Overall: Extremely pleased with the quality of the products and workmanship. We would definitely recommend them to others. Sales process was good. Jeff explained the process, products, and did a walk-around the house identifying opportunities to address existing problems. He gave us good advice. We settled on price and schedule. Price included replacing or repairing any damaged wood, unless damage was extensive, at which point they will advise on material costs. There were several issues that Job delayed a little over a week due to rainy summer this year. They are very good about keeping water off exposed surfaces and will not work on a section unless they are certain they can cover it in the event of rain. The job took a couple of weeks to complete because of its scope and there were rain delays during the process. When the job started, Dwayne arrived on the job on time, introduced himself and his helper. We did another walk around the house to make sure we were both on the same page. Dwayne pointed out other issues I had not seen earlier: Example: the new siding was thicker than the old, so an existing fence post was too close to the house. We discussed options and agreed to trim about 3/4 of an inch from the post. (no charge). We also had a leaking gutter and he advised how he would change the gutter assembly on the new installation to prevent that from recurring. (Several other examples.) They worked efficiently and steadily every day they were on the job, cleaned up thoroughly every day, and gave great advice. We touched base every day just to make sure I was aware of progress and issues and to make any needed decisions. Dwayne identified several serious problems with the original home construction and subsequent work we had done: - Improper attic ventilation - original builder created no soffit venting (necessary for airflow through the attic): he fixed without extra charge, and it took several hours of extra time. - Discovered that the previous window installer had not insulated ANY of the replacement windows: minor charge per window (material and time) - Previous siding had problems with water channeling; he fixed as he went (flashing, J-channel, water diverters). Dwayne also provided advice on the aesthetics of the job, and in each case his ideas turned out well. He was respectful of our property and our schedule, we were flexible about unavoidable delays because it was in the best interest of having the job done correctly and well. The house looks new. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely recommend this company to others.

OVERALL: Very satisfied with the quality and the professionalism of the job. We would definitely use them again. Sales process was a good experience. No pressure, Jeff explained the products and services and offered advice on issues on our home. He explained the process and gave us options. We were pretty flexible with scheduling which made it easy; a lot of ran this year, and they will not work if there is a chance of water getting to the unprotected surfaces. They will err on the conservative side, but always make sure that everything is covered before even a sprinkle. The job took a full day (7:45 AM - 6:30 PM) Contractor arrived on time with a full crew and got right to work. The foreman introduced himself. The tear off was handled well; no damage to landscaping or pool area. Installation was well executed and the finished work looks very good. They identified a problem where the roof slope runs directly to a brick chimney (a place where water can pool) Before the job, we had leaks in the garage due to this issue and they spent extra time making sure the flashing at the chimney was correctly installed and sealed. We've since had 3 or 4 very heavy downpours and NO LEAKS. Clean-up was very thorough; 6 weeks out and we've found only 1 nail, which is amazing given the scope of the job. One minor issue: During the job some material was left on the side lawn and the grass was temporarily damaged, but the heavy rains brought it back to life again. OVERALL: Very satisfied with the quality and the professionalism of the job. We would definitely use them again.

Everyone came as scheduled, performed their jobs, cleaned up after themselves all through the house, and were very courteous & friendly.

Seen them at Home and Garden Show. Called to get quote. Arrived on time. Didn't over stay their welcome (stayed on point) patient with my decision making and offered solutions throughout the entire process. Answered all questions and concerns.

Brian and his crew were on time. Explained how they would proceed with removing the old windows and did a great job. They were very careful not to let the dogs out and left everything clean and the windows look great!

The guys were on time and executed as expected. The only issue was a wrong measurement that caused them to reorder the bay. That said, it was reordered and expedited and installed timely. I'd use them again and recommend to others.

They were a joke. They were rude people. He did not talk to me, he screamed at me. I selected them from Angie's list because you guys gave this company good rating but they were joke. They promised things in contract that they broke. Mr Carlos talked to me as I was a 2 year old. The worked they did, did not look good or balanced or matched. They did an ugly job. My shingles embarrass me now because of there work.
