I used Premier Audio to have a dash cam installed in my vehicle last summer, and I was very happy with Spencer's work. So when I bought a new vehicle recently, I hoped to have him install the previous dash-cam in the new car. I called and made an appointment to bring the car in the following week so I could wait while he installed it. When I arrived, however, the shop was very busy. I got his attention and told him I was there to have my dash-cam installed. He looked around the shop and told me he didn't have time to install it that day because he was too busy, and I told him I was there because he had made an appointment to do mine at that time. He looked at his calendar and asked me if I could leave the car or bring it back some other time. Since I had to go to work afterwards I couldn't leave the car, and when it became obvious that he just didn't want to be bothered with it, I told him I would make other arrangements and left. Spencer offered not even an apology. The only reason this isn't an "F" is because he did a good job on the first job, but his customer service on this day was terrible and I will not go back to this shop.

I messaged the website on a weekend late. I got a response 5 minutes later. The owner Spencer had me booked for an analysis Monday and fit me in to have my speakers replaced on Thursday. His estimate was fair and the work performed was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend Premier Audio in Grove City OH.

They do an amazing job. They very precise and get the job done quickly. I would highly recommend this company to a friend.
