I was impressed from the beginning, when Victor showed up with satellite images to estimate the square footage of the roof?even though the neighbor?s tree hid the garage so he didn?t have that. I was comfortable with his knowledge about roofing, especially adding ventilation (I had gotten estimates in the past from roofers who didn't seem to know anything about adding ventilation). Knowing that the work would be done by direct employees rather than subcontractors was a comfort. The work was done well, in the time estimated, with no additional costs, and almost no debris.

It all started with a small leak in the ceiling of my family room, which appeared to be from a possible roof leak. Not knowing anyone to call, I checked with Angie's list for help, where I saw a deal for $199 from Victors Roofing, which included a roof and attic inspection. Victor contacted me within an hour of my purchasing the DEAL. He set up a time for the inspection that was convenient for both of us. He arrived right at the stroke of 9 as agreed, and spent the next 2 hours trying to reassure me that everything would be OK. As it turned out, my small leak was just the beginning of what I considered a major disaster. When Victor inspected my attic, he discovered a significant problem that resulted from a previous poor roof job and bad ventilation. He showed me the pictures he took while in my attic that clearly showed the extent of the problems. I was devastated and panicked. Victor offered me 2 options for a resolution to the problem. I went with the complete removal of my roof decking and the reshingling of my 2 story house, along with correction of the attic ventilation system. There was absolutely no pressure from Victor to go with his company. He only provided me with information, options, estimates and support. He gave me an extensive list of referrals, from which I contacted 2 that were nearby. They had nothing but wonderful things to say about Victor and his company, and that certainly helped me with my decision to go with Victors Roofing. I had such confidence in Victor and my decision to go with his company that I did not take any more time to get other opinions and estimates. We had to wait a little while for a rain free day, since my project would take an entire day. Victor kept me constantly updated about the weather situation, and on the scheduled start date, Vlad (Victor's father ) and his crew of 8 arrived before 8. They proceeded to park a disposal truck to collect all the tear off stuff. They protected my property, set up needed equipment and went to work . They worked tirelessly as a well-organized team and never seemed to stop moving. They reminded me of little elves with their red shirts on. I never saw any of the guys idle, and yet they always had time to talk with me and answer my questions or concerns. There was no time wasted. They worked till almost 5 to complete the job in one day. Vlad even got some of the guys to hand clean the white fascia where my gutters had been removed so there would not be any dirt or stains showing when my new gutters were installed. Two days later another crew came to install the gutters and gutter guards . They were also great. They went over everything with me before they started, answering my questions and offering great suggestions. The whole situation started out very stressful for me, but Victor took care of everything . Victor's work ethic and customer service are beyond 5 stars and AAA++ It was such a joy to work with people who are obviously proud of their work. My only regret is that Victor does not do kitchen and bathroom remolding. I would hire him in a minute to do mine. Thank You Victor for being THE BEST!!! If you want the BEST too, hire Victors Roofing, you won't be disappointed. P.S. My new roof and gutters look FANTASTIC!!!

At most companies customer service is dead but not here. Victor went above and beyond explaining in detail what needed to be fixed. He was courteous, kind, and even got down off the roof to look for a single nail he dropped. Yes, one nail. I dare you to find another company that takes care of you like Victors.

All went very well. Victor was pleasant to work with. He sat down with my husband and I and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had told him that we received less expensive quotes from other top-rated roofing companies and he was willing to match their price. He was very responsive via email and phone. Additionally, he gave us a definitive date and time of when the roofing crew would be working on the house. This was very important to us as we had a busy schedule that week, and we recently worked with other house contractors that were constantly rescheduling and/or late and not letting us know. We appreciated his updates and punctuality. The crew was at the house by 8AM and done with everything by 4:30PM. We were very impressed! Vladimir, Victor's dad whom was head of the crew, was very kind as well. To top it all off, Victor even sent us nice little gift cards and t-shirts as thank-you. That's great customer service, and it's very difficult to find these days... We highly recommend going with Victor's roofing for your next roofing project!

I bought a roof tune up and inspection as part of a Big Dela offer and could not be more satisfied with the experience. The company contacted me promptly after the sale and scheduled an appointment for the following week. On the day of service, the technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He then conducted a very complete inspection of my roof and repaired an area where loose shingles had begun slide off. He also caulked areas that needed it to make sure everything was OK for the coming winter. After the work was completed, we sat down and reviewed numerous pictures that he had taken of the roof to document the repairs and show me the condition of the shingles and the flashing around the chimney and vents. Needless to say, I was happy ( and relieved) to hear that my roof should be OK for years to come. There wasn't any "sales pitch", just an honest and professional assessment. I will definitely be calling on Victor's Roofing should any other concerns come up and fro the time when I'll need my next roof.

These folks know their trade. Not the cheapest, but a great value given the quality of the work and the materials used. Do not cheap out on your roof. Victor explained very clearly what they wanted to do and why. His father Vladimir directly led the team on the job -- this was a big selling point for me, as well as being the ONLY roofing contractor in our area with a large number of 100% straight-A ratings on Angie's List. We were originally going to replace only 1 skylight, but the tear-off revealed rotting frames around 3 more. Bad original installation job -- wish I had Victors do the installation 10 years ago. There was only one hitch in the job that was not really their fault. They shorted an electrical line, that was run a little closer than it should be to the decking, with a decking staple in the cathedral ceiling. They immediately resolved the issue, which required removing and replacing a very small section of the finished roof and decking to get at it. Their cleanup was immaculate. I like that they will automatically come out in 6 years for a roof inspection and "tune up", just to make sure everything is still perfect. This gives me confidence that they will stand behind their warranty which extends many years beyond.

Victor came on time, He photographed the problem areas and the repairs he made. He made overall recommendations on eventual roof replacement. He made simple caulk and flashing repairs and cleared problem areas of leaves. Very professional

I had Victors Roofing quote a new roof and was immediately impressed with the professionalism and honesty. I never felt pressured in any way. For those reasons I chose to have my new roof installed by Victors Roofing and I am very pleased with the job. The installation crew was very neat and polite. The roof was done in a timely manner and they did a nice job of keeping the surrounding area clean. The price was reasonable and in line with the other quotes I got. The roof looks great and based on the reasons above I would highly recommend Victors Roofing to anyone concerned about the state of their roof.

Victor was very thorough and explained my roof's issues in detail and with photographs. He did not try to sell me something I did not need and was offering me the best options for my particular situation.

I found Victor's Roofing through one of Angie's Big Deals: $199 for a roof inspection. I'd had some leaking a month earlier, so I needed someone to come out and inspect my roof to determine the cause. Victor arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and after discussing my concerns, he began his inspection. When he completed his inspection of my roof, he sat down with me and provided me with a detailed summary (including pictures) of his observations. Unfortunately, he had bad news for me: my 2-year-old roof had numerous and significant problems, due to the poor workmanship of the roofers who had done the job. He had taken pictures of every problem area, and carefully explained what was wrong and what needed to be done in order to fix it. Victor told me that my roofing company needed to come and make the necessary repairs as soon as possible, before further damage was done. He not only e-mailed those photographs to me, but he also included notations with each picture, describing the problem. I was then able to send those photos to the roofing company, and because the pictures provided such clear evidence of their poor workmanship (especially with the added notations), they made arrangements to come out to my house within the week and begin the process of making the repairs. I intend to have Victor return after the work is completed to ensure that the repairs were satisfactorily completed. I was extremely impressed with Victor's knowledge and honesty. He showed me pictures of jobs that his company had done, so that I could see what my roof should look like. I'm just sorry that I didn't know of Victor's Roofing when I needed my roof replaced. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest roofing company, and i will use his services for any repairs that I might need in the future.

We were very happy with process from start to finish. On his initial visit, Victor helped shore up a problem area for free. He came back later to do a walk-around the house and answer questions that arose after I had other quotes. He had the best quote, and after my own research seemed to be selling me an appropriate product for our house/region without unneccesary items. The work was done when they said it would be done. Communication was very good - materials were intentionally delivered early to allow us to paint fascia boards and downspouts before they went up. Clean-up and landscape protection was great. Follow-up from Victor was also very thorough. We would highly recommend this company.

The transaction went very smoothly from quote through installation. One of the owners showed up promptly at the scheduled time on a Saturday morining, climbed up on my roof and did an inspection. The inspection, which included pictures, indicated that my 17 year old roof had some issues. The owner gave an honest opinion as to how much life the roof had left. Based upon his opinion, and the pictures, I decided to go ahead with the project. I would like to emphasize, that there was absolutely no hard sell involved, nor attempts to portray my roof as being in such bad shape that it needed to be replaced immediately. After discussing options, I decided to go with a shingle that was above base grade, but lower than top grade. Again, absolutely no attempt to hard sell me into a more expensive shingle - the owner presented the expected lifetimes, warranties, etc, on each shingle, and I made my decision based upon these facts. Very personable, pleasant person to deal with, by the way. The company will arrange financing for you, if you are in need of that. The job was scheduled for a couple weeks after the quote. I got a call the day before, advising me that materials would be dropped off and the crew would be showing up at 8:00 a.m. the following day. It all went like clockwork. The crew, which is led by the other owner of the company - he was right up there on the roof working - was prompt, courteous and very respectful of my property. Took them around 7 hours to do the job, after which, they cleaned up and took off. Not a scrap of refuse was left in my yard or on my roof. Very impressive after all the work that was done! After the crew left, the owner took me around and we looked at the roof from the ground. I was satisfied with the work, so I shook his hand and the process was complete. I am very pleased with the installation and my interactions with the owners of the company. I have every confidence that if I should have any problems with the roof, that they will address the situation satisfactorily. I highly recommend this company to anybody in need of roofing work!

I am very confident in Victor. He does not hard sell, takes many photos so you can see the issues, and explained well the condition of the roof and cutters and possible future actions.

Victor found a loose ridge vent and put it back on and sealed it. He also checked the attic and found some mold due to the water intrusion. He showed me some areas of concern and suggested a new roof was in order. After looking at other roofs and doing some investigating he was right. The previous roofer did some questionable work. I am not sure of the age of the roof but did get a quality quote from Victor. I was also given a quality roof tune up to get me through until I could get the roof replaced. I would call Victors a high class service provider.

Victor called to confirm our installation date twice prior to the date and when that day came they were on time, protected all vulnerable areas and were led by Vlad (Victor's father). Instalation was done in a day and cleanup was immaculate. They even cleaned out the garage dust/debris. No surprises. Vlad did a walk around with us and asked if we had any questions/concerns. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring roofing for their home!

The crew of 14 arrived on time, were remarkably efficient and skilled, were careful to avoid damaging foundation plantings around the house, and completed the job in one day. The cleanup was excellent--no debris remained. The entire project was carefully monitored by the crew chief. He and all other members of the crew with whom I had any direct contact were polite and pleasant to converse with. The end result was a very beautiful, high quality roof. Victor, himself, provided the estimate, and upon completion of the projct, called to enquire if the work had been done to my satisfaction.
