The roof was done in one day and it looks great!

There's not enough words in the dictionary to express how greatful we are to know a great company like Victor's Roofing and the team that took such good care of us and our home. The amount of dedication and workmanship that was provided can never be beat by any other company out there. The amount of time that was taken to get the job done and the quality of the finished product is suberb. We even got to check out homes that were on a very extensive list. We highly recoommend Victor's Roofing and you won't be disappointed. There is a 2 week wait due to all the roofs getting repaired and be patient if Mother Nature makes it impossible for them to do it on the day that was scheduled. They will let you know when it will get done. I promise. We already have recommended Victor's Roofing and we plan to keep referring a great company and a great owner like Victor....... Thank you Victor for the most beautiful roof on the block....I can't stop looking at it.

From coming out to quote to completing all the work, Victor's people were great. Everything was done well, they were very neat and clean, showed me pictures of the work, and the work was done in a very timely manner. I would hire them again. I can say "perfect" in a few languages, but English will do. Perfect. They installed the roof and the shingles are even, aligned and well done. The crew was very friendly and did an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves. I'm ashamed to say that they left my deck much cleaner than it was when they got here. Chad is an honest person who just knows what he's doing. Hire them again? Absolutely.

he called 20 minutes before the appointment time to let me know he would be at my place at the appointed time. He was professional, gave me an estimate of the remaining life of the roof (good news) and recommended that I consider a new venting option when I need the roof replaced.

The price was competitive. The work was done in about 7 hrs. The crew arrived on time. They worked professionally. They took care to maintain my property with their equipment. They ensured everything was cleaned up properly when they were done. I received a thank you letter from the owner after the job was done, never got one of those before. This was a positive experience.

We had an excellent experience with Victor's Roofing. Sale was no pressure and highly professional with an excellent price. The crew was able to do most of the work while I was at work myself and kept me up to date on any decisions that I had to make as they performed the service. Took pictures of everything to show me at the end of the job. Afterward, they cleaned up the worksite and had an inspector come out the next day. I can't recommend them enough. Truely exceptional.

Vitale was very responsive, kind and explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. He also let me know how much longer he thought my roof would last, and why.

I have 2 friends who referred me to Victor's. I called them and scheduled to get a quote a week and half out. I worked 9-5 at the time so not their fault. On the day of the appointment, Sean came out and was 10 minutes early. He was a very good salesperson in that he was not pushy by any means. I had a quote before Victor's and the salesperson was pushing to get the sale even pulling the "today only" price. Sean was straight to point and made sure all my needs were met. He is a "no nonsense" kind of salesperson. I was very impressed that they scheduled the work to be done 2 days later. Vlad's team came out and were here at 8am. I had a complete tear off and full replacement of all the boards. The guys were able to get the work done a little after 12. They did a great job in clean up. They even cleaned inside my garage to get any debris. They ended up replacing more than what was agreed on for the quote. Sean came back out about a week later to settle financing. The extra work they performed, they did for free and my quote was my total price for the work. Overall, this company did a very great job. They understand the wants and needs of a customer. If I ever need anymore work done, I will call these guys. I will definitely recommend Sean to anyone.

Chad came in on time this morning as scheduled and took care of the problem, he went over the roof and took before and after pictures. He was extremely polite and patient with me while explaining the situation and made sure that I understood clearly what's going on. I have dealt with other company in the past and never receive the same type of respect and services that Chad delivers. kudos to Chad and Victors roofing for their expertise in the field and their honesty with the customer.

The day we scheduled the appointment we received a call 20 minutes before the time to let us know they were on their way. I mentioned we were running late and would be arriving 10 minutes late but it was ok for him to start the inspection while we arrive. By the time we arrived home we found the repair technician on our roof working on the inspection. He introduced himself, his name was Vitaliy and he started showing us the pictures we took where some nails needed to be sealed and confirmed we either need the pipe flashing repaired or replaced. After he explained us the pros and cons of the two options we decided to replace it. Vitaliy did a great job, he not only did his job but also explained us what he found in detail and made some recommendations to extend the life of our roof but recommended to start thinking on getting a new roof in the next four or five years. I was extremely please with his job and suggestions; I was afraid he would try to offer a new roof even if we did not need it yet but he was very honest and straight. I definitely will consider Victors Roofing when the time comes to get a new roof on my house and I highly recommend their services.

Missing shingles were replaced and other items such as popped nails etc were fixed. Vitaliy was very prompt, personable and professional, even showed me pictures of the roof and what he did. Victor himself looked at my roof on a Friday night and said he would have someone out Saturday to take care of it. Couldn't be happier with Victors Roofing. Will definitely call them for any future roofing needs

Very well. Repair tech (Vitaliy) did a wonderful job. Would certainly recommend them and would request Vitaliy for any future repair/replacement. Work was done as promised. They found additional work Was needed to complete the job correctly, but did not charge more than the quoted price. I was very happy with the quote (including the person that came out for that), the quality of the work, and the genuine interest that they showed in earning my business. I had several other quotes, but chose victors roofing, a choice that I do not regret.

Victors roofing did a great job overall and even went the extra mile in many small areas like tightening the gutters and double checking cleanup. I would definitely recommend,

I highly recommend Victor's Roofing. I had three separate companies come out in May to estimate my roof. I had some delays with deciding how to proceed and called back in August. Sean came back out, went over my estimate, answered all of my questions and set up for me to be scheduled. I was having some additional work done around the house and tried to coordinate it. Vlad from production was great about working around the other appointments for scheduling. I had my roof done on September 23. To say I was impressed is an understatement. They showed up before 8 and got straight to work. They tented over my rosebushes to prevent any damage which I was extremely thankful for. In less than two hours they had all three layers removed. By 1:30 the entire job was complete, all the garbage picked up and their trucks packed to leave. It looks fantastic!! Someone came out a few days later to inspect it and make sure there was no debris left behind. They followed up with a call to make sure I was satisfied and mailed me my warranty. It is good to know there are still companies out there that put forth the extra effort into a job well done.

We had a small roof repair which was done very professionally

We were scheduled for 4:00. They called so say they would be late. I didn't think they would be able to come and get the work done. But at 5:15 a large crew of men showed up and a few hours later I had a new roof on the garage, some bad boards were replaced, everything was cleaned up, including searching for nails in the neighbors yard. I was impressed and so was my normally cynical husband. I had received another quote from another company which was $700 higher. I also appreciate that they didn't try to oversell me on the shingles, considering the structure might end up coming down at some point,

The workers showed up about 7:30 (it was a small army). They prepared the area by putting plywood and tarps up so they wouldn't damage doors, windows and plants. The tear off started shortly after and most of the work was finished around 3:00ish. The workers were very quick, polite and worked very hard to get the job done. I am very pleased with the work. They pride themselves on their cleanup, which as very good. However, we did find a handful of mails around afterward. If you have little ones running around, best to double check.

Bill Smith was outstanding. He took me up on the roof and spend about 2 hours explaining everything to me. He was very thorough and had an extensive amount of expertise. The entire quoting process took about 2 hours, which was long, but compared to other companies that were in and out in 20 minutes for a quote, I could tell Bill and the team at Victor's cared. My current residence needed about 70 sheets of plywood replaced, which really affected the price. Their overall willingness to negotiate on the price was another reason I chose Victors. Their teams follow-up after the job was also greatly appreciated. Within 2 days, a quality inspector called and said he would be on the property to walk around and check for any nails that may have been missed (we did find a few on the back patio :/ ). Overall, it was an exceptional experience and all the people at Victors are very friendly and professional. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

The young man came and fixed our problem. He told us why the other recent fix , not done by Victor's Roofing, had failed. I am very happy with the work done and am confident the the fix will last. He also explained what is happening to my roof as a whole. It was very helpful.

Highly recommended!! After emailing a couple companies, Victor was the only one to reply within hours. He met with me in person and gave reasonable recommendations regarding what to replace and what to reuse (i.e. Skylights). The job was scheduled for the next week and everything ran according to schedule. His crew did a great job with the roof and clean up, and everything was on time.

They arrived at 7:30 a.m. on the morning promised. They got to work, kept at it until was done, cleaned up the mess and were gone by 9:45 a.m. I had estimates from three different companies. VictorsRoofing was by far the fairest price offered.They did great work!
