Not well after trying to get a quote on what needed to be done I was told I needed to purcahse $199 visual inspection even though I did not know if I needed repair or replacement.

A great company to work with from first contact to billing (and who says "billing" is great?). This experience was truly a dream, given the number of less-than-stellar encounters I've had with contractors over the years. Unlike so many other businesses, but especially folks in contracting, Victor and his staff - big shout out to Olga! - are excellent at all forms of communication: email, phone exchanges and in-person dialogue. Because I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal, I was initially contacted through its website's messaging system. Olga's messages were direct, professional and polite. When she and I spoke on the phone, she asked me for my availability and scheduled my appointment with Victor for the following week. Imagine my joy when again, unlike so many other contractors, Victor showed up on time, on the correct date and ready and able to perform the work! Victor was also friendly, professional and very communicative. My roof inspection was performed without incident and he provided me wiith multiple interior and exterior photos to both show me the various parts of my roof and attic as well as confirm that he had done what he had set out to do. How fascinating that another Angie's List provider had said two years earlier (when the roof, which is now 9.5 years old, was then "younger") that my roof needed EXTENSIVE repair, amounting to nearly half of what I paid for the roof seven years prior. The biggest issue found by Victor was some damage to the unbelievably old housing to the whole house fan, for which he recommended I call a contractor. As I already suspected, the roof remains in excellent shape, but his honesty was so refreshing, I chose to have gutter guards added to the house - a service he DOES provide. As with the roof inspection, Olga and Victor set up my appointment within the week, communicated clearly leading up to and during the appointment and provided quick billing, complete with another set of pictures. I would not only recommend Victors Roofing to anyone reading this review, I will use them for both the roof on my father's house as well as gutter guards on my mom's.

Quoting process was very smooth. Chad in very knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about underlayment, ice barriers, vents, etc., and Chad was very prompt and informative about all of my concerns. Installation was soon after signing the agreement. Chad said it would be a 1 or 2 day installation, and it ended up being 2 full days. Used their 0% same as cash financing, and that was easy to complete. There was also followup after the installation to make sure everything was to my liking. I have a dish on my roof, and knew going in that it will probably need a realignment once the job was completed. When I had dish installer come to realign, he informed me that it appeared the dish had been dropped and the cable was also damaged. I had no additional charges from the dish company other than the service call fee.

I met Chad from Victors Roof on Friday morning, 29-May-2015. After showing him the evidence of the leak and discussing the history, Chad inspected the leak from the attic and roof. He immediately determined the likely cause to be improper shingling of a valley right-above the leak. We discussed several options and in the end his recommendation was not to tear-up a otherwise good roof with lots of life left but to fix it with regular caulking after confirming the leak with a leak test. I greatly appreciate the free advice and will plan to use Victors Roofing for any future needs.

I was willing to replace my whole roof. Chad told me my roof was generally in quite good shape, that I had 5 years until it should be replaced, that for now I only needed a few minor items resolved. I was impressed with his level of professionalism and honesty which is what every consumer wants. What also stood out was that I told him I was getting 3 quotes, and when he saw the brochure of a competitor, while I expected him to find something negative to say about them, he told me that the Salesman who cam to my home, "was a good guy". Chad was very polite, patient, professional and detail oriented. The crew was very professional, polite, skilled and prompt. The crew perform and complete the work with no surprise at all. All old woods were replaced by new woods, Ice shield were installed all around. Victors roofing seems to be a very honest company, they were up front with me from day one. I met with 2 other company, I chose victor and I'm glad I did. I spoke with Chad before, during and after the job. Customer service is top notch, I even receive a follow up call after the job, a follow up letter, a warranty certificate , plus a gift certificate to outback. I will use Victors roofing again in the near future.

The entire process was seamless. Chad came out and gave me a quote on the work I wanted performed within 2 hours of my initial call to the company. Chad was really personable and the complete opposite of a high pressure salesman. We agreed on a price and scheduled the work to be completed. Rico (Victor's brother) and the entire crew were great. They were on time and completed the entire project effortlessly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

Victor and his team were very considerate and professional through the entire roof re-shingling. Before starting work on the roof, we ran into some frustrating problems, my own fault, but he was understanding and we worked it out . After Victor's team began working on the roof, I asked for an additional three roof vents although we agreed on five earlier; Victor's team was flexible and quickly installed the extra three vents. The entire process was very quick and the mess was cleaned very thoroughly.

Victor came out and gave me the estimate around Mid November. He arrived exactly at 11:00am as we had scheduled. He is a very nice, personable and polite guy. He was very professional and had a very clear concise and organized presentation. He had very detailed and clear pictures on his IPad to help explain details and to see different Shingle Colors on actual roofs etc. I felt that he was genuine with me about how they would do the job. I liked the fact that Victor's Roofing is a Master Certified Certainteed Contractor, so I get the full 50yr Non Pro rated warranty from Certainteed. I had around 8 - 10 estimates and didn't get that feeling with most other contractors. I also felt more comfortable with Victor's Roofing because of all the good reviews on Angie's List. When I first started looking for a contractor, I had no idea who to go to with. I had seen other Roofing Contractors doing homes in my Sub for years. Most of their crews where extremely loud blaring their radios and using vulgar language all day long. I liked the fact that Victor's Roofing uses their own Employees and doesn't sub-contract their work out. Some Roofing Companies sub contract the work and you never know who you might get. I Signed the contract sometime around early January and told Victor I wanted the Roof installed in late April. The Roof install was scheduled and completed in one day on 4-28-15. Vladimir, Victor's Dad, is the Supervisor on the Roof job site and handles the more complex tasks such as organizing the whole job, directing the other workers and installing vents and vent flashing's, Shingling the Roof Valleys, Flashing the Chimney etc. He is a very nice, hard working and easy to deal with. He's been Roofing for over 20 yrs and it shows in his execution and skill of his work especially his work on the Chimney Flashing, which was the most important to me, because of the high probability of potential leaks in this area. The crew of 6 guys including Vladimir were all very nice and polite. There was no loud music or any swearing whatsoever. Which I greatly appreciated. They all worked steadily as a team all day long and only took like a 45 minute break for lunch in the middle of the day. They didn't drive on my lawn at all and parked the Dumpster truck in my driveway at the end of the house. So they had to walk a lot of shingles all the way from the other side of the house approx 80 feet away. They had the old Roof torn off in like 2.5 - 3.0 hrs and 95% of the shingles were walked to the dumpster or brought to it in a wheel barrow. So my lawn and Flowerbeds didn't get filled up with debris. They did put down tarps to protect my Landscaping and Shrubs. I was amazed at how well they cleaned up. When walking around my house the next day I found less than one hand full of debris. After the huge job that had been done the day before it was quite impressive. I am very happy with my new roof and it looks great and Victor's was a pleasure to work with. When you look closely down the row of shingles they are nice and straight, no waviness like you tend to see sometimes. 2 days after the roof was done I received my 12 yr leak free guarantee from Victor's in the mail along with a couple T-Shirts as a nice added touch. They also registered new roof with Certainteed to begin my 50 yr warranty. I would highly recommend Victor's Roofing to my friends and family

I contacted Victor about a new roof and adding additional insulation to my attic. His sales person visited me at my home a few days later. He took measurements and photos of my existing roof. We discussed the different types of roofs I could have installed. I went with their premium package because I didn't want to worry about my roof again for several decades. I wanted it done right and with the right materials. I was provided details of the entire roofing process along with sample material of what they use and why they use it. The price fit my budget. I took advantage of their financing program and sealed the deal. Materials were dropped off a couple days before the work was to begin. Shingles were set on top of the roof and another small pallet was placed to the side of my driveway. The roof was installed in a day. No damage to my house or yard. Everything was picked up and cleaned up like no one was ever there. My roof turned out fantastic. Victor kept me informed every step of the way from beginning to the end of the project. If you're looking for a reliable company to replace your roof, not cut corners and use outstanding material, then I highly recommend that you contact Victor's Roofing. They just do roofs and they do them well.

Victors team made an excellent work, we had an outdoor of vacation during Christmas session, after this big roofing project there is no piece left on the ground. I'm so glad to experience with so awesome team in our local area.

First, I will say this company is extremely HONEST! Chad came out to provide me a quote for a replacement roof. He first sat and had a conversation with me about my home and any future plans I have with the property. He was very professional and exceptionally meticulous with his examination of my roof and attic space. He took pictures of his walk-through (which he provided me). Once his examination was complete, he advised me that I don't need a new roof and stated my roof has at least 5 to 10yrs of life remaining. He did recommend that I have a roof tune-up/inspection every year but he does not recommend an entire roof at this time. I was so impressed with Chad's honesty and professionalism. When the time comes for me to have a roof replacement, I will be calling Victors Roofing, thanks to Chad. Victor's Roofing was by far the most professional and responsive of the four businesses I contacted to replace my roof. Victor took the time to explain in detail their roofing recommendations as well as alternate options and comparison information. His father and the crew arrived on time and finished sooner than they expected, and the roof looks terrific. They made adjustments and accommodations at my request without any difficulty. The cost was in line with other estimates when comparing similar products. Follow up after the roof was installed has continued as excellent regarding various questions. Victor was very punctual and professional when he came to give me a quote. No heavy pressure selling to go for the most expensive product. Gave me good information and let me make up my mind as to what I wanted. Price wise they were excellent too. They came on the scheduled day. Worked professionally. Cleaned up very well after the job was done. Made sure the gutters were all clean before they left. The roof looks great. Would not hesitate to use them again. Very pleased with their work.

Decided to get a quote from Victors Roofing based on Angie's List review. I was able to get an appointment for a new roof estimate within a few days of calling. Chad was prompt and professional for the estimate appointment. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic. He provided a detailed quote and answered my questions. The project was completed just as promised and we were very pleased with the results. Customer service is very important to this company. When a small communication glitch occurred, they resolved it to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to others.

When making a purchase of this size and significance, you want to make sure that you are dealing with someone that you can trust and that you are getting value for your money.
