Victor's Roofing is top notch. A++ We initially hired a friend of a friend who took our deposit and disappeared for 2 months (thankfully we got our money back). A friend at work HIGHLY recommended Victor's Roofing (VR) based on the outstanding job they did on his roof. I called VR on Monday and received a free estimate at my home that Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m. Sean was right on time and, after inspecting the roof, provided us with 3 very fair pricing options. Materials were delivered Saturday morning. And by the following Monday, we had a new roof! And it looks great! So do the gutters. One week from initial phone call to job complete! The entire process was smooth. Communication was outstanding. Vlad kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, even calling to provide an update while the crew was on site. The crew showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m. and was finished, cleaned-up and gone by 3:00 p.m. that afternoon. You literally could not tell they were ever there. Very impressive! While the crew was on site, they identified several rotten boards and a couple broken planks. These were all replaced/repaired. Yes, this was an additional cost, but we understood this was a possibility going in. Yet, we honestly couldn't help but question if all of the repair work was actually necessary. Those questions were answered when Sean called to follow-up and, unprompted, asked if we'd like photos of the damage that was repaired. He emailed us several photos and put our minds at ease. It was in pretty rough shape and it was money well spent! Overall, we couldn't be happier with the entire process.

Great! They arrived at 7:30 in the morning and completed around 6pm. The whole process was fast and they stay in contact with you and talk you through the whole thing. The work was great, and at the end they cleaned up everything-we never found 1 nail or anything ! Very professional and easy to work with.

Great, Victor made sure I was well informed on the condition of the existing roof and of the construction & materials for the installation. The crew was very friendly and professional.

Less was included in the $275 Tune-up than I expected. Ended up charging me for almost all real repairs including sealing chimneys, etc... The work seems to have been done well, but the technician did not seem very knowledgeable and I personally feel like the services were over-priced. I would probably go with another company if I had a chance to do it over.

On time, with excellent quality. Cleanup was outstanding. Would recommend without exception to anyone needing a new roof.

Can't speak highly enough about Victor's Roofing. About a year and a half ago, I had a leak in my ceiling. Called Victor to look at it and suggest a repair. He spent time on the roof and in the attic and told me that if I was going to eventually replace the roof, I should just put a bucket in my attic to catch the water to avoid spending money on a repair when I was going to eventually replace the entire roof. I agreed and asked Victor how much I owed him. His response? $0. Only when I did plan to have the roof replaced, I give him the opportunity to bid on it. That's an honest company. Fast forward to now. Called 3 companies to bid on my roof replacement. All of the bids came in fairly close pricewise. By far though, Victor was the most professional and I felt confident he would do a good job. It was a two-day process for my roof. Victor's crew arrived early and left late both days. The attention to detail was great. After the job was done, Victor came by to inspect and found a few things he was not satisfied with and sent out his crew to handle these extremely minor issues. Mind you, these are issues HE found, not me. I thought everything was perfect. There is clearly a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction at Victors Roofing and I would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone.

Rick was very helpful, and punctual and explained the full process. Getting a quote was easy and low-pressure. The team was prompt and got to work right away. This was my first time dealing with such a large project and I had the ability to ask questions through the process. I had several calls from Vlad the owner to ensure the service was up to my expectation. I am very pleased with the customer service and the quality of my roof. I highly recommend Victors Roofing.

It went great ... Vlad was very professional and completed all the work we agreed. He even worked with our Pest Control folks to identify an area where we had carpenter ants entering the house. We are very happy with the quality and professionalism. We will ask them to put us on their call-back list for an annual roof check-up. Thanks Victor and Vlad.

Get a quote from Victors - you will not be disappointed. If you have never shopped for a new roof, plan on spending some time meeting with the vendors and educating yourself. It is a very time consuming process and truthfully was a little stressful. They all do things a little differently and recommend different products/brands. It will take some time to sort through all of the information. We met with 3 companies. One contractor was almost $2k higher, the other contractor was appx $200 cheaper (and lesser weight shingle). Victors quote stood out - they had the best presentation, product and price. The sales rep, Mike Rinta, was very easy to work with, he was aware that we had already met with other vendors and was super considerate of our time since we recently learned more than we ever wanted to know about having a roof replaced. He was easy to reach when we had questions. While he was up on the roof he took photographs on his iPad that he showed to us during our discussion. Our roof was actually in worse condition than what we originally thought. We had missing shingles, loose shingles, the area near the chimney was not stable (I had a prior roof leak there approximately 10-15 years ago). He quoted 3 different shingle types: 220lb, 230lb, and 250lb shingle. After selecting Victor’s Roofing I emailed our shingle type (we went with 230lb) and color choices to him. He promptly called and set up a follow up appointment. We have an unusual situation, the original home owners added a garage after the house was built and the bricks are a completely different color than the house. Mike brought full size samples to us and actually climbed back onto the roof so we could view them from the street, he also moved them to the front of our house and garage to see how it would look against the brick. That really changed our perspective on our original selections. We were toggling between 2 different shingles when Mike suggested another shingle to us, and it was PERFECT. We love the color. I would not change a thing. With his assistance we selected Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Shingle, color Pristine Weathered Shadow. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and not once did I feel like he was trying to up-sell. We signed the paperwork! The next step with working with Sean who scheduled the shingle delivery and installation. He was very professional and easy to work with. The delivery and installation happened pretty quickly after that. He was my point of contact with questions and he always answered his phone. The work crew arrived as scheduled, on the dot! Vladimir and his team were very fast and professional; everything went as it was explained to us. Seriously, the yard was spotless when they left, I walked around looking for nails and debris and only found 2 nails to date. I have dogs and kids so that was a concern. They did a great job! The next day the gutter team arrived, I was not home at the time but was told it went very quickly and professionally and the gutters look great! Victors Roofing has great follow-up. Sean came by and spoke to us, went up on the roof and inspected all of the work that was done. Mike also made a follow-up call to us to see if we were satisfied with the installation. I would like to get siding some day and will definitely contact them without hesitation to get a quote when I am ready.

My experience with Victors Roofing was terrific! The salesman Chad visited my home and gave a fair assessment of the situation very shortly after inquiring about their services. The quote process right on through scheduling the scheduling and completion of the job was quick and easy. On installation day Sean came to inspect the work the installation team performed and spot checked for quality. Overall the process left me feeling confident that the job was done right and would not give me problems in the future. I would highly recommend using Victors Roofing!

A very kind guy was sent and he provided service for everything required on the list. Perfect done! What's more, he also help me clean the pin tree leaves and cut some branches that may damage roof in the furture. He also expressed he loves his company and he admires his boss. His name starts from "Vit". (In case he becomes to busy, I just don't want to share his full name. But it's enough for his boss to know)

I called and scheduled an estimate. No one showed up at the scheduled time of estimate. No one called to say they could not make the appointment. How rude! When I called to inquire why they did not show up to a scheduled appointment their excuse was that the estimator forgot his "pad" this morning. Really? They claim "Built On Integrity." I think not. If they can't handle keeping an appointment for an estimate how could they handle installing a roof? It's of the most important parts of my house! This company wasted my valuable time.

They were honest, reasonable and they worked with us. They were unbelievable! If you need a roof these are the guys to pick! They cleaned up very well and were able to get everything done in one day! Bill, the salesman, was excellent. Lad and Olga were great as well! The WHOLE TEAM was excellent! I can't say enough good things about them! A+!

Victors Roofing did a superb job on my new roof. I was looking for a company that would do first class work for a fair price and after getting several quotes chose Victors. The salesperson, Bill, was knowledgeable, not high pressure, and willing to work with me to find the best roofing solution for my situation. The job was scheduled at my convenience and the crew arrived exactly as planned. Vladimir and his crew were extremely skillful, efficient, and polite. They were very careful not to damage any siding, gutters, or plantings, and carefully cleaned up after completion. My new roof looks terrific, and I am confident will be beautiful and leak-proof for many years.

It has been a few months and now I was told by the tenants that there is a little leak on the roof. I contacted the provider's office and wants to know a price to fix this leak, which he obviously missed last time To my surprise a $500 was quoted. This should be a minimum cost to me if any, as he should have done it when he was on the roof.

I found my go to roof service provider in Victor's Roofing, and would highly recommend them. When scheduling the appointment for the roof tune-up, Victor was extremely easy to schedule with and even made it a point to make sure my main concerns about the roof would be looked into. As for the actual work, Vitaly did an excellent job and documented all of his work so I could see before/after pictures. He was very honest about the condition of the roof, and what my expectations should be on its lifespan. I appreciated that feedback the most, and will definitely not waste my time going elsewhere for future roof work. Both Victor and Vitaly were extremely professional and provided a service that exceeded expectations.

DO this: hire Victor's Roofing to do your roof! DON'T be put off because Victor's is a small company that you've never heard of, you don't see their yard signs plastered all over every street corner and intersection in your town, and you don't see 1/4 or 1/2 page ads/coupons in the local "marketeer" that you get free in your mailbox. Couple years ago, I purchased an old historic home; I knew when I bought it that the roof was going to need replacement "soon". I researched, I read, I googled, I talked to tons of people who had recently replaced roofs....and then I pondered and pondered. I really dreaded the whole thing because I felt like the process of getting quotes and getting the work done was going to be like throwing myself into a shark tank. And I did get quotes...3 of them. And then I found Victor's and gave them a call for a 4th quote...kind of a "out from left field quote, from someone I've never heard of before, just to check these other 3 numbers I've got" thing. I should have called Victor's first. I would have saved myself A LOT of time. So, here's the deal... Victor's Roofing is run by...well, Victor. It's a small, family owned and operated company out of Canton/YPSI. I believe Victor's got one crew...all employees (not subs) and many who have worked together a long time (at least by construction/roofing contractor standards). Victor's Dad is part of the crew as well and, at least on my job, was the foreman. At 55 (he volunteered his age), the guy is still climbing ladders and laying shingles; he's also the one who custom fashioned all of the flashing around the chimneys and other areas where it was required. He's an all around great guy who obviously knows just about everything there is to know about roofing! So, Victor comes out and does the estimate. He's a completely professional guy. Patient, knowledgeable. Not a high pressure sales type. You can tell he owns the company and he represents it well. I will tell you that Victor's was not the lowest bid of the 4...they were all within probably about $800-900 of each other, with Victor's being on the higher end. So, what convinced me to take a chance on a company I'd never heard of, at a higher price no less? Well, I had spent time on their website prior to the estimate and liked what I saw there; having met the owner and getting a good feeling from him, I felt comfortable going with them; and then, honestly, it came down to how genuine Victor is and the lengths that he went to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt like he had "earned" my business vs. just coming out and doing some boilerplate estimate and answering all my questions with "blah, blah, blah". You know what I'm talking about if you've ever gotten 3 or 4 quotes for a job. The scope of work: complete tear off and re-shingle with CertainTeed Landmark shingles, install new ridge and edge vents, and replace 5 skylights. Since I had purchased the skylights separately, I was happy that Victor was amenable to installing them. The crew showed up at the appointed time and got to work. Victor's Dad and I went over the scope of the job, he explained exactly what was going to be happening, etc.... And off to work they all went. Victor himself came out to the job site a little later and checked in with his crew and me, which I appreciated. They wrapped up and pulled out of the driveway at about 4:30 that afternoon. And you could not even tell that anyone had been there...well, except for the gorgeous new roof. There was not one nail, piece of shingle, scrap of cardboard, or anything....anywhere. And I looked. I was impressed. Another thing I was impressed with....and I know this will sound trivial to some....the entire crew looked like a team. They all had on a "Victor's Roofing" shirt. They looked clean and professional, not like some ragtag group of subs or day laborers. They were all friendly and they all worked the entire day. The bottom line: the attention to detail of Victor himself and his crew, their workmanship, the extent to which they go to ensure that everything is done perfectly, the professionalism of both Victor and his crew and the fact that you can tell this is something that they love to do, the pride they take in their work....all of these are reasons why I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone looking to replace a roof in SE Michigan give Victor's a call. I seriously do not think you will be disappointed. Update: it's now March '16 and the roof looks as good today as it did the day it was installed. I've had absolutely no issues at all; not with the roof, the skylights, the venting, the gutter section...no issues.

Upon receiving 3 qualified bids, my Son decided to go with Victor's Roofing to replace the leaking roof vents on the back of the house. Chad was the person that came to the house and quoted my son. Due to the cold weather, they had to wait as to not crack existing shingles, and Chad kept everyone informed. The work was completed in just a couple hours by a technician, and he was very courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend Victor's Roofing to any of our friends and family.

I had a leaky roof and since my roof was near the end of its life, assumed I needed a new roof. I called several roofers explaining I had a leak, asking them to meet with me, inspect the roof and give me a quote. Victor's Roofing was the only roofer to actually meet and talk with me. The others just left me a quote for a new roof. When I pulled up, Bill was on the roof. He told me that my roof was in fairly good condition for its age and still had several years to go before it needed replacing. We talked about the leak and he said he couldn't see any visible signs from the outside, so we went inside behind the wall on the second floor where the leak was (with a basin to catch the water). He found that the vent was not centered on the hole correctly and part of it had lifted slightly, allowing rain to get in. He spent a fair amount of time explaining things and answering my questions, which I greatly appreciated. Plus my dog liked him, and he doesn't like anybody! He quoted me 450.00 to replace the vent, perform general maintenance on the roof (nail pops, re-caulking the exhaust pipes, etc..). One day, not long after, I came home and it had been fixed. I had to go out and take a good look, because the only way you can tell is that the vent is slightly different. The leak has been fixed and I didn't need a new roof after all. When the times does come for a new roof, I will most likely use Victor's Roofing, since the customer service was pretty great.

It went very well. I took the day off work to observe and was impressed at how Vladimir and the crew removed the old roof, repaired and replaced boards as needed, and installed the new roof and its venting. I especially appreciated being called over from time to time to see the soft area on an old board or other damage that was hidden by the old, ugly shingles. A couple of the old boards had holes in them and I feel good going in to the next winter with a new roof. And it looks great. I could have used other vendors who charged less, but the fact Victor doesn't try to be the cheapest impressed me and I think this house is in good shape for decades to come based on their efficiency and attention to detail.
