i dont think she was very thorough didn't dust shelves in living room and didn't get well behind toilet

The cleaning person came an hour late. She went about her work diligently but the dirt in the textured floor is still there and some water dripped from the mop she was using and left dirty marks on my carpeting. I now have to get some one to clean my carpets.

It was good. There was an additional charge. They came out within a month of purchasing the deal. The guy that came out was very professional. He seemed to know what he was talking about and about cleaning the windows. He had a little bit of trouble about the upstairs windows and trying to get the outside cleaned. Apparently the paint had gotten on the outside of the window and he couldn’t get it off. My husband actually showed him how to get it off. But other than that, the cleaned the inside and outside really well.

Unfortunately, I loss track of what I bought and who I bought it from. So I never called for the service. I suppose that is $99 down the drain. I answered excellent above rather than lousy because it seemed unfair to answer otherwise. But I had to change it to submit the review. Regretfully, Jaynellen Dobberstein 937-829-4677 In order to submit the review, I had to specify where the service was done. But, as I stated above, it wasn't actually done.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. I thought they were a little slow, but may be they were not.

Generally, good cleaning service. Weren't thrilled with the cleaner used on the wood laminate flooring--left a strange residue. Professional, courteous service providers.

Employee performed all tasks as agreed to in the deal. The only issue was when she did not see the talcum powder on the hardwood floor that my grandson had sprinkled there. She had to retrace her steps to clean up the powder.

They sent two women who are there for two hours. They certainly earn their money. I don't know how they do the work so quickly but everything looks great when they leave.

They were very nice, very helpful and they did everything I asked them to do.

Two people, three hours. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and did a very good job. .

The floors were done very well, but found many areas not dusted and things not moved to dust entire surface.

They did an amazing job on most of the house. They ran out of time to finish kitchen and dining room because I had asked for some serious cleaning in some areas. The offer was for a certain amount of time and in that amount of time they were fantastic!

I had never had a housecleaning service and decided to purchase an Angie's List Big Deal ($99 for four hours). I took the morning off work, but the cleaner was a no call/ no show. When I called to find out what happened, I had to leave a voice mail message. Katrina called back from the local office and said I was not on her schedule. Apparently, there is a main office in the Dayton area that does the scheduling, but they didn't communicate with her. We agreed to two cleaners (a mother-daughter team) for two hours instead of one cleaner for four hours but then they cancelled because of a death in the family. When I scheduled again, it was back to one cleaner for four hours. I have limited mobility due to a neck injury and asked if dusting cabinet tops and ceiling fans would be included. Katrina said it would. The cleaning woman arrived on time and after about an hour, I left the house to run errands. When I returned, she was packing up her car and said she was finished (total time was three hours). This was my first experience with a cleaning service so I didn't think to walk through while she was still there. I figured it was okay that she finished early if the job was done well, but it wasn't. The cabinet tops and ceiling fans were not done, bathroom sink had make-up around the edges, bathroom mirror had spots, outer rim of the shower had not even been wiped. After thinking about it a few days, I called Katrina to report the problems and ask for a partial refund. She said she was surprised because that was her best cleaner and that she would send her back for a two hour cleaning when I was ready. About a month later, I called and got the voice mail so left a message. No response. Called two more times and left messages but still have not gotten a response. I definitely did not get my money's worth on this "deal."

I was supposed to have 2 people for 4 hours. One girl showed up late and she stated that the other girl was not coming and she didn't know why. She did a fair job of cleaning by herself but had to leave before she finished downstairs because she had to pick someone up. She told me to call the company to schedule my remaining hour. I did try to do that and left a message but never received a call back.

I had my cleaning time changed twice. I was told I would have two people come to clean for two hours. One of the two people was a young man who did not know how to dust, use a mop or a vacuum. The other person spent half her time giving him instructions. I was paying to have my home cleaned not to be a training session for an untrained worker. Well, two rooms were cleaned and two were given a sort of good dusting. I did not receive four hours of cleaning.

I was somewhat disappointed in that they did not do any "deep" cleaning as mentioned above. The cleaning they did do was adequate, but not particularly special. The deal was for three hours of cleaning; when she was done after 2-1/2 hours, she was ready to leave. My wife asked her to help clean a curio cabinet that needed dusted badly. She did this with my wife moving the objects in the cabinet. Overall, not bad, but not what I was hoping for. Having never hired a cleaning service before I don't know if this is average service or not.

They did a terrific job. There was a small scheduling difficulty, but we just rescheduled.

The service was very good. The employee's were very nice and thorough. It was not complicating to schedule for the service or to contact the owner with any questions.

Nothing really stood out. They did a pretty good job.

Two women arrived at my house on time and were quite pleasant. Then proceeded to go about their cleaning while I was elsewhere in the house. They were scheduled for two hours (four hours of total cleaning) and they even ran over a little to finish up. Their work was good however I didn't give them an grade of A because they didn't clean the glass pendant lamps over the kitchen counter, missed cobwebs inside several lamp shades and didn't empty the trash. I am sure these would have been corrected in later visits however no one contacted me after to see if I wanted ongoing services,

It was okay, bare minimum. I find that cleaning service mop floors, but the floor looks like it has a film on it afterwards. Doesn't shine at all. I had to point out areas that still needed cleaning. I paid for 3 hours of cleaning and after 2 hours she said she was done.

At 1220 on the 17th my phone rings and it is Trina calling to tell me the cleaners were running a little late, I ask how late, she then said she would check with the cleaners and call me back. My husband called right after Tirnas' call to see where the people were and I said they were running late, of course he said how late, I told him didn't know yet Trina would call me back. By 1245 I had not heard back from Trina so I called her. She said that one of the cleaners was having a panic attack and wasn't sure she could come clean could I reschedule. I told that wouldn't help me at all that I needed my house done that day. She said let me call you back I will see what I can do. She called back about 10 min. later to tell me the two people were on the way to clean. By now it is after 1p. I called my husband to tell him they were on the way, he ask how long it would be I said I thought any time but would call to make sure when. I called Trina to see and she said they were in the neighborhood and would be at the house in minutes. At 2 my husband called to see if they were coming because they never showed and he had wasted 2 hrs waiting and had to get back to work so I told him to leave the door open because I would be home by 3:30. I called Trina again who then told me they had gotten to my house but the one cleaner could not make herself come in so they had to drive to the west side and drop the one off but the other would be coming for 4 hrs.The cleaner said she got to the house about 2:45. There was no way I could have her do 4 hrs of work so I just ask her to do the kitchen, great room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and even working as fast as she could my company was here before she finished. What she was able to do was ok but she was in a hurry because I needed it finished. She was here till 5. I don't know what was used to clean the floors but they were sticky and had to be cleaned again on Sat. I would never want to repeat this experience.
