everything went beautifully. No problems with the service and no problems with the windows.

Ray, Jeff and Scott were great, start to finish. They were courteous, did great work, start to finish, cleaned up thoroughly both days.

5 man work crew arrived on time and work completed as indicated same day. Finishing work/cleaning was impressive. All crew members kind, courteous professional. Workers explained details of window/warranty etc.

All the companies that came out to give us estimates were not sure how to handle this one design issue we had so that it would look good with the vinyl. Or were not interested in giving us a price to replace the rotten wood. They just added lines that said so much per square foot for material and per hour for labor, to be determined at the time. This company gave us an exact quote for it all. NO HIDDEN FEES They answered a million questions. Were attentive and more than happy to help as the project went along. My father (now deceased) had his own construction firm in another state and we know good work and workers and that is what we got through every stage of the process. Each person who worked on our home went above and beyond what we could have asked for. It looks better than we could have ever hoped for and believe it or not when it came time to settle the bill I had to tell them we owed them more than the original estimate. There was so much rotten wood that we were not aware of until it started to come off (we had asked to cut it back until they hit dry wood) but saw it for ourselves. So we called and told them to raise the price because we knew this was much more than we had originally showed them at the time of the estimate. At the end of the project they asked for their original estimate price and we actually had toremind them to check their figures again, They came back with only $200.00 added to the original estimate even though they were here 3 days longer than originally projected. Plus, they were $3,000.00 lower than all other bids that did not include all this carpentry work. These people know what they are doing. They work hard and are insink with each other and with us an our needs from start to finish. We've had many people stop by the house (many we do not know) who say that it really turned out amazing---one person said "don't you just love it" She's right--we do! Thanks for the GREAT JOB!

I went on Angie's List to find a good company for new windows. I chose two companies to come out and give me an estimate and ended up choosing American WeatherTechs because I really liked the Preservation windows' energy efficiency and style. I found the salesman to be very educated on all types of windows and on other companies' windows. He was honest and friendly but not too pushy and it was a good experience working with the company. Dave and the other guys who came to install the windows were nice and took the time to answer my questions about the process and the windows themselves. They also cleaned up after themselves and washed every single window that they installed. The windows have already saved me a significant amount in heating bills. I know they will save me money in the summer time too.

After a wind storm, three companies put ads on my front door knob about wind damage in my neighborhood and the possibility that my roof was damaged. I called American WeatherTechs because they had recently put in all my new windows and I knew they also did roofing. The inspector from American WeatherTechs (Aimun) is Haag certified and knew exactly what my roof needed. I was pleased with the company the first time I worked with them and this time was also a great experience. The guys who installed the roof were nice and professional and cleaned up at the end of each day they were at my house. I walked around my house to see if there was roofing material left around and there wasn't any at all. I would recommend American WeatherTechs and in fact my sister-in-law in Maineville is getting ready to have them replace her roof too.

the material for the job sat in my driveway for a couple of weeks before the job was begun. I assume it was delayed because of the weather. The seams on the completed job seem to be more visible than the previous siding.I am satisfied with the work and would hire this company again. Update: they haven't fixed the soffets that were supposedly under guarantee. Also, my siding is falling off now. I feel like I am getting the run around by this company.

The installation team arrived earlier than they said. They would extremely efficient,cleaned up when finished & also made sure i was pleased with my new windows. Made sure that i know how to work the windows w /ease.

I wanted to send a review but I wanted them to read it first because I had a couple of issues and they responded immediately and took care of the complaints that I had. I was pleased with the roofing that they did but I asked for further information and my complaint was they never did provide any information. But, since I sent it to the owner, he was on the phone immediately. He came out and gave the information that we were looking for about the siding. The siding work was very well done. The guys worked in extremely hot weather. They were good. They kind of worked on their own schedule but that was okay because they got the job done.

I have already submitted a rather lengthy description of the work and the good quality of same.

Let me just say that my wife and I were very impressed with the claims managers all the way up to the owner of the company. First they had a claims manager come out and do a free inspection of my home. I felt that the claims manager that came out was very professional and precise with his inspection. Once he was finished he showed me picture of everything that he found on the property that needed to be addressed. Once he did that he took complete control of getting my claim settled with the insurance company. After that he sat down and went over everything that the insurance company was going to take care of on the claim. He took his time and was very patient with my wife and I as we went through all of the paperwork and the shingle colors all the way down to getting us scheduled for having everything finished. Then once we went through the paperwork and he turned it in. We had someone call us with a follow up to see how the experience has been so far and to let us know that the materials had been ordered and when they would start. The whole process went better than expected! My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome of our home!! I would 100% recommend this company to all of my family and friends!

This was one of the last companies I called but they had the best price. They did an excellent job, my house looks 1,000 times better. The workers were respectful and did an absolutely beautiful job. If you need siding make sure you give this company a call.

The salesman arrived to give us a estimate and show us all the details about replacement windows. He was and friendly, professional and knew his product. He measured all our windows and gave us a estimate on the cost. We agreed and signed the contract. The next step a gentle came to get a exact measurement to order the windows. Severals weeks later we were called the windows were ready to be installed and the appointment was set. The installers arrived on time and began installing the windows. Replacing 27 windows was a two day job. They were respective of our home. They used drop cloths and cleaned up after each window was installed. We were very pleased with the whole process and the quality of the windows. The only issue was they ordered windows without grids and we were supposed to have grids. They went ahead and installed the windows that arrived with our permission, and assured us it would be corrected. Three weeks later they came and replaced all the windows with the correct ones. I highly recommend the quality of this companies windows and the great installers they have.

The product, Preservation windows, are great. They are the top line, triple pane windows with lots of great features. We decided to get grids in the upper portion, half screens, the frames are reinforced with metal near the center and lifetime warranties transferrable once. It is the only window American Weathertechs installs so they are a premium dealer. We were provided a thorough demonstration of the sample product and wrote up an estimate. The price was exactly in tune with the estimate. The project foreman came from Cincinnati to measure the windows. The same man came out to install the windows as well. He does all of their work and he is very knowledgeable. Their scheduling is flexible - there was an emergency and we had to change the install date and they worked around what we needed. He and his crew - two other individuals - arrived at 10:30 a.m, worked steady and were finished by 3:30 p.m. The installation process is thorough and well done. When they arrived together, the foreman placed all the windows within the openings to make sure everything fit. He then went back and did refining finishing work both inside and outside. We were asked not to touch anything for 12 hours so everything could sit properly. He said "I've done this for 30 years. They are my windows when I'm installing them so I'm going to do the best job I can and you'll be satisfied with it. When I'm finished, I'll had them over to you and you can be proud of them". I really liked that because it showed ownership and pride is his work that he treated my home like it was his own. They also left behind the excess materials like stain and caulk in case there needed to be any touch up work that it would perfectly match.

gutters went very well with no issues with great workmanship siding went good as well with only one mistake, they nailed a couple windows shut. they came out 2 days later and fixed the issue no problem

Overall I would use the company again.

American Weathertechs did a great job putting on my new roof. The installers arrived on time and were professional in their interactions with me. As a single woman, being treated politely and not talked down to was really important to me and the foreman explained from start to finish exactly how my roof would be torn off and the new one installed. The installers covered up all my landscaping so it wouldn't be damaged by falling shingles or other roof debris and they seemed to actually care that the roof looked as good as it worked. I chose the company because I was told they did quality work and I?d use them again. Even before I knew exactly what my roof needed, I called the company and they sent out a specialist to inspect my roof and determine what I needed done. The inspector wasn't pushy and he was polite and extremely knowledgeable. The inspection showed storm damage to my roof and the inspector from Weathertechs met with my insurance adjuster and got the insurance company to cover the repairs. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
