Description of Work: We were to have 2 workers for 2 hours each, making a total of 4 working hours. One person arrived on time. She started right away and left at the end of her two hours. Second worker arrived an hour late. She stated there was construction at the end of her driveway and she couldn't get out. She did phone saying she would be 15 min late. 2nd worker worked her 2 hours separate from the other. Seemed odd but perhaps it was the best they could do. Both young ladies were nice enough. They tried to make us happy. Difficult to do when you are an hour late. ;-) The one worker smelled of smoke in our smoke free home. Their work was satisfactory. Much larger tip went to the on-time worker. I am not going to refer this service nor schedule them again myself.
