Salesman Shaun was professional, and Brad in scheduling department was very good. It took about a month for us to be put in the schedule but they came and finished the day that they promised. The crew was very hard working and professional. I would highly recommend Victors roofing. The only issue so far is old nails keep making the way onto our driveway. They did try to clean up everything that they found.

Viktor even called and advocated on our behalf with our insurance company when he felt that what they were giving us wasn’t fair. Very well. Four years ago I used Kroll Construction to roof my home, their work was terrible. Based on the photographs taken by Victors Roofing when they did their assessment, the flashing was not installed, there were nail pops, and extreme damage to the wood because Kroll didn't lay a wet barrier between the shingles and the roof. Victor's Roofing quoted me to do a two layer tear off and re-shingle the roof. They took their time and I am thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend Vitaliy Gurskiy, the sales representative. He was thorough in his assessment and helped me understand the work that needed to be done and why.

The price was reasonable. It was a little high, but they did a very good job. They were very professional. They guaranteed the roof for a lifetime. We are very happy with these guys.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and I felt zero sales pressure. As the project installation date approached, Victor Roofing followed up to keep me informed of schedule changes due to weather. On the day of installation, all major landscaping was covered with boards (teepee) and tarps before the job started. The crew (~12) worked from 8am - 10:20pm and was the hardest working crew you will ever meet. The next morning when I went out to inspect my property I could barely find a handful of scrap left behind, which was amazing given the size of the tear off. Victor Roofing followed up by sending out an inspector to check the job and to clean any smudges on siding. With respect to the insulation we had blown in, the crew was fast, courteous, and did a good job cleaning up after. I had a small area above the garage that was missed during the installation. The Victor Roofing crew realized that they forgot to insulate this area and returned to finish the job. This shows a lot of integrity because I think most installers would have just moved on. Overall, my roof looks beautiful and it was a great experience. I would recommend Victor Roofing.

After having several roofing companies come to our house and give us quotes, we decided on Victor's Roofing. Having never before having anything to do with roofs, Victor's Roofing really made it painless. Everything they said they would do they did. We were having trouble trying to figure out what color shingles we wanted, and Sean from Victor's Roofing came over on a Saturday afternoon to show us different colors and how they would look on our house. Great customer service. Victor's Roofing provided us with a list of homes that they had put new roofs on. We took that list and looked at several houses they did and was impressed. The day of the install, Victor's Roofing showed up on time, and got right to work tarping our house and plants and ripping off the old shingles. They worked until it was finished. Woke up with old roof, went to bed with new one! The new roof looks fantastic. I would recommend Victor's Roof without hesitation. We had 5 different companies come out, and I'm glad we chose Victor's Roof.

Work performed in one day, excellent job. Very professional

After purchasing a new home and needing a roof soon after, Victor was the first person I called. After going over all of our options we settled on a new roof and gutter system that met our budget and standards. On top of that we had to get an additional building permit through the Ypsilanti Historic Society for the project (which they have had experience with) and Victor helped make that process easy. This now my 3rd time working with Victor and I am now a life long customer.

My experience was fantastic. First of all, I received a call the same day I tried to get quotes from companies. Even though it was still in the middle of the storm, Victor himself gave me a call around 8PM! Absolutely amazing customer service. Not only was he super informative and polite, I didn't feel pressured at all when talking to him. We scheduled time for a representative to come by (Kyle) and look at the roof, plus give me a quote. Kyle showed up on Saturday and took some pictures of the roof. We discussed the options and he gave me a quote for repair and a quote for replacement with three different options. He was straight forward, an excellent communicator, and very low pressure. I still had two other companies at that point, so I waited for quotes from them, and then had to wait on my insurance company. Kyle would periodically follow up with me to check on how things were going with insurance and if there was anything he/Victor's could do to help out. It was really just a waiting game at that point. Once I heard back from insurance, I contacted Kyle to explain to him that I had received another quote for the same type of shingles and service that was a bit cheaper. I wanted to give my business to Victor's because of the quick phone call and also because of my experience with the people who work for Victor's. He worked with me on the price and we agreed to proceed. He came over that day to go over colors and help me pick out the right one for my house. I then received a call for scheduling the installation later that week, which went without a hitch. I didn't interact too much with the crew, but they did a great job with the roof and I was very happy with it. The next day I met with the post install inspector and we went over the install and any concerns I had. The only very very minor gripe I had was they destroyed some of my tulips, but that's really the ONLY problem I had and he understood my complaint. I honestly felt silly complaining about it, but I also felt that everyone at Victor's was so low pressure and easy to talk to that I could bring up something very minor like that. Long story short - Victor's is fantastic and I've already referred them to another friend of mine. Don't hesitate to give them a call for your roofing needs, you won't regret it. They are true to their "Built on Integrity" motto and are hands down one of the best companies I've ever dealt with.

I originally contacted Victor's as my third "backup" quote and ended up booking with them. Easy to talk to and work with from estimate to final inspection, answering my questions and helping me work through differences between multiple quotes. Finished job in one day, followed up multiple times afterwards to see how it went. The roof itself looks great too!

We left several messages with their answering service and never received an answer back. The woman who took two of the messages was quite rude. The man who answered was really nice but he had no idea of their hours, when we could expect a call back. We can never reach a human being in their office.

The team from Victors roofing did a great job. They were on time and very polite. They made sure to clean up all the debris and even placed all my patio furniture back on the patio when the job was done. They were quick and got the job done in one morning. I would definitely recommend this company!

I did not continue to attempt to obtain a quote as it was difficult to even speak with a representative from the company. They have an answering service. Then when I would finally get a call back, I was not reached so I would call back and go around again with an answering service. I called over 5 Roofing companies and I have already met with 3 in less than one week. These companies were courteous and respectful of my time. I have yet to even get the opportunity to schedule a meeting with Victors Roofing. Victors roofing is the only company that handled their calls in this manner. This makes one wonder what it would be like to actually give them my business. In addition, I received a message that basically said they were back logged. The issue I have is I was simply looking for a quote and meeting with their specialist. This should be handled separately and with more punctuality but I felt that I couldn't get through after three attempts and messages left. I am extremely busy so my time is valuable. This business does not respect that customers can be extremely busy. They should have prompt service and not make the customer feel like they are not important. Very frustrating! I will be using another Roofing company that gave me the time I needed when I needed it!

Salesman came out and gave me an estimate within an Hour , he was very though and knowledgeable and presented the work to be done and product definitions. Said it would be a week or two,,They phoned 2 days later and said they could do it the next Wed , ( 6 days from quote) , They came and replaced within the day cleaned everything up and hauled away. I was very impressed with there work , the roof is beautiful and we are very satisfied, couldn't ask for anything different . Would recommend them anytime Thank You Victors Roofing!

Excellent. Victor came out personally, on time and was very professional and patient answering all my questions. The entire house was almost 5,000 sq feet including a detached garage. The crew covered exposed glass with sheets of plywood and surrounded the house in tarps to catch the tear off. A secondary inspection was done to ensure no nails or tools left behind (there was some tools left on the roof). Very professional, honest and the quality of the work is fantastic. I'm sure I could have hired someone for less money but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend this company

Great. Estimate was accurate, they showed up when they said they would, took photos of the work in progress so I could see it without being up there myself, were very pleasant to have around, and cleaned up after themselves. They even matched the paint perfectly on the soffit repair. I don't think I've ever had roofers hit all those marks.

Very well. Victors Roofing offered three very good choices for roofing materials. They were prompt. And because they weren't able to completely clean up debris due to snow on the ground, they returned twice to do cleanup (and we didn't have to ask them). Some shingles got into our neighbor's yard, and they cleaned that up too without any special requests. The roofers were polite and quiet (i.e., no loud music, no cussing and swearing) I felt very comfortable being at home with the roofers working on the house. I also felt very comfortable bringing my young sons home with the roofers present.

I did not hire them. I hired someone else. I would probably not use them again because they are quite high.

They do what they say they're going to do! They are quick, fast, professional, and did an excellent job.
