Oh my gosh they were fantastic. A. they let me come visit my uncut slab with tile samples B. I was able to participate in the decisions about how to lay out the countertop piece on the rough slab. Don was great. C. We also consulted each other on where the seam could be D. The install was really perfect. They put everything in and the one seam I had to have was PERFECTLY aligned. They reinforced one of my cabinet walls as the one between the dishwasher and sink was un-anchored so would move around. they fixed that. All the edges are perfectly rounded off (if you would have seen the rough slab you would be impressed!). They are super comfortable with quartzite, which, as I researched is harder than quartz or granite so a bit more difficult to shape. just beautifully done I could not be happier

Our experience with Cincinnati Stoneworks was positive every respect. We visited their showroom twice to pick out a possible replacement for our laminate countertop, coming home with several samples and settling on one (quartz). The installation crew came out about a week later to do measurements and, within 10 days, returned to install the countertop (mounting the granite composite sink that we supplied) and carry away the old countertop and sink. The installation went very smoothly and was completed within two or three hours. I had opted to do the faucet, disposal and plumbing re-installation on my own and learned later that the faucet I purchased required extenders because of the combined thickness of the sink and countertop. When the extenders were delivered several days later, I discovered that the mounting holes in the countertop weren't large enough. We gave Cincinnati Stoneworks a call and the installer was back at our house within two hours to enlarge the holes. To say that we are pleased with our experience would be an understatement. The total cost was in-line with estimates we received from other places, so can't say that price was the determining factor. However, their service and responsiveness along with reviews from other customers led us to move ahead. Their staff and installers were friendly, helpful, and accommodating at every step of the process. The fit, finish and appearance of the new countertop is great.

Great. We had picked out a slab and got estimates from a couple places. Quotes were all done through email. Some shops would not even quote such a small job. They came out and measured and later installed at the agreed upon time. We only visited their shop to layout where on the slab we wanted our counter top cut.

The measurement & pickup and installation went very well. Good communication and punctuality, nice looking cuts/polish, and great work on install (including a granite epoxy connection and caulking to new cabinets). I didn't shop, so have no idea if the price was good- I was focused more on quality and good reviews.

From start to finish everyone was professional. They did a great job. I am very happy with the quarts countertops. I would use them and recommend the to anyone.

I called Cincinnati Stoneworks to see if they could buff and polish a marble table top. I knew they had some refinishing equipment since I had purchased my bathroom counters from some of their granite remnants. They agreed but said they couldn't guarantee the results given the age and condition of the marble. The marble I delivered to them looked like a dull slate/green color and was scratched in places. When I took the slab to Stoneworks they immediately identified it as Spanish Pintoro gold marble. Imagine my surprise when I came to pick the piece back up weeks later and it was black and shiny with gold streaks running through it! It was gorgeous and I never would have though the original state of the marble would produce something so exquisite! Stoneworks' laconic response: "Yeah, it cleaned up pretty nicely!" I was very happy with the results and the price and the willingness of Stoneworks to restore the marble to what is now a table with new life in it.

They were fantastic in every way. I had quick service and it was professionally executed. The price was fair for what I received.

The two gentleman brothers that own the business actually are very involved in making sure you're happy with the piece of stone. They then discuss with you how you'd like the job. They were very, very professional. They were by far the most reasonable. I then ordered a snack bar top. They made it out of 1 piece of rock which was 8'x6'. This was not an easy task. Actual size of out size was 10' x 8'. They got it cut in 1 piece. It took 4 men plus myself to get in place since it was so heavy and large. But they did it and did an excellent job. I had the bathroom demolished. They went above and beyond to find a piece to make the curb out of that was a very close match to the seat and soap bar shell.

I cannot say enough about the high quality product and the great service.

They showed up at exactly the time they said they would come. The work was done quickly and expertly. I would use them anytime. They were friendly and very professional. I have had this type of work done before in my prior house and there is no comparison in the overall job. Cincinnati Stoneworks was head and shoulders above the other people I had used.

After buying our countertop from Cincinnati Stoneworks, it was easy to see why they have so many positive comments on Angies list. From the first contact in the show room we were confident that this was the contractor to go with. Everyone we had contact with, designer, owners,and installers were professional, competent and a pleasure to work with. We received a tour of the products and received a quick estimate based off my drawings, which turned out to be the final price. The detailed measurements by Ken made for a perfect fit. The installation was great and there was good follow up to make sure we were happy. I would also highely recommend having csw do the plumbing .Everything looks great!

We were pleased at the sales process. We were shown actual slabs of granite from which we could choose and from which our tops would be made. The installation manager then came to the house at the time promised and took all needed measurements. He was the one who suggested we replace our very old garbage disposal unit at no additional installation cost to us. The team came promptly at the time promised, installed everything as agreed, cleaned up and were gone in about 3 hours. They had some problem with our dishwasher which wasn't level and took the time and effort to fix this before reattaching the plumbing. Overall, this was a small and pretty straight forward job, but nevertheless we appreciate the professionalism and quality of the work. The countertops look great!

From the beginning working with everyone at Cincinnati Stoneworks was a pleasure. They are extremely attentive to your questions and needs. From Don the owner to Ken the installer everyone was very professional. We researched several granite suppliers before we went with Cincinnati Stoneworks and have no regrets. You will pay a little more with them but it is so worth it. Highly recommend this company!!!!

We were very pleased with their product and service. Everything worked out well. I would give them an "A" on the product and service side of it. By choice, we decided to go with them due to various reasons. They were higher in prices than other comparable companies, but we felt that the product they had was better for us so we ended up paying more than what we had anticipated and that was our choice, but overall they did a great job and it was worth our money. We did not have any major issues, however it took awhile to get the whole process done probably a month in interacting on the bid, so it took a little longer.

We felt that they were not prompt with getting back with a quote. We moved on to another company for the work during this time.

They are very honest and provide great customer service. Don, one of the owners, let me know that he saw some unusual irregularities (during his inspection before cutting) in the slab I picked out and that he was going to send it back to the supplier. I came back to select a different one and it worked out very well! They were always very good about providing samples of the granite so I can take them home to color match with my existing countertops. Ken came to measure and install the granite and the sink and we are very happy with the results! We are planning to call them back to do the master bathroom countertops with granite in a few months.

Excellent experience working with Cincinnati Stoneworks.

Overall great experience! ... This was the 2nd time we used them for a granite countertop job, and we will use them again in the future. Specifically, they were very prompt and flexible on getting the measurement done. For the installation, Cincinnati Stoneworks informed us that the supporting system for the cantilver on our bar area was going to be insufficient (we had metal "L" brackets installed). So they were very patient and came back after our contractor installed a new system. It is clear that customer satisfaction is one of their key priorities. One other note, I actually got a few quotes on the job from several other granite places. While they weren't the lowest, they were very competitive with the majority of the quotes. Given the high quality and customer service, I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with Cincinnati Stoneworks. They have a good selection of granite, fair pricing, and did a great job on fabrication and installation. We especially appreciated their customer service. You do not have to make an appointment, but can come in at any time and they will show you their granite choices. We ended up coming in about three different times before we made a decision; and even though they clearly busy, the owner stopped to help us each time. (This was very unlike another well-know granite fabricator in Cincinnati who requires an appointment but didn't return our 3 calls so we could never an appointment. When we tried stopping in they took information on our color choice and said they would contact us but still never called.) It was so much easier to work with Cincinnati Stonework. We were happy with the attitude and helpfulness of Cincinnati Stoneworks as well as being satisfied with the finished product and installation.

I stopped in the store in deliver our order and was later booked a date to get counters measured. Two men from S and K Tile and Granite came out to measure the counters for Cincinnati Stoneworks. Upon getting the measurements they called us to come in and check out the granite as it had a little grain. I purchased Black Galaxy which is typically uniform in its appearance. After looking at it, I decided that I did not want those pieces and they then ordered other slabs without the grain. A week later our granite was installed. They were very efficient and clean. They cleaned up the new counters great! They also worked hard to make sure everything was level for the counters as our cabinets were not.

Company visited our home and made detailed measurements of the countertops in question. In fact, they visited twice prior to fabrication. We visited the company to select the specific granite slabs. They were also helpful in coordinating installation with a plumber and cabinet maker. The actual installation was done at the appointed time with excellent results. Everything fitted properly and we were completely satisfied with our experience.

My wife and I had a large kitchen with a huge amount of counter space and wanted to upgrade to granite counter tops before we moved as a selling feature. I took some rough measurements of the space and we stopped by the store location. The owner came out and met us. We explained that we were moving and we wanted something reasonable yet nice. He immediately took us out on the floor and showed us some slabs. He pointed us at something that was less expensive but very nice. He even steered us away from something more expensive saying that it wasn't as nice when you finished it.What SHOCKED me was that he took my rough sketch and measurements and used those for our quote. No paid trip to measure, no fighting over being off an inch on my measurements, nothing. His cost was very reasonable and about half what we would have paid to a big box store for the same materials. They came out, did templates and three weeks later we had counter tops. I would highly recommend them!!!!! The only downside is that they did simple edges. If you want something fancy, they didn't have that capability.BTW - Our house sold in a day!
