Robbie did an excellent job of clearing my clogged kitchen drain. Explained the problem, stated the cost before proceeding, and I am happy so far. The drain has opened and there is no back-up of water.

Rocky crushed every step of our nightmare. Two days before family and friends come to town for our baby shower, our water heater decided to dump water into our basement. Thankfully we noticed in time, called and in less than two hours Rocky and Justice were at our doorstep. They assed the situation and Rocky explained all our options in a professional manner. He asked in-depth questions to make sure our new tank would meet our requirements. They were able to make some calls and an hour later they were in my basement again swapping out the old for the new, rehung piping and adjusted the gas line. In and out like nothing had even happened. Rocky went over the multiple warranty’s that come with their service as well. 10/10 saved the day!

In a 100 year old home we just purchased, we had delayed maintenance and up to code issues. Other quotes/estimates were staggering! We almost gave up. This company didn't. They sent Arthur; and was able accommodate our schedule and kept in contact with us throughout the process. We have water, hot & cold and new code compliant pipes. High Five, for sure.
