crew arrived precisely on time each day, worked on a difficult job (11-12D x 35L ft excavation) in extremely poor weather (rain & sleet); explained procedures as they went along; lead person was totally patient with our ongoing questions and concerns

We took bids from three plumbers, this company was more comprehensive to our situation after we did an evaluation. They showed my husband other work that needs to be done around my home. They were here on time for the appointment. The man that came was efficient. He was able to come back to do some follow up work the next day. He finished up the job well and cleaned up well after himself.

We have been having slow drainage problems in our house since we moved in and it seemed to be getting worse in the last couple of weeks. We were getting back-up from the drain in our basement and our laundry tub was draining incredibly slow causing massive overflow in to our basement. We have plumbers in our family (out of town) that told us exactly what we needed done and gave us estimates on what the price probably would be. My husband is off this week so we decided to call some plumbers to get estimates. We called A-Z today (a sunday), planning to leave a message for a return call tomorrow. A girl in the office answered and asked our problem. She said she could send someone over now if we wanted. We were home so we said sure. The plumber was there within an hour. He came in, looked at a couple of things, had us run some water and told us we probably had build-up in our main sewer line and that rodding would most likely solve all our drainage issues. He told us it would be $330 to rod the main sewer line and thread a video to see if there were any significant issues. That price was significantly lower than we were expecting so we decided to go with A-Z. The plumber said he could do it right now if we wanted. We said yes. He dug out a small spot in our front yard to get access. Cleaned out the sewer line, showed my husband the video to show him there was no big issues. He was done within two hours. As of now ALL our drainage issues seemed to be solved. We ran ever faucet in our house at the same time and no overflow. I will definitely use A-Z for all our future plumbing issues.

I called and set up an appointment for Friday, 8/2/13, between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. I waited at home - no one showed, no one called.

I have used them in the past. They send out a serviceman, Nick was his name, he was good. He did an excellent work. I like everything. He was punctual. He cleaned up the problem that he has. He told me everything that was going on. I thought the price is fair. Everything was good to look at too.

It went smooth and there is no water coming on the bathroom floor. Guys were very professional, honest and know what they were doing. I will hire them with a heart beat. The price was worth it.

The technician was efficient, friendly, and I was happy with his work. He cleaned up after himself and wished me a good day!

I called on a weekend and they arrived on the same weekend to perform the work, which involved replacing some parts. There was no extra charge for doing the work on a weekend.

Excellent overall experience. Showed up on time. Got the work done effeciently and the job was done well. Would use again.

Things went very well. I all them about 8 am. they gave me a afternoon appointment. So I asked them if they could give me a time earlier. With no argument they did. They call me to let me know what time they would be at my home. The plumber were on time. He was very professional with everything he did. I was so pleased with the work he did. I will be calling them again.

They came on time, did the work in a timely manner, and they did a great job. They also charged a reasonable price.

It went smooth and now I can turn the water off without the water running continuously....

They were the most knowlegable service company that I have ever dealt with. Most importantly they are fundamentally good people, they could have had my business, easily with their knowledge and experience and excellent bid, but they advised me of another approach that saved me so much money. Seriously, any company that responded to my situation the way they did should not only always be called first by anyone but should also get the job. I know that they will be the company that I use in the future

They did a beautiful job fixing her toilet, which a previous company had messed up. They came on time and we were very pleased. I would be very comfortable hiring them again.

Plumber came out quickly and took shut off water and removed faucet. so problem was fixed. I needed a replacement faucet. Plumber was fast and efficent and took care of the problem. I appreciated that they came out so quickly.

The plumber showed up and tried to snake multiple drains to figure where the clog was...he took his time to investigate the situation and corrected the issue. He made sure that his work area was clean and made sure that everything was taken care of prior to him leaving. I even spoke to the the owner of A-Z plumbing prior to having someone come over and he was trying to help me by walking me through different steps to narrow down the problem. Overall they were not out for themselves but out to be fair with integrity to the consumer...they corrected all of the plumbing issues by troubleshootingand finding out what the main issue was. Everything went fine. I was satisfied. I had an emergency and they were able to correct it right away. They cleaned up well and came right away.

They did a very good job and I would recommend them. They were already on Angie’s list and had an A rating and they certainly lived up to it. They have a kind of unusual situation as a fact they are closed on Saturdays so I have a feeling they must be Jewish but they are open on Sunday and they responded to me as it is their work day. They do Sunday calls and they don’t charge extra for it. They were efficient and they did exactly what needed to be done. They also gave me some advice about some other things at the same time so I was very pleased. I was not unhappy with the price and with regard to quality it’s hard to tell at this point of time but they did give me a years warranty on the work so I’m hopeful and so far everything is fine. I would rate their punctuality a little low since they said they were going to be here at 3:30 pm but they were not here until 5 pm but I suspect they may have been a job in front of mine that may have taken a little longer but other than that they were fine and it was not an inconvenience for me.

They showed up on time, were respectful of my home, and did a good job. They told me to call them if anything went wrong.

A-Z Plumbing (Marty) provided excellent service. Base on his many years of experience, he was able to resolve my drainage issue without having to break-up (dig) my driveway. Marty was very detailed and patient in identifying and fixing the problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.

Things went very well, they did exactly what they promised and were very professional about their work. The only problem I had was communicating with their office. Seemed very confused and people did not return my calls as promised.

Overall, everything went well. I would recommend them to anyone and they did a good job.

It took several our. The plumber was a little green but competent and very accommodating. I soil certainly use him again.
