Crew was on time & very efficient. They were friendly & courteous, too. They did a thorough cleanup. What impressed me most was the fact that Victor came by 3 days later to make sure we were happy.

The Short Story: EXCELLENT!!!! The Long Story: We just moved into our house over the winter and with Spring here, we are trying to get our heads around what needs to be taken care of immediately and what can wait for a while. I purchased the Angie's List Coupon and Victor called me to set up an appointment within 30 minutes of the purchase. Victor called over the weekend to confirm our Monday appointment and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Victor got on the roof, fixed the few shingles that curled up during a wind storm. He added sealant around the exhaust pipes, took several photos and a video of the roof. He showed me the areas of concern on his iPad and then emailed the photos to me so I could have them for the future. While on the roof, he fixed my saggy gutter and even snapped on a piece of siding that blew off, even though he doesn't really do siding. He had everything done within an hour of arriving. I asked him how long I had before I needed to replace the roof? Victor gave me an honest projection of about 2 years and he even offered to set up a reminder to call back in two years to remind me. He was Because he was prompt, honest and professional when it comes time for a new roof, he will be my first call.

I was very pleased with every aspect of service. Victor was very punctual and uber-organized. He's got it together. He walked through the attic to see the condition of the 1x6 slats, inspected the shingles and then sat down with me to tell me where the problem areas were (I had leaks), he walked through three different options and then color recommendations. He had his I-pad and informational packet with him and walked through a very helpful presentation with pictures of roofing systems and different shingle colors with examples on houses. He went through the pros and cons of each option. He applied no pressure whatsoever. He just laid out the options and told me to let him know if we had any questions. He promptly responded to texts and emails. He sent additional pictures to me showing me the difference between to the Driftwood and Weathered wood shingles. Once we told him we were a go, he said he would do the roof within two weeks. About two days later he asked if He could do the roof that Saturday. When I told him I would be out of town, he said he would take plenty of pictures of the roof to show what was done. I was a little nervous about having them work on the roof while we were gone but it worked out great. He sent me a message telling me when the supplies would be delivered (Friday). The supplies were delivered right as we were leaving which also worked out great. He replaced my roof on Saturday. While I was out of town I texted him to see how it was going and he kept me updated on the progress. He also sent several pictures to me to show me what was done. His team finished my roof by 3pm. When I arrived home, the yard was spotless, my roof was done and it looks awesome. I haven't found any nails yet. I also noticed my sewer vent were painted or replaced to match my roof; I didn't expect that and it was a nice touch. The project was estimated and completed in one week. I am very pleased with the end product and overall service experience.

The whole experience went great. I was completely satisfied from the first time time Victor came out for an estimate through the roofing and gutter installation and clean up. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Victors Roofing. Out of four contractors to Come out and look at my roof, he was the only one to go into the attic And on top of the house to give a complete and comprehensive estimate For our roofing job. He was on time for all appointments, the price was Good, and the roof looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company!

The appointment to meet at the house for a review of my roof jobs was on time and very professional. In fact Victors was on time for 3 different scheduled meetings (roof estimate, shingle selection and to finalize everything). They also answered all of my shingle questions, explained the product options with no sales pitch and did not pressure me on my options. Additionally, Victors educated and guided me on my shingle color selection that would work best with my exterior color goals, since my house is a remodel with new construction. Victors provided me with addresses of some of their installs, so that I could see the color/style of the shingles in full scale. That was very helpful, because picking the right shingle color is not easy and pretty important. The weather was very harsh and unpredictable this past Jan/Feb/March, but Victors monitored the weather closely and communicated with me on a regular basis on picking a day that was clear of rain and below freezing temps. The regular monitoring/communication of the weather says a lot about their attention to customer service and keeping the roof jobs from risks. The crew (7 plus guys) on the job site were very professional and organized. Due to some icy conditions on our street, Victor?s crew had to hand carry in their equipment and shingles quite the distance from their truck, but it did not deter them from doing excellent work and getting in done on time. I did interview 4 other roof companies before I selected Victors. We are very happy with our new roof and glad we hired the right company. I would recommend Victors to my friends and neighbors without hesitation. These guys care!

It started with the moment Victor knocked on my door. The appointment for an estimate was at l:00 and that is exactly what time he arrived. Showing he was very punctual. Victor came prepared. He brought a list of referrals, copy of his License, a copy of his insurance and the samples. Victor took the time to explain the entire process to me and answered any questions I had. It was a plus from the start. Victors was actually the 2nd estimate I received. He was $3K less than the first. I had a 3rd appointment for an estimate later that day and wanted to keep that appointment (even though I already thought I had made up my mind to go with VICTORS). I had a dead line and had to have the job done by January 15th. I got the last two estimates on January 4th. This winter we have had so much snow and I was afraid I would not meet my deadline (could not get an extension), we had one day that we didn't have snow and the temp was warm enough to do the job. Victor as promised came out with his crew and got the entire job done on that day! The clean up was good, but since there is snow everywhere Victor said that some of the nails may be in the snow and not visible. They will be coming back as soon as the snow is melted to make sure the clean up is complete. Victor was right along side his workers the entire time as part of the work crew. I am very pleased with VICTORS ROOFING and have been telling everyone how pleased I am. I would refer them to anyone in need of a new roof!

Victor and the crew were on time. Very professional in all aspects. The crew took care of my property, protecting windows and shrubs. The clean up was excellent! not a nail or shingle bit to be found. The roof looks great, I really like how they took the extra time to paint the stacks. I have no hesitation recommending Victor's Roofing to anyone in need.

He started on time, took care to cover all windows, covered ground with tarps. Very professional, fast workers. He took time to ask questions on what all we wanted done. and offered suggestions, before and while they were installing new roof.

This group was everything Victor promised. They protected windows and shrubs and worked with a minimum of disruption. The cleanup was exemplary! More than that however, Victor personally worked on remedying a problem another contractor had not properly fixed-and he did so at no additional cost. He also provided follow-up contact to assure me not to hesitate to call if needed, because all the work was guarantined. I feel I was fortunate to find this company. Thank you Victor.

We were referred to Victors Roofing by our friend. The owner, Victor, came out to our house to give us an estimate. The quote was very reasonable and in line with what we had from other people. The guys showed up a few days later at 7am and were done at 2. Professional, quick, delivery of service, and I am very happy with the outcome.
