Description of Work: Victor was professional and timely in arrving for appointments. He explained everything to me, even answering my (likely stupid) questions. His crew was very professional. They took great care to protect our lawn/flowers as well as that of the my neighbor, and the clean up was exceptional. My neighbor and I were even impressed that they were fairly quiet - no loud music playing, etc. I would highly recommend Victor's roofing.

Description of Work: Victors Roofing replaced my roof and added ceiling insulation. |First they met with my wife and I to inspect the roof and discuss the options. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. After examining the interiour of the roof with me via our unfinished attic, and examining the exterior of the roof by walking on it, he told us there were lots of rotted boards (which we already knew) and that we would probably have to redeck the roof with plywood. We discussed several shingle options, as well as options for unlaiment, etc. and explained the benefits of each. He did not suggest the most expensive option, as that would have been overkill for our small house. When it came time to decide on a shingle color, my wife was having trouble making a decision so provided us a list of addresses in the area that had shingles in the various colors we were considering. AFter a few days of driving around, we chose a color and set up a date for the work. |Our house is small, so the work was completed in a single day. The crew arrived on time and began covering the landscaping around our house to protect it from damage. They then removed the old shingles and confirmed that we needed new decking. They began applying new decking, while simultaneously blowing insulation into the attic space. They then applied trim work, underlaiment, and shingles. When work was completed they did a thorough job of cleaning up the yard. They completed exactly the work that we asked them to do, they did it on time and at the price which we had agreed upon ahead of time. The crew was professional (I was amazed at their speed, strength and skill!) and polite. They spoke Spanish, but the foreman spoke enough English to communicate with us. The salesman stopped by two-thirds of the way through the project to make sure everything was going according to our wishes, and he followed up a day or two later to make sure we were satisfied. If I had to do another roof, I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak around fireplace. Rebuilt outer Hardie siding on fireplace chimney and replaced roofing with watertight seal. Excellent work, have had same area repaired previously, this is the first company that fixed it without any further leaking after numerous rain storms. We are very happy and will only call Victors roofing for all future jobs.

Description of Work: After evaluating the lack of ventilation in the attic leading to severe mold issues, Victor went through a thorough explanation of what was needed, the options available, and how best to proceed. Having decided on a complete tear off and new shingles, his team came when they said they would, were very hard working and professional, a great job.

Description of Work: The two men from Victor's roofing arrived and inspected our roof, which I had repaired myself before the winter. They assessed the repair and other damage which we had pointed out, and they indicated that we didn't necessarily need a new roof at this point right now, and that repairs would be enough for now. They also laid out options for a new roof as we had discussed purchasing one anyway, and their prices were very competitive with local competition and offered better warranties than we had seen elsewhere. We will likely be purchasing a roof from them within two years.

Description of Work: they came exactly on time...were not prepared for the roof tune up. could not get into my attic because they were too tall. did not have sufficient lighting to see into the attic, and a lot of excuses why not. and wanted $7000 to $10000 for a new roof. for a home that's 1100 sq feet....and gave me absolutely nothing in writing for the visit. i think all of previous reviews were done by family members.

Description of Work: Performed roof inspection and minor fixes. In January we had a small leak in the roof. Called a different roofer to inspect and fix and in addition they found 5 additional problems that had not been fixed.

Description of Work: Stripped off old roof, pulled old roof windows and patched openings, replaced damaged wood, put new shingles and seamless gutters up. Cleaned everything and did a beautiful job! Very happy with their service. Thank you Victor!
