Description of Work: They were just interested in the big sale and errantly told me that other companies don't service other companies work. They said They were happy to sell be whole house siding. they were wrong. I got another large company in which I am going to do business with again to do my repair work

We take our reputation very seriously and are very sorry you did not like the response you received when you called our office. However, we do not do siding repair work. We don't have a labor platform that would support siding repair work and still get to our customers in a timely manner at this point. We typically refer anyone that calls for siding repair to call their local trusted handyman. We also do not do siding repairs because we feel the amount we would have to charge would be unfair to the consumer, and we always want to offer a fair price. Lastly, we do not service other home improvement companies work because it becomes our liability. The company that initially installed the product should stand behind the work preformed. Sorry you felt the need to rate us an F based on our answers about repair work.

Description of Work: The windows are good quality for a fair price. The installers were pleasant and hard working. I was pleased with the final installation. But, oddly, the installers didn't know which windows went where. The installer asked me and then called into the office to find out details. When I arrived back on site partway through the install, the installers were about to install the two biggest windows in the opposite holes. I stopped them and they made the switch. It made me uneasy to know that they didn't have any written instructions.

Description of Work: They came early. They didn't take breaks. There were 5 or 6 of them (they were moving around the house so fast it was hard to count). Three went for a short lunch. They cleaned up after themselves. My windows are beautiful and they did a great job installing 22 windows in one day. There was one thing that my husband didn't like about the bay window on the outside and they changed it before they left for the day. Very satisfied.
