They did a pretty good job and they were very professional. They finished the job in a timely manner. They were very helpful and gave a lot of suggestions.

Dawn was wonderful to work with. She had great ideas and was concerned with our complete satisfaction. The only disappointment was the ceramic tile subcontractor they used for our job. There was a drop off in professionalism and quality from the other subcontractors they used. Talked on his cell phone while installing the tiles. He also left a big mess outside in our garage/driveway where he cut tile and cleaned up his tools when finished. The Kitchen Design Center offered to have him come back and redo anything we were not happy with. We really didn't want him back. They offered to send another. That is all you can ask from a company. We had another well know kitchen remodeler quote our job. The Kitchen Design Center was more competitive and flexible by allowing us to purchase our own appliances. I highly recommend them.

They did what they were supposed to do and they did a good job. I spent about $7,000 on the job. They were excellent. I had a great experience with them. I will use them again in the future.

They did the work from July 2011 till October 2011. They literally took my kitchen down to the bones and rebuilt it. It was just beautiful. Since my husband was in charge of the project, I cannot comment about the price. They were very reasonable compared to everybody else I have talked to in the last couple of years. They were very pleasant people to work with. They were really right on the spot. I liked their organization. They always told me what was going on and when it was going to happen and it did. I liked the people and the people that they referred me to for getting the tiles or helping with the tiles. I liked everyone they have referred me to. I could not have been happier. It was a really pleasant experience. They did a lot of things from scratch. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Very professional. Better products and less costly than other providers. Did not try to sell us on anything we did not need.

Scott Herceg, the owner, came out to take measurements and get our wish list. We felt he really listened to what we wanted and told us everything was possible. Even then, we knew we could work with Scott. A week later we went to the showroom to look at Scott's design, settings of cabinets, samples of counter tops and flooring, and get an estimate of cost. We were given the plans and dimensions so we could go home and think about the individual cabinets. We were very comfortable and confident that this is what we wanted, but waited and waited for a second and third quote. We made a couple changes to Scott's original plan and he was very accommodating. Work on the kitchen started eight weeks after we signed the contract. Frank was here everyday to oversee the electrical work, counter top measurement, install the cabinets, widen the doorway and install the appliances. He did an excellent job, taking pride that everything was done well. After the cabinets were installed, the counter tops were brought in and the flooring installed. We were amazed at the timing. Everything was scheduled one day after another. In the two weeks that the job took there was only one day when nothing was going on. Steve kept us informed as to what work would be done so we could plan around that. There were a couple of cabinet pieces that had to be ordered and those were in and installed in a short amount of time. All of the people we dealt with were respectful, very pleasant and hard working. We felt the quality, professionalism, and promptness were extraordinary. The rooms were cleaned up at the end of each day and care was taken to protect the floors from kitchen to garage. We had no regrets or surprises along the way. We are delighted with our new kitchen and the functional plan that Scott created for us.

They did an excellent job. They showed the quotes for the outlets that I had. I would use them in the future if I needed for anything. There were no problems at all and there is nothing that I disliked about them. They came on time and they came when they said they would come. The men who worked in the kitchen were very professional. They had a deadline and they met the deadline. They are comparable to the other quotes that I had.

It?s an old house so they ran into a lot of unexpected events but the crew from Kitchen Design Center did cope with them. They managed it well. Scott the owner of the company did a good job. He reacted well to the unexpected conditions. I would use them in the future.

The process went very smoothly. Scott was helpful and professional throughout. His guys that did the work were great. They were punctual, courteous and trustworthy. We never felt worried leaving them alone in our house to do the work. The job was completed on time and on budget. I believe all we had was a $150 change order, otherwise, there the job was quoted accurately and there were no surprises, which is surprising for a 1920's house.

I like the design work that was done as far as the drawings. They were very professional and had good communication. We have not made a decision as to who we are going with yet.

We visited the KDC center showroom and were met by the courteous staff. We were helped by three separate people during our stay and was shown various cabinets and countertops. We discussed our plans for a minor bathroom remodelling. The amount of time the staff spent with us was extensive and in retrospect rather amazing considering the small size of our project and their potential profit. We decided on a style of cabinet and chose to work with a granite countertop company recommended by Scott. KDC came to our home to measure for a bathroom cabinet (18 miles away). Throughout the process they were cordial, professional, surprisingly accessible and communicative (compared to " the average" contractors in our past) and they worked well with the countertop company to conclude our project. We intend to use Scott and Kitchen Design Center for future remodelling and will recommend them to others.

They were great. They were very professional and very thorough. They took great pride in what they did.

I am very happy with them. I paid $50,000 on that work. I liked his designs and decided to use him. We talked to about 3 designers and he came up with the best design. The work that he did was quality work, except for the tile guy, but they were not part of this company.

Among other work completed by Kitchen Design Center in 2003, they took down a wall between the kitchen and family room. In July 2009 they came back to install a header which should have been installed when the work was originally done. The work was completed within a week and we are pleased with the results.

Initial customer service in providing estimate, ordering, etc. was good. The installer himself was exemplary -- on time, and did wonderful work. However I've now been waiting over 5 weeks for him to return to install one additional piece that was omitted from the original installation. I have called the company repeatedly to ask them about this. This has set back my completion of the kitchen remodeling, since I can't have the next steps done until the cabinets are done; and weeks later I still have a gaping blank space where the cabinet should be. Customer service of this level is unacceptable.

My experience started out positive. Scott Herceg came to my home and was very nice in the beginning. He was patient with my design changes and I trusted him on blind faith. He told me that working with them would be easy and that I wouldn't have any worries. The project spiraled down hill quickly when it was time to actually install the kitchen. I basically became my own sub contractor running my own job, solving all my own problems. Suddenly, they were no longer responsive, ignored calls and I very soon realized I had overpaid for what I was getting. I would not hire them again or refer them to anyone. Instead, I would have saved a lot of money and had far fewer headaches using Home Depot or Lowe's. I can go on and on about my troubles with them, but since space is limited, I'll just say my experience was very disappointing and the customer service was appalling. I didn't even get a "sorry you were dissatisfied, what can we do to help".

KDC did a good job; timely, neat, thorough, workers made a good suggestion on how to deal with light panel over the sink, which I had not thought of. Price seemed reasonable, although I did not do comparison shopping. Kraftmaid cabinets used.

Excellent results. Completed the job quickly. Workers were on-time and courteous.

Scott was OK, until we received 1st payment. Did not respond to calls & emails. This is not an above average company that Angie's list usually provides.

Ordered and replaced countertops, faucet, sink and disposal within four weeks, just in time for Thanksgiving. Work crews very personable with much attention to detail. Am very happy with result.

Absolutely excellent work. Their installer, Steve Venko, is a perfectionist. He is easy-going and listens to what you have to say. I'm just so pleased with his work and the experience with Kitchen Design Center. They took a lot of time with me on the design. They are professional and easy to work with. They are prompt and do what they say they will do, but are quick if any problems arise. Price does not include counters, floors, walls or appliances.
