Now they are something else, but I think they still use Wagner Plumbing and Heating. We were satisfied with them. I don't know how much they charged us because my husband paid them. I am thinking that it was somewhere around a total of maybe $1200.00, but I am not sure about that. They came out promptly and gave us the estimate. They also did the work quickly and made sure that the city came out to turn our water back on the same day so that we wouldn't have to wait over the weekend for water. It was a fair price. My husband had checked around. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive. The quality of work was very good. They came out and did exactly what they said they were going to do and made sure everything was done properly. They were prompt on responsiveness. They were prompt on punctuality. Their professionalism was very good. It was Wagner Plumbing and Heating and now they are called by another name. I don't know which one they are going under because they are in transition of changing the name. I can't remember the other name. When I called the Wagner Plumbing and Heating lines, they answered in a different name.

I was very pleased with the work and the quality of the product. I will not hesitate to call them again when necessary.

The Pipe Doctor was recommended by a friend. We had a kitchen single handle faucet that had been leaking almost since original installation. We have replaced the parts ourselves (twice), had a handyman replace them and another plumbing company. Craig determined that a new faucet would be the best solution. He kept the appointment time, did a good job, was very tidy (took off his shoes before entering the house, placed a large plastic bag on the kitchen floor). The price seemed reasonable for the time spent. I would certainly use them again.

Overall they did a great job

After a trip away from home, we came home and went to turn the water to the house back on. The valve separated on the inside. It needed to be completely replaced. We called Wagner's according to an Angie's list recommendation. They came the same day, even just having an ice storm, and did not hesitate to be here even with the bad roads. Matt was very nice and personable. He was in and out quickly but with the job complete. Not sure if the price was good or bad since I have never had to call a plumber before. It was worth getting it fixed so we had water.

Excellent. Eric came out quickly to complete the estimate. He provided the quotation for the water heater so that I could confirm best pricing from an alternate supplier. Wagner's price was better on the heater. They arrived on time, we revviewed the scope of work, discussed alternative arrangements, and Matt came up with a plan that really optimized the floor space. They worked steadily and provided timely updates. The work was done quickly, with great care and they were polite and did a great job of clean-up. Eric came out immediately to resolve a small issue with the roof vent three days after the original installation. This is the best plumbing contractor we have ever dealt with.

The price was fair. They are prompt, they fix what they come to do, and they are very professional. Their responsiveness is what stands out to me; they come fairly quickly.

The plumber showed on time, and got started immediately. As we were having a downpour outside, he took off his shoes not to leave tracks anywhere in the place. He could not remove the faucet, which was corroded and had to use an industrial saw to cut it off the sink from the top - leaving absolutely no mark on the white enamel. Took him an hour and a half to remove the old (solid brass), and install the new faucet. Removing the old disposal proved as challenging, it had not been mounted correctly: threads were stripped AND corroded. He was done about 45 minutes later. He checked everything, but no hot water was coming out. He bled the system, and corrected the problem. I had him inspect a couple of other faucets in the condo (that had been vacant for almost 2 years), which he did very graciously. I had a couple of coupons, and he let us use both. Pipe Doctor's Plumbing's rate may have been higher than the competition, but the job was well done. We would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went very well......I called the company at 9:30am and they scheduled me between 11-1pm that day. Contractor called me within 30 min. to see if he could come early. He arrived by 10:30 and gave me a free quote. I accepted the quote and he went and bought any necessary materials and was finished by 1:30pm. He was professional and kindly took his shoes off at the door. Came in a marked vehicle. Would recommend.
