It went well overall. The windows are excellent, the guys who installed them did a great job and the office staff was responsive. The one issue we had was a miscommunication regarding the scheduling date. They gave us a date of 11/4. I called and spoke with the gentleman who handles scheduling and requested 11/3 as my wife had that day off from work already. I was given a verbal confirmation over the phone. The day of my wife didn't hear from them so around mid-morning she called the office. They confirmed the times and that we were on the schedule. My wife waited awhile, called again and was told by another individual we weren't scheduled until the next day 11/4. Fortunately, they were able to get to us on 11/5 and I was able to work from home that day, otherwise we might still be waiting for the installation. The office staff was very apologetic and even went as far as giving a restaurant gift card. So, from a customer service perspective, they did great. The scheduling problem was truly the only reason I couldn't give them A's down the line.

Brian and his 4-man crew arrived right on time on Monday morning and worked remarkably hard for the 3-day window removal and installation process. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful in every way possible. They are clearly experts in what they do and worked as a team. Every question was answered and concerns were immediately resolved. It was a treat to have them in our home.
