"I used Premier Audio to have a dash cam installed in my vehicle last summer, and I was very happy with Spencer's work. So when I bought a new vehicle recently, I hoped to have him install the previous dash-cam in the new car. I called and made an appointment to bring the car in the following week so I could wait while he installed it. When I arrived, however, the shop was very busy. I got his attention and told him I was there to have my dash-cam installed. He looked around the shop and told me he didn't have time to install it that day because he was too busy, and I told him I was there because he had made an appointment to do mine at that time. He looked at his calendar and asked me if I could leave the car or bring it back some other time. Since I had to go to work afterwards I couldn't leave the car, and when it became obvious that he just didn't want to be bothered with it, I told him I would make other arrangements and left. Spencer offered not even an apology. The only reason this isn't an "F" is because he did a good job on the first job, but his customer service on this day was terrible and I will not go back to this shop."
