Description of Work: We recently joined Angie's List. Chad from Victor's Roofing, quoted us roof repairs that would add a few more years to our roof. The job was scheduled and complete as quoted. We would recommend Victor's and expect to call them in a few years when our roof will be 20 years old and will need to be replaced.

Description of Work: Victor's Roofing did an outstanding job and far exceeded my expectations! We could not ask for a more professional job with excellent workmanship performed within the 3 days they promised on our large custom roof. Each day of the job the crew cleaned up so well. When they were finished, there was NO leftover debris-not even a roofing nail. The job manager stayed on the job working alongside & managing the crew from the beginning to job's end. I give Victor's roofing an A++.

They prepped the project carefully and when finished, cleaned up perfectly. Their salesperson was a pleasure to deal with. They did what they said they would do for us. Today, a neighbor around the corner commented that our new roof looked really great. His wife plans to call us to be referred to Victor's Roofing. I will do this happily.

Description of Work: Victor's replaced our roof. The salesperson was very thorough in his inspection and gave us very specific details on what we needed. He provided three service options and prices which all were very helpful as we compared with other roofing companies. The owner called after we selected them to thank us for our business and confirm the work and timeframe. The workers arrived on time, worked throughout the day, and did a great clean up at the end. We found them to be honest, detailed, reasonably priced and the roof looks great! We thought they were terrific.

Description of Work: After waiting forever for multiple other roofers to get back to me regarding two leaks I had on the roof of our new house I called Victors. They promptly sent an estimator within a day or so. He told me the original roofer should cover the repair under warranty. Due to the complicated nature of working with multiple builders who both had done portions of the roof, I told Victors I'd rather just pay them to fix it. Even though it would mean the lack of work for them, the estimator tried to convince me that I shouldn't have to pay for a problem that was due to someone else's poor work. Victors gets points for trying to save me money by declining work, also points for knowing the correct way the original job should have been done but wasn't. | |In the end it made more sense for me to pay Victors to fix it right rather than go through the grief of trying to get the original roofers to fix the ridge vents which may or may not have again been done the right way the second time. | |I recommended them to my sister who had a complete roof done. They did a good job for her at a good price as well. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Victor roofing came to our house but could not perform the tune up per the voucher since they were able to warranty the work. They did ask us to call Angie's List list to get the refund . I had called Angie's List list within 30 days. However they never sent the refund form. When I called up again today, they were able to locate record of the call and sent me this form to fill. Since I had already called within 30 days , I should not have any issue with the refund.

Description of Work: Complete tear off and roof replacement and increased ventilation to attic. Completely satisfied with the work that Victors Roofing did for us. From the initial inspection and estimate to the completion of the project everything was handled in a professional manner. The crew that did the work was on time and finished the job in a timely manner. They were polite and did a fantastic job with the cleanup. Victors Roofing was not the lowest estimate I received but it was the most thorough inspection and offered me the most options. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Very satisfied.
