The first time the company came out went well. The man seemed like he knew what was causing the leak and the best way to fix it. The trouble came with trying to hear back promptly from the company. I know that it is a busy time of year for roofing, but it took weeks to get my quote and a couple more weeks when I needed it revised. They seemed to have quality products and experienced staff but I went with another company due to the trouble with communication.

The crew were here on time, worked through the day to completed the installation in one day. Cleaned up and demo window operations. Very good job.

It went great. They showed up when they said, went right away, cleaned up and protected need by items. They cleaned up inside and out. The crew was super great.

Brian and crew arrived on time, installed professionally and were helpful and friendly.

Window and door installation was flawless. The siding installers were very meticulous. They added personal touches to the installation that enhanced both the beauty of the product and the quality of the installation.

Generally good quality work, responsive, clean job, fair price. Have an issue with one area of the roof and it would appear they are in the process of correcting the problem when the weather breaks.

I called 7 window companies including the "we make our own windows" guys, NO ONE would help. They all said I would have to wait 6-8 weeks to get my bay window replaced which was smashed in by a carlast nite.This very nice & polite young lady answered the phone at Weathertech, I explained my problem & was informed they custom make the windows in 3 weeks which was half the time quoted by everyone else but unfortunatly the install could be up to 6 weeks still from today. This nice young lady was the ONLY person to offer to reffer me to a company that could possibly help sooner. If I ever need anything in the future that is not an emergency situation this is the company for me! Everyone else has been getting a bad review due to not caring about my situation. I felt much better when I got off the phone with this wonderful young lady.

We had a few issues with the sales people and what they promised, but the owners more than made up for it/ made it right. The install team was great, curteous and cleaned up very well after everything !

Mark R. did a great job walking us thru the process & negotiating w/ insurance co. Best price of the 5 A-rated Angie's List companies we contacted. Roof installed 1 week after signing contract. Clean-up was great. Roof looks awesome.

Arrived precisely on time both days of service. Professional and courteous. Items that were found to be less than perfect (by Bran) will be replaced and covered under warranty. All work has been completed as promised with no problem. The employees (from phone contact throughout the job completion) have been very good to work with, very respectful of our home and ourselves, which is appreciated. I would highly recommend them!

One day job performed well. Installation team was professional and knew what they were design.

Brian and his crew arrived about 9:15 AM, and began work immediately. The first thing on the agenda was covering and taping off the windows from the inside, since they contained lead paint, so the inside of the house was protected from contamination. They worked continuously from the time they arrived until they cleaned up and left at 4:15. Brian walked me through an inspection and explained everything they had done and how the windows worked, etc. Brian even told me that my eave troughs on the north side of the house were in need of cleaning out and that the gutter guard was missing in one place and not secure in others I was very impressed with the work that was done, the attention to detail, and care taken in the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone was very courteous and did as told. Cleaned up and took old windows, screens away. Love my new windows.

We had several companies come out and give us quotes for windows and our whole house. Jeff came out and showed us windows we had seen from several other different companies and was by far the best price. We signed a contract and they came out in about two weeks to install the windows. I had requested that they arrive by 9 AM because I had to leave for my son's field trip. They arrived almost an hour later and luckily my husband was home so that we could get to the field trip on time. We received two different stories as to why they were late, one from the office and one from the men that came out to do the windows. While the men were very efficient and friendly, they leaned the windows against the walls in three bedrooms and the paint was taken off the walls. A few days later we saw that they hadn't finished caulking one of the windows. For both issues they were apologetic, and they did come back promptly to finish caulking. While I can't give an A, I would recommend them to others.

It went very well. They were here when they said they would be. They were finished when they said they would do it. Everything went well. The sales rep that I had was excellent. They also worked with the insurance company and even met with the insurance company on the roof and made sure that I got compensated correctly. There was one problem with the leaking skylight and they fixed that right away.

Was very please from start to finish.

Showed up on time, very professional and courteous. Finished in less time than I expected and even touched up some things that he didn't need to.

I read all the great reviews on angie's list and am really sorry to say, my experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Jodi Evans is one of the owners and he is really a super person. He did everything he could to try to make things right but the workman that were hired were absolutely AWFUL! The gutter crew had no regard for my flowers. they left all debris in the front yard and back yard for 2 evenings. They finished over a week ago and I'm still picking up nails from the yard and yes, pulled one today off of the driveway. I had to have a tire replaced. It had a total of 7 nails in it. Jodi did everything he could to make it up to me and I was OK until the gutter people came. The workman arrived but there were no gutters. (this was done the week after the roof because of a screw up on the size of the gutters the prior week). they started on Tuesday afternoon. After tearing all the gutters off, they replaced all but the back part of the house. They left with several hours of daylight remaining. Wednesday - no gutter people - no one could find them - are they coming? Anyway, after sitting around waiting on them until 2PM, I finally had to leave. I was worried because they still had the keys to my back yard gates. They could have opened the gates and let my dogs out. (I later learned that they just left the keys on a shelf in the garage. hhhmmmnn...) Anyway, it rained the 4th of July really hard. My Bose speakers on the back porch got wet. The windows that were professionally cleaned about 4 weeks earlier were soaking wet and now look awful. The gutter people finally showed up on Friday, finished the job but left the gate open and my dogs were let out. Thankfully, someone from Hoyle Construction was here and able to get them back in. I'm sorry to be the only person to leave a bad review but I feel people should be warned and also that American Weather Techs should take corrective action to ensure no one else has similar issues. Update 9-21-2013 - Corrective action to fix problems has been completed.
