Window and door installation was flawless. The siding installers were very meticulous. They added personal touches to the installation that enhanced both the beauty of the product and the quality of the installation.

Generally good quality work, responsive, clean job, fair price. Have an issue with one area of the roof and it would appear they are in the process of correcting the problem when the weather breaks.

I called 7 window companies including the "we make our own windows" guys, NO ONE would help. They all said I would have to wait 6-8 weeks to get my bay window replaced which was smashed in by a carlast nite.This very nice & polite young lady answered the phone at Weathertech, I explained my problem & was informed they custom make the windows in 3 weeks which was half the time quoted by everyone else but unfortunatly the install could be up to 6 weeks still from today. This nice young lady was the ONLY person to offer to reffer me to a company that could possibly help sooner. If I ever need anything in the future that is not an emergency situation this is the company for me! Everyone else has been getting a bad review due to not caring about my situation. I felt much better when I got off the phone with this wonderful young lady.

We had a few issues with the sales people and what they promised, but the owners more than made up for it/ made it right. The install team was great, curteous and cleaned up very well after everything !

Arrived precisely on time both days of service. Professional and courteous. Items that were found to be less than perfect (by Bran) will be replaced and covered under warranty. All work has been completed as promised with no problem. The employees (from phone contact throughout the job completion) have been very good to work with, very respectful of our home and ourselves, which is appreciated. I would highly recommend them!

Brian and his crew arrived about 9:15 AM, and began work immediately. The first thing on the agenda was covering and taping off the windows from the inside, since they contained lead paint, so the inside of the house was protected from contamination. They worked continuously from the time they arrived until they cleaned up and left at 4:15. Brian walked me through an inspection and explained everything they had done and how the windows worked, etc. Brian even told me that my eave troughs on the north side of the house were in need of cleaning out and that the gutter guard was missing in one place and not secure in others I was very impressed with the work that was done, the attention to detail, and care taken in the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone was very courteous and did as told. Cleaned up and took old windows, screens away. Love my new windows.

We had several companies come out and give us quotes for windows and our whole house. Jeff came out and showed us windows we had seen from several other different companies and was by far the best price. We signed a contract and they came out in about two weeks to install the windows. I had requested that they arrive by 9 AM because I had to leave for my son's field trip. They arrived almost an hour later and luckily my husband was home so that we could get to the field trip on time. We received two different stories as to why they were late, one from the office and one from the men that came out to do the windows. While the men were very efficient and friendly, they leaned the windows against the walls in three bedrooms and the paint was taken off the walls. A few days later we saw that they hadn't finished caulking one of the windows. For both issues they were apologetic, and they did come back promptly to finish caulking. While I can't give an A, I would recommend them to others.

It went very well. They were here when they said they would be. They were finished when they said they would do it. Everything went well. The sales rep that I had was excellent. They also worked with the insurance company and even met with the insurance company on the roof and made sure that I got compensated correctly. There was one problem with the leaking skylight and they fixed that right away.

I read all the great reviews on angie's list and am really sorry to say, my experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Jodi Evans is one of the owners and he is really a super person. He did everything he could to try to make things right but the workman that were hired were absolutely AWFUL! The gutter crew had no regard for my flowers. they left all debris in the front yard and back yard for 2 evenings. They finished over a week ago and I'm still picking up nails from the yard and yes, pulled one today off of the driveway. I had to have a tire replaced. It had a total of 7 nails in it. Jodi did everything he could to make it up to me and I was OK until the gutter people came. The workman arrived but there were no gutters. (this was done the week after the roof because of a screw up on the size of the gutters the prior week). they started on Tuesday afternoon. After tearing all the gutters off, they replaced all but the back part of the house. They left with several hours of daylight remaining. Wednesday - no gutter people - no one could find them - are they coming? Anyway, after sitting around waiting on them until 2PM, I finally had to leave. I was worried because they still had the keys to my back yard gates. They could have opened the gates and let my dogs out. (I later learned that they just left the keys on a shelf in the garage. hhhmmmnn...) Anyway, it rained the 4th of July really hard. My Bose speakers on the back porch got wet. The windows that were professionally cleaned about 4 weeks earlier were soaking wet and now look awful. The gutter people finally showed up on Friday, finished the job but left the gate open and my dogs were let out. Thankfully, someone from Hoyle Construction was here and able to get them back in. I'm sorry to be the only person to leave a bad review but I feel people should be warned and also that American Weather Techs should take corrective action to ensure no one else has similar issues. Update 9-21-2013 - Corrective action to fix problems has been completed.

Outstanding father/son and on occasion, wife siding crew. Exceptional installation techniques. Very conscientious - performed work as if on their own property - to the point of removing and doing over pieces they weren't personally satisfied with. Gave our home a completely different look. Beautiful work. Done by Terry and Terry. I also had replacement windows installed by American WeatherTechs (separate review on Angie's List), so I worked with the same rep., Jeff, who was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the residing/guttering process. (I waited until the window project was completed (today 6/19/13), to write reviews.) Except for the cost, I have nothing but the highest praise for this job, and would recommend this company and these installers to anyone. Cost - They were competitive, but I still feel the cost of this project was too high. However, I have nothing more than gut feeling to substantiate this claim. Terry and Terry really go the extra mile, and in my case installed all new exterior lighting fixtures that I'd purchased elsewhere, while residing our home. Terry and Terry have their own technique for finishing corners and several other finishing techniques that enhance the overall appearance of the finished project. We're very, very pleased with their work.

The salesperson was informative and helpful in deciding which window to purchase. The installation crew was fast, prompt, and efficient, finishing the project in one and a half work days. One of the second story windows formerly housed a window air conditioner, and the sill had been modified to accomodate the unit, leaving the sill damaged and exposed. The installer was able to use a sill from one of the windows I'd decided to eliminate, preserving it to it's original state of appearance and functionality. This I appreciated very much, and I was not charged extra for this repair. The window frames were previously stained-wood, which I later painted glossy white - so when asked, I chose paintable caulking to be used by the installer. Note to others: Once the windows are installed, the installer will request you not open the windows for at least 24 hours so the windows can "seat". The odor from the paintable caulk was so noxious, my family had to stay in a motel until we could open the windows. Problems with this window: Aparhantly, the window manufacter, changed the window latching system to a non-adjustable type. So, if the upper and lower sashes don't alighn, the sashes won't latch properly, and there are no adjustments that can be made by the installer to make the sashes "fit", requireing replacement of both sashes. We had to have several windows replaced due to this issue. I am unsatisfied with this latching system. Additionally, The window sashes have an interlock system which interlock when closed. These interlocks are made of very fragile material and break extremely easily if the upper and lower sashes are closed and don't align perfectly. One must also applyt pressure from the correct direction when closing the windows, or the sash interlocks will strike each other and break. This happend to several windows, requiring replacement. I am extremeley dissatisfied with this flimsy, fragil material. Due to the aforementioned window issues, we just (today) completed the replacement of misaligned latches and broken interlocks (6/19/13), and the windows were originally replaced with the new replacement windows on 11/8/12. A very frustrating and long drawn out affair. The windows are wattented for life, parts and labor, so everything was corrected at no financial cost to be, but it was very irritating and frustrating to have spent so much money on what I believe is an inferior product. Finally, all fo the windows upstairs collect moisture above the upper sash along the upper interior window frame. Reps from American Weather Techs came out and did an inspection to determine possible cause. They ruled out window installation as-well-as window construction. A humidity meter I own registered the same amount of humidity upstairs in my home as down stairs. None of the downstairs windows collect this moisture. The company rep said that he would pay for a company to come out and check the humidity in our home to see if perhaps he could explain why the water was accumulating in the up stairs windows. The American Weather Tech rep also said he would check with the window manufacturer to see if prolonged seepage of this water, which seeps down from the upper interior window frame through both window sashes and out the bottom sash to the exteriour window sill and finally outside will cause damage to the internal parts of the sashes. This was 3/15/13, and as of this writing (6/19/13), I havne't heard back from American Weather Tech regarding these issues. Jeff, the American Weather Tech with whom I interfaced, was always professional and helpful. I stated that I would use this company again, which is true, however, I would not recommend this particular window.

Very well! Duane, the lead installer, was very conscious and helpful to all of our specific needs. The only problem that we had was that one of our vents rocked and the box around the spigot on the back of the house was too tight around the spigot to get a hose on it. However, George and Duane were very diligent and quick about rectifying both of these issues. We are more than satisfied with American Weathertechs, LLC, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing siding services! We are also, very happy with the finished product and the financing made the whole process affordable by being able to spread out the payments!
