From the first initial sales call to the completion of the work. Everyone my wife and I interacted with were pleasant, respectful, productive, and always had a great sense of urgency. Our new windows look great and the installation went great with no mishaps. I would hire again for my next exterior home project.

Tim Whitener came out on a preset appointment and explained the different siding and gutters available. We were very impressed by his thorough knowledge of the product. Tim has been doing this successfully for decades. His calm and reassuring personality put us in a safe and comfortable decision making place. After a brief detailed presentation, we made our choice and scheduled our installation. Because of Tim's outstanding reputation among his competition and past clients, we didn't even shop around! Next came "TnT". Terry the dad and Terry the son hence the name, we very kind and professional. They were perfectionists in their installation. These guys made us feel very confident that we had made the right decision in choosing American WeatherTech . Our home looks beautiful and no more flooding on our patio. Thanks guys. We will call you back for a new roof.

From the 1st knock at the door by the young man Dominic asking if I would like to schedule a free window estimate, to our salesman Tim that sat & explained every level of windows with great detail making sure of two things: #1 that we understood everything & then #2 that we did not feel pressured to sign & buy anything. It was one of the best sales pitches I have dealt with in my adult life. Now the installation... I could not be more impressed! The communication from the first call to the day of the appointment went great. Appointments were set & they showed up right on time! The installation team lead by Dallas & the guy's Scott & Brent & a couple of others, were ready to work! They jumped right in to get the job done & did not stop till it was finished! This team worked terrific together! The feeling in the house as they worked was one of me feeling these guy's know exactly what they are doing & boy did they do it good! The windows are absolutely AMAZING! We LOVE them! No doubt that we will give this company any repeat business for their products when we have a need & we will definitely share this companies info with our family & friends! American Weathertech has an outstanding product & a terrific staff! Needless to say we are very pleased, happy & impressed!

The time to install was a few weeks later than predicted, although the holidays may have been a factor. The crew and crew leader were excellent, accommodating, and answered all of our questions no matter how small. They even came out a few times to install our basement windows early when we had some issues with our basement.
