I call for a plumber, I didn't have to wait for a answer. Within ten minutes someone was calling me on their way. the Plumber arrived at the appropriate time. He checked to see what the problem, explain to me what was the problem, and what he was going to do. And then gave me an estimated price. I agreed and he was on with the job. What was so amazing about his work he took the time to explain to see if there would be aproblem with me when ha had to to a cut. It was a Job well-done.

Everything went well. They were very neat, clean, and prompt. I am pleased with their work, and I would recommend them highly.

They were very professional and patient. They had to come back a few times to take a look at what was going on. They seemed pretty honest as well.

Once I got over the price, I must say that he provided excellent service and did not charge more than the most expensive reliable professional of my experience.

The worker was very prompt, carried out the repairs quickly and easily and also cleaned up well. He was also polite. Although none of these repairs was complicated, I was pleased with the work and I would use them again.

They were timely, didn't do any more cosmetic damage than necessary to diagnose and repair the problems, were friendly and professional, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Within 2 hours of calling, an employee was out at my house to look at the gas lines. He took a visual look at the pipes, then gave me an estimate for the pressure test and parts. He spent a couple hours replacing parts and making sure everything was okay on the pipes/valves end. It turned out that the pipes were not the entirety of my problem (my furnace is part of this equation), but I have new valves and pipes that I can be sure of and for that I'm very pleased.

I have used their services in the past too. I thought I had a leak in the basement bathroom from the sink but they found out that the shut off valve had rusted and that the toilet wasn?t grounded to the floor. I also got smell from the drain that we no longer use. The plumber told me that the only thing that I needed to do was to put down a bucket full of water and that would prevent the gasses from coming up. He then came up to my bathroom and repaired my toilet since it was flushing all the time. It wouldn?t stop and it was flushing on its own. So he changed a part in the toilet and he overestimated and told me that I didn?t need all the parts that I thought were needed. He told me that it was going to reduce my bill by $30. He snaked the bathroom sink drain all the way down to the basement. I am in a three story house. He told what I had to do and also told me about the additional stuff that I needed in order to keep the drain clean. I have been putting off calling them since I was trying to get a new sink installed. That?s why I am going to have another company come out to install the countertops, new baseboard and the flooring in my bathroom. However, I couldn?t wait any longer since I was getting smell from the drain. So the plumber came out and took care of the problem in about three hours. I was very pleased with him and his company. They were very prompt and professional. He explained everything. I was thinking if I had to call them back or call another company. The price that they charged was okay and I have a feeling that if I had used the services of that other company then it would have been two times more. The plumber who did the work used to work for that other company before. Their responsiveness was good. They were here before I got back to my house when I used their services the first time. However, it looks like they had a lot of work this time because the owner of the company did call me back and told me that there was some problem. He asked me if I was on the east side or the west side and told me that he would take care of the problem. Then the plumber reached my house and was about an hour late. He came over the next day and looked at all the problems. He then told me that he would come back on Friday. So he did call and told me that he was having some baby sitting problem. He called and told me that he would be a little bit late. I would use their services in the future too and in fact, I am going to call him back in the next week since I want him to do some work in my mother?s house to repair a toilet stool.

He was prompt and very nice. If I have any other plumbing problems I will use A-Z Plumbing again.

It was excellent. He was very courteous and professional. He put booties on his shoes so he didn't track in our house. He really talks with you about what he thinks needs done. He gave different options of the way things could be done along with the advantages and disadvantages. He was half the price of other quotes that we got. He cleaned up everything when he was done. and did the job for exactly what he said he would. He is just a very good plumber.

Quote of $325+ parts. They came out immediately on a Thursday and gave a me quote but unfortunately could not do the work until Monday morning. They agreed not to mark up cost of the parts and provide me with proof of such if necessary.It was excellent experience even though I did not use them, I will consider them for other projects.

Eitan is a remarkable individual. He does business "the old-fashioned way". He came to our house twice without charge and spoke to our city sewer service person for me to arrange their snaking the flood drain for us without charge. Once the city had re-established drainage and the 8 inches of water in our basement was gone, he came out to try to get pilot light on our existing one year old water heater to stay on. He spent about an hour trying to dry out water damage and suggested I run a fan on the area for a few hours to see if I could get it to work. Again, no charge. After repeated attempts to maintain pilot light and restore heat, I called him back and arranged for replacement. He had to order the heater and offered me three levels of quality product. He got the heater for me, returned to install it on a Sunday, all without charging premium rates for Sunday service or any of the prior visits. The old water heater was drained and removed and they even cleaned the floor.

In a nutshell, an excellent plumber, a rare gem!

I called them twice two days apart. I got a call several hours after my second call. I was told someone would come out and give me an estimate. They arrived, the same day, almost exactly when they said they would. We discussed the problem. After a few checks, I was told that my guess was probably right. The only access was through the floor drain. Only a one cutter bit could be used with a small machine. He suggested we try that first since using the big machine would cost over three hundred dollars. Maybe more if an additional clean out would be required. So far the drain has been running good. Although, like many other reports, I think $125 was a bit much for the 45 minutes they were here. I was pleased with the work. It was done quickly and resulted in no mess, in spite of difficult access to the drain (behind the washer and laundry tubs).

We called A-Z plumbing in the morning, and they were willing to accommodate my schedule and met me after work to fix our kitchen sink drain. Mr. Ben-Avi and his partner were extremely polite and friendly. They explained what they were going to be doing and why it needed to be done. They also explained what previous work had been done on the drain and in a larger pipe in the basement. They worked very diligently to clear the drain and used two different sizes of snakes as the first size didn't do the trick. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of time they spent clearing the drain. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to a friend.

It went very well, the plumber diagnosed the the problem right away, and to go on to tell me what needed done. He checked my unit drainage and my next door neighbor's.

IT WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH EITAN! HE CAME THE DAY AFTER CALLING. HE INITIALLY ATTEMPTED TO SNAKE THE DRAIN BUT FOUND BLOCKAGE. HE RECOMMENDED RUNNING A CAMERA AND GAVE US THE EXACT COST PRIOR TO DOING SO. EITAN DISCOVERED WE HAD BROKEN PIPE IN THE BASEMENT AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE AREA. OTHER CONTRACTORS STATED THAT WE MUST REPLACE LINE FROM BASEMENT TO STREET AT THOUSANDS MORE. EITAN WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD. HE SAID THAT WE SHOULD ONLY REPLACE BROKEN AREA FIRST. HE DID JUST THAT AND IT WORKED BEAUTIFULLY! AS A MASTER PLUMBER, EITAN'S KNOWLEDGE AND WORK ETHIC ARE RARE HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEMS WE ARE HAVING AND ALSO GAVE US INPUT REGARDING A RECENT WATERPROOF JOB THAT WAS DONE WRONG. HE GAVE US AN ILLUSTRATION ON HOW IT SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AND GAVE US A RECOMMENDATION TO REDUCE THE WATER WHICH WORKED! HE DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THIS VALUABLE INFO! HE IS A GOOD MAN WHO TRULY DESIRES TO HELP PEOPLE NOT RIP THEM OFF. I WILL USE A-Z FOR ALL OUR PLUMBING NEEDS. RECOMMEND HIGHLY!
