I was very pleased with them. They were very professional and did what we asked them to do. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 2-3 hours.

The housecleaning service is great but it is hard to get a hold of the owner. I am always playing phone tag with them. I am able to get the same person to come each time which is nice. The cleaner listens to what I say and she does a wonderful job.

It was okay and the price was reasonable. I was satisfied. They sent 2 people out to do the job and the cleaners were fine.

The service was okay. I have used her 2 times and I would’ve liked for her to stay for the whole 4 hours each time as she only stayed for 3 hours. She did work really hard the whole time she was here and did a lot of work. The thoroughness of the cleaning wasn’t quite what I wanted. She was on time, polite, real professional, and seemed like a lovely person. I felt she could have done a better job with dusting.

I needed to have my windows cleaned inside and out. They were very dirty. I checked on Angie's List and decided to call Final Touch. I am about 40 minutes outside the Dayton area in Eaton, so I was pleased that they would service my area. I called and got a price quote based on the amount of windows I had, which seemed a simple way to do business. The appointment time was convenient for me. I can't say enough about the experience.. The windows looked great in a short amount of time because the owner was good at it and had the right equipment. He was on time, neat and professionally dressed. He was respectful of my home. The cost was very reasonable but even more so with a 20% off. I would not hesitate to call this company again and have told friends and neighbors of this really great experience. I am very new to Angie's List and If all the referrals are this good I will be their biggest fan. It is wonderful to reward the good companies and it is great to require only a little time and effort to find one. Thank you Final Touch and Angie's list!

Well but the bathrooms were not as clean especially the master shower as I would have liked.

I did receive a message through Angie's List message center that asked if another day was good. I responded no and never heard back from them again. I have left messages for them to call me back.

One employee showed up on time, but was not aware it was for 4 hours. Left after 2 hours. All in all, good job was done, just inconvenient for me as I had to take time off work to adjust to 2 visits instead of one. I would consider using them again.

It's very good. They have special services and did an excellent job in the bathrooms. I would use them again in the future.

The provider arrived on time and did a good job. I was pleased and I have hired them on a biweekly basis.

The deal was for four hrs of cleaning. At 2 hrs she said she was done but had not dusted. Plus they don't bring a vacuum....mine was getting fixed that day so the house still needed vacuuming..the baseboards and furniture also obviously could not get vacuumed. The kitchen counters were left sticky and the microwave was not wiped out. All in all....it was not a deep clean, just a half-effort clean. I can do this kind of work myself in under an hour...I have no idea wth took her 3 hours here today.

She was pleased at the quality of work and professionalism of the employee.

She was on time. We went over what she needed to do and it was done complete. She was very professional and friendly. The owner send some one that did not mine cleaning.

I feel that she half way cleaned my house. The owner was nice, but the lady that came to do the actual cleaning just didn't do a good job.

Scheduling was easy. We got a call to schedule the day after buying the deal and had the cleaners come the following day. We had two cleaners for two hours. Our cleaners were punctual, pleasant, professional, focused and self directed. The rooms they started on were cleaned quite thoroughly. I think at one point they realized that they were not on target to finish the entire house in two hours and the remaining rooms seem to have been a bit rushed. (There was a sponge & rag left, some dust bunnies that appear to have been swept but not binned, some corners unswept, some surfaces left undusted, and the main trash can was filled and unemptied.) The cleaners were clearly working hard the whole time (and were faster than I would have been) so I think that four hours just wasn't enough time to clean our house (1 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath). For that reason, I wouldn't recommend using the four hour cleaning if you need a deep cleaning of your whole house immediately before an upcoming event unless you specifically request that the cleaners focus their efforts on just a part of the house. Overall I think this was a good value and the house definitely looks a lot better.

We took advantage of their $99 house cleaning deal for a second time after they did a pretty good job the first time we used them. That first time it didn't seem like a deep clean and I'm not a fan of companies using the customers cleaning supplies (like our vacuum), but it's a good deal. This second time we were again instructed to just leave our front door unlocked for a 4-hour cleaning starting at 1pm. We wanted an earlier time, they couldn't do but said they'd be there at 1 at the very latest. We were not home but ran by the house at 2:30 to find it hadn't been touched. Apparently the cleaners came at 1:30 (30 minutes late) and sat outside calling for permission to enter the house (something they never mentioned they needed to do). The number the company has used to contact me is my cell phone, I provided them my work line for emergencies, however they decided to only call my work line then leave after they got no answer. Since I wasn't at work that day, I had no idea. My wife and I were then left to quickly clean our house for our family coming in town that afternoon for our daughter's first birthday party happening that weekend. If you use this company, please clarify their expectations on when and how they will access your house and start cleaning, obviously it differs every time you use them. The only positive experience was Angie's List refunding our money the same day and were very friendly!

Great job. The house passed with flying colors.

When I called to set up the appointment, I had requested oven and refrigerator cleaning. I was told this would be an extra charge which I agreed to. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to the cleaners, so when I asked about the oven, I was told that there was not enough time to do that and they would be unable to perform this service. They did, however, ask me for the extra payment. I only paid the original contracted amount.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine. There were no additional costs. I would recommend them because they came and did what they were supposed to do.

They did such a good job, I've signed on for monthly cleaning.

She did excellent work, although missed a few areas dusting (fan blades, etc). Overall, it was a very pleasant and professional experience.

!.Our house had not been cleaned for a while, our daughter had been very ill. She came in and worked steady for 4 hours. It was awesome to come home to a clean house. As usual there are "tricks" to any business some of hers were getting the calcium off our tub & shower,my stone entryway was looking awesome with whatever she used to clean it. I hope I can budget to have her come once a month
