I regret not permitting our 13 year old son to do this job as the quality may have been better. Very disappointed based on the high price we paid for their service. The guys were very polite. Appt set for 9am which they originally said to give them some time for traffic but will call when on their way. They called at 9:53 to say they were caught in traffic & would arrive at 10:30. Called again at 10:15 & said it would be closer to 11.

Technician was on time and very professional. Appeared to have a good knowledge of product and listened to all questions. Technician said quote would be ready next week on Tuesday or Wednesday. Quote was to be emailed. I verified email was written down correctly. Date is now 3/23 and no quote. Front desk was very good in setting up appointment. Too long of delay for quote and absolutely no response.

Overall the work was performed as requested and was originally happy with the overall look and job done by the company. Fast forward to Sept 2014: There was raising of the tile in the master bathroom shower and grout medic has a 1 year limited warranty on their work, unfortunately although I had planned to contact them about the raised tile and the cracking, I missed the deadline to contact them. Jan 2015: There was water leaking into the living room ceiling and garage and it is a result of the grout work in the master bathroom shower. The whole shower is now required to be gutted and redone due to the deteriorating grout and water leaks that have occurred. To have the shower re-grouted by grout medic was $410.00 and I would have liked to think that something that cost that much and was done professionally would have lasted longer than a years time. I now have a much larger and more costly problem to deal with and it is hard not to think that if I had not had grout medic re-grout the shower, would I be going through this right now. In response: thank you for the response but this is not a minor repair... Repair is totaling out around 10K due to the shower having to be completely taken out because the grout deteriation is so massive.

They were very professional and very nice, both the owner/estimator and the man who came out to do the actual tile/grout work. Tile/grout looks great! Like getting a new tub/shower for much less.

The individual who did the initial estimate was thorough and explained recommended work. Work was promptly scheduled. When we had to add some work repairing tiles that had been damaged when the shower door was removed (we were having it removed before the cleaning to be replaced later) company was very accommodating and made a very reasonable adjustment to the estimate. The two-man crew who did the work was courteous, clean, and some of the hardest working guys Iwe've ever had do work at the house! They made sure they showed us work in progress regularly throught the day. All work was done in one day. They thoroughly reviewed the work they had performed. The end result was even better than expected. Our 30-year old tiles looked like new. We would highly recommend The Grout Medic - professional from start to finish; good value for the work performed; great results!

They did seal the shower room and treated the problem we had, however, we also paid for steam cleaning and seal, they did not steam clean the tile and seal it. we just get brush cleaning. we will not use their service no more.

They did a fantastic job! There was a 2 man team. They were a little late, but they did call to let me know which I really appreciated. To make up for it, they worked non-stop! They stayed until 7 pm to make sure the work was completed. The guys that did the job didn't take into account that we have smaller tiles than typical floor tiles, so it was a lot. The price was very reasonable for the large amount we had. The tiles looked like new! I would definitely use them again.

The grout was first cleaned and a fan placed to dry grout while second bathroom grout was cleaned and fan placed to dry. Then, a color stain was used to blend the grout to the tiles. The work was extremely professional. The service provider did excellent work and we would be pleased to use this company again.

Best gift I've given myself in so long! Larry worked all day long removing, repairing and replacing the caulk in my shower and bath. I was concerned that I needed to tear out both tile surrounds and rebuild them. If I had taken before and after pictures it would should just how incredible this service is. I couldn't be happier.

It was a very hot day so working in my two small bathrooms was difficult even with the air condition going at full speed. The bathroom grout looks like new. I was so impressed with their work, that next year I will have them work on my other projects.

A gentleman arrived first to review the work to be done and provided me with a written price. I was called the next day by the scheduler and set up a date and time to do the work. The service man (Jim) arrived on time and immediately went to work. The job took about one hour and I am totally satisfied with the result. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work done. They are very professional and courteous.

Both the man who came to do the quote and the man who came to do the work a few weeks later were prompt, courteous, and professional. (I probably could have had the work done even sooner but my schedule prohibited.) The fact that they were polite and on-time is an added bonus - most importantly, the results of the work made me feel like the $330 was money well spent. We've had a small amount of water dripping into our basement, despite having re-caulked ourselves (obviously, not very well). Their work has taken care of the leak. In the same bathroom, we have 1x1 inch white tile floors with white grout. Not only were they just dingy, but the previous owners had evidently taped down some sort of rug which left this sticky, dirt-magnet, boarder around the room. We had already tried Goo Gone so I wasn't very optimistic, but whatever they did worked great and it looks like new.

The tile grout and caulk in both bathrooms in our house were badly in need of a good clean up job, new grout & caulk. We called Grout Medic. The owner came out promptly to give us an estimate, which we thought was very reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. They worked with our schedule to find a convenient time to service us, including a Sat. visit to help speed things along (we had one bath done then one week later had the other bath worked on so we would have a place to shower). The workmen were courteous and professional. They arrived on time as scheduled, worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. We were very pleased.

The design of the tile had small holes that had filled with dirt. I had tried to scrub the tile clean but it was very tough and I was unable to clean it by myself. I even got on my hands and knees and scrubbed with a toothbrush without any luck.

The provider was on time and pleasant. I did call after the service because I wasn't thrilled with a few details. The company has been great about scheduling a return service. I expect that I'll be thrilled with the results....will update after second visit.

While he came to the house and was punctual, he never returned my call with an estimate. I called him numerous times.

I will not use them again. Now I have to find someone that can replace floor and hopefully not expensive

They did a beautiful job. They were efficient, and professional. Larry and John did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.
