. They told us what to expect and things were done according to schedule. Completed tasks as expected and all went well.

Larry from Grout Medic stopped by to provide an estimate. He took his time assessing the job & expressed his thoughts clearly. We discussed transition strip options. Larry wrote out a detailed, itemized estimate. I accepted the estimate & contracted Grout Medic. Larry & Al did the work. Excellent job. Grout in all rooms was color sealed so it is completely uniform in color & spotless. Transition strips look great - better than expected. Very satisfied customer. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It went well. The Grout Medic came and offered a quote when requested and the quote seemed reasonable. The sealer came on time and the work took about 1/2 day to complete.

From the moment I called until the job was completed, the process was seamless, prompt, and courteous with professional results. Jessica promptly responded to my e-mail message with a phone call and quickly scheduled someone to come out and give me an estimate. I was satisfied with the thoroughness of the person (sorry I do not remember his name) and with the reviews here on Angie's List that I did not look for another estimate. I called and Jessica was able to get my job scheduled that week. John is the person that came out to repair both of my tile/grout areas. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable about tile, grout, flooring and answered my questions about maintenance. As you can see from the pictures, his work is professional. My shower looks like a brand new shower. There is no more water on the floor. I will definitely call them to have my tile floors steam cleaned and sealed. The only thing John had to come back the next week was to re-grout the tile in the laundry room. The color he had with him the day of the job did not match existing tile, and being a perfectionist he didn't want to use it because it would stand out as not matching. The fact that it didn't match was not the Grout Medic's fault. My lighting was out in the laundry room that week and both the person who came out to give me the estimate and John were working in dim lighting conditions. John took a piece of the loose grout with him to get a perfect match. Both the shower and the steps are in excellent condition.

Good job on the shower. The floor grout looks better than before but I was disappointed that not all of the dirt came out in the cleaning even though I was told in advance this was a possibility and could be remedied by grout coloring. However, the additional charge for this service would have been almost as much as the initial cleaning and sealing and I didn't think it was worth the additional cost.

Excellent job performed by two workmen. Kitchen floor is beautiful -- it is impossible to discern the replacement tiles. Grout color match is perfect. Bathroom shower stall is fabulous -- mold is gone/cleaned and tile work is great! Well done!

Went great was able to work with them before they started to get the best result that I was very happy with and hadn't thought of as a possibility.

I was totally impressed on the honesty and professionalism. I was shocked on how clean the area was every time they left. We are very happy with the end result!
