Description of Work: They keep billing even though I have a credit with the company. The manager I spoke to even said they were aware of people not doing their jobs correctly and making mistakes. Horrible company

Description of Work: I was given a price for the service for the entire year, and was told that there were extra services offered if I was interested. My first application was over double the amount I was quoted. A extra service was added without discussing it with me. I did receive a refund for the amount of the extra service.

Description of Work: They call about every week trying to sell extra services. We told them not to call again and they still called. Because of that and the product was not that good, we stopped using them. This was in the late 1990's and early 2000's

Description of Work: This vendor called me spring of 2013 and convinced me to use them because they had a new change in management, yada yada yada. After a long phone conversation I relented. I signed up for their spraying service. After ONE spraying I noticed a lot of weeds. Despite them telling me on the phone when I signed up that they would provide immediate respraying if needed I could not get one person to even call me back despite me repeatedly calling them. I asked for a refund but they ignored me. When it came time for my next spraying I laughed and told them to kma. This spring they called and incredulously told me the same thing, all the while not acknowledging my many prior complaints.

Description of Work: The chemicals they used worked fine and the results were good for the 2 years I hired them. Originally the salesperson told me something completely different than what the were doing. She described a care package that involved a biweekly check out by the tech as well as the applications for one price. The tech said that they just come six times a year to put on the application and you had to call and schedule an extra appointment if there were weeds in your yard. The biggest issue that I had was them was they were coming at times that they weren't scheduled and not being able to service my backyard due to the fact that the gate was locked. I tried to work out the schedule by calling them several times but it was to no avail. They were always very pleasant but could never seem to get their act together with the payment and the schedule. I do wish that I could've continued with them due to the cost and the results but the customer service just was not acceptable.

Description of Work: The worK on our yard as far as weed removal was ok. But our yard looks worse than it ever has. True green bought out Signiture Lawns and they were good. Very disappointed in Truegreen! It was a dry summer and we watered excessively. Our yard should look much better than it does! We were told the owner would come out and talk to us. That never happened, nor were we ever contacted by phone! We were never contacted to see if we wanted to continue their service. Not good business policy!
