Two ladies came on time did the work as advertised and completed in a little More than 3 hours. They did a great job and I will have them come back.

Chrissy was very polite and kind, answered all of the questions I asked, and even laughed at my jokes. She was very kind to deal with. She was here for around two hours. It's amazing what she did in the kitchen.

I purchased two hours of house cleaning from the Final Touch Cleaning company. The desired service was to have the worker clean the tubs, toilets, showers, vanities, and mirrors in each of our four bathrooms. This seemed like a nearly impossible feat to accomplish in 2 hours, but the cleaning service ? specifically Magen ? was able to do this with time to spare. Magen arrived promptly at 0900 as scheduled and finished cleaning each of the four bathrooms just before the two hour window expired. I would recommend Final Touch Cleaning Services LLC, specifically Magen, to anyone interested in having a similar service performed. While this service was initially purchased as a gift for my spouse, I am definitely planning to use using this service again in the future. Thanks for the great service and experience!

Never got started so there is nothing to report. The issue was in the initial setup which was a waste of time and poorly designed.

I am not too crazy about them. I didn't think it was too good. A lot of things were missed, like in the bathroom when they cleaned. The soap dishes always get messy and they were not cleaned. I always clean everyday, but on that day when they were coming I didn't clean the soap dish and neither did they. I thought it was a pretty good price. If they would have done a good job, I would have hired them again for $99. They came on time and I thought that she was very nice, but I would not refer them to anyone else.

Very prompt, courteous and professional. It was an Angie's List deal. I will probably contact them for future cleaning services.

They did a pretty good job. The cleaning did help make a difference. The only disappointment was that it seemed like they could have done more in 4 hours, but we can't complain considering the price.

Wanda came on time, went ocver our needs with me, then started working right away. She did everything we had discussed, quickly and professionally and was extremely pleasant and easy to have in my home..

The work was done in a professional and the person was punctual and considerate. The cleaning was good. The only issue we had was we did not like the smell of cleaner/deodorizer used to mop the floors.

The service was fantastic. Our cleaner was prompt, courteous and explained what she would do. My wife (who was unaware of the arrangement) was the first to come home and find everything clean and smelling wonderful. For a moment...I was the hero until she realized there was simply too much done for me to be responsible. We have wood, vinyl, tile and carpet....and everything was either moped or vacuumed. All the baseboards were wiped of the accumulated dust or dirt....kitchen and both bathrooms were spotless to include cleaning of both tubs and a shower that had gathered a bit of soap scum. Even my son noticed is room had been cleaned...and he notices nothing. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I was concerned my wife would not be happy with my decision....instead - she wants to talk about using the service more often. Final Touch came in and simply took the pressure of cleaning on Saturday away...and they are someone I would truly advise others to use. Spoil yourself - let the experts come in and clean it for you.

She was pretty good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I worked along with her. While she was doing the bathrooms and things, I was cleaning my kitchen. I didn't have any issues with the service. The only problem was that I was going to have the cleaning take place for four hours. But, he couldn't find anybody that had four hours to do anything. So that's why I'm having her comeback.

The ladies doing the house cleaning for being there the number of hours they were didn't do a good job. I paid them for a certain number of hours and then after two hours they came to me and I was there the whole time and said they were all done and were ready to leave. He did a really good job on the windows. The employees that he had, either he doesn't communicate well with them or he doesn't go back and check. I would never use Final Touch again.

Cleaning overall was good. Sometimes things were missed but the ladies always took care of it the next time. Not always on time and not the best at communicating.

Surface areas were cleaned or dusted. Floors hand cleaned and baseboard cleaned. All ares on my list addressed. For the amount of work I needed it would take 3hrs. One lady planned to do the job herself, however, the second lady arrrived after an hour and the total time was 2hrs. They did a better job of cleaning then I do. It is nice to have a thorough house cleaning done. It is just a bit pricey for my needs. The vinyl siding looked great. I had stains from the removal of evergreen bushes. The stains were completely removed. My windows were cleaned on the outside. I paid $139.00 for this sevice. A pressure washing was used. I inquired about the possibility of any damage to the siding with pressure washing and was told there was never a problem in countered.

They didn’t use enough elbow grease and just cleaned everything superficially. They sent 2-3 cleaners out to do the job. The scheduling with them was easy and they were accommodating.

They do well. The only thing is that you can’t keep the same person coming on a regular basis as they switch the cleaners around. The owner is awesome and if I have a problem he will take care of it immediately. She cleans for 4 hours each time that she comes and she gets a lot done in that time. I have been a customer with them for about 2 years now.

I was very pleased with them. They were very professional and did what we asked them to do. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 2-3 hours.
