After I called and left a message on July 5th to get an estimate of work to be done, I received a phone call the next day - July 6th.. The person told me he would have one of his crewmen call and make an appointment to come look over the job. Almost a week later I have not heard from anyone.

They did a very good job the countertops. They were very helpful, and helped me pick out a remnant piece.

Cincinnati Stoneworks (CS) installed our kitchen counters, sink, and faucet. The guys at CS were very knowledgable, not pushy salesmen, and overall pleasant to work with. They invited us back to where they actually keep the slabs and cut them and explained the process to us. They gave us samples and we came back a few days later and ordered. We decided to have them provide the sink, but we provided the faucet. We also picked out our bevel. We had a bit of a delay (2 weeks) in getting measurements because we had not yet bought our cooktop, and they would not measure based only on dimensions from the spec sheet. The delay was a bit frustrating, but I appreciated them wanting to make SURE it would fit so that it would be a high quality result. Once we got our cooktop, the contractor (Ken) came and measured. He worked with CS to get us bumped to the front of the line (they had a 2 week wait for cutting) since we had already been delayed by the cooktop Issue. We appreciated this. The granite was installed only a few days later, and looks great. The sink is very high quality, and even though we had a complicated faucet (the delta touch on/off one) they installed it no questions asked. We did have to make one more trip to the shop to pick out the Bevel (I guess they didn't write it down the first time... doh!) One big downside is that it is a royal pain to communicate with them. They basically NEVER answer the phone at the office. You can leave a voicemail and they MIGHT get back to you. Your best bet is to go to the store in person. Overall a good experience, good craftsmanship, good price, they just need to get their office in order. It's annoying when no one answers the phone, and details of the order don't get written down and we have to make a return trip to pick things out a second time.

Went to showroom and requested estimate.Was told I would receive estimate by email within a day. After two gentle reminders received quote which looked good. Went to showroom with my husband on a Saturday morning for him to see granite. Didn't have an appt and waited until owner available which we understood. As he was answering one of our questions, a family started leaving the showroom. Literally, in midsentence, he turned away from us, and ran to ask them if they had anymore questions. Without so much as acknowledging us or excusing himself, he continued to talk with them for 5 minutes as we stood patiently awaiting his return. We finally left the showroom shaking our heads at this poor customer service. We are doing a large countertop remodeling project and decided, if this was an example of their attentiveness, we had better go elsewhere. My husband and I are pretty unassuming professionals, but we have never seen such a poor way of treating a potential customer one is talking to at the time.

From start to finish: Totally awesome! These people know what they're doing and they do it in a timely, professional manner. Top-notch!

Cincinnati Stoneworks has a very good display of granite samples and other materials in their showroom as well as a large assortment of slabs available from which the customer can choose their exact stone. This was very helpful to me, but even more helpful was the assistance that they provided in choosing a particular stone. I was trying to find a stone which would coordinate with a tile that was already in my bathroom. They looked at the tile that I brought to their store and listened to what I said that I was trying to achieve and helped me find the perfect slab of granite to meet my needs. It can be confusing when trying to pick a slab of granite from so many, but they knew their stock and led me to a slab that would coordinate with my current tile. The final result is beautiful. Cincinnati Stoneworks was professional from beginning to end. They were prompt, attentive to details and concerned about the satisfaction of their customer. I would certainly recommend them to others.

The experience we had with Cincinnati Stoneworks was outstanding. They were VERY patient with us as we looked and looked and looked for the right granite for us. After 2 "false alarms" we settled on 2 slabs that were not even in their inventory when we started looking. We received very good advice from the team along the way. The workmanship and the polished edges are perfect. The installation team was equally outstanding. My wife and I couldn't be happier. They are also working with us on developing a tile back splash to finish the kitchen remodel project. It was very clear that our satisfaction was most important to them.

The installation went very well. The installation crew did everyhing they could to make sure we were happy with the overall process. Everything was done in one day.

Don was very punctual on getting an accurate estimate back based on a drawing I sent with measurements. He encouraged me to come into the showroom to find the slab that worked for our remodel. Upon enter the showroom, Steve showed me the stock granite pieces as well as some remnants. We ended up like a remnant that worked perfectly (and they were able to offer a discount). They were also able to cut the granite into one slab (vs. multipieces) which made the final product fantastic. For installation, we had some uncertainties on the exact date for the install (because our main contractor had some uncertainties on finishing up the work); however, Don was able to accomodate us once we got closer to the actual install date. They were very punctual and expeditious on getting the pieces cut and installed. They even had flexibility to accomodate a working schedule with evening appointments. A very positive experience overall and would definitely use again!
