Very friendly and very quick installers.

I called them in the morning explain the problem. They said they could get somebody out the following morning. She called me back in 20 minutes and changed it to that afternoon. They came out, we're very knowledgeable, did what needed done to clear it out with the jets. Showed us a problem on camera that will need fixed. Then they identified a different problem with the septic tank and beyond. They do not do the septic tank so we had to call somebody else for that but for their part they did good and fixed it so we could use it until we get the other problems taking care of. I'm very satisfied with their knowledge and ability to get it done, what two other companies could not clear with snaking. So, thank you 1-800 plumber. I would highly recommend them if you have a stubborn clog that needs jetting. Ms D

Caitlin provided wonderful customer service. Due to the nature of my problem I had to contact her often and she always promptly got back to me and was so polite and cheery. Edwin was great and answered all my questions. He diagnosed my problem and gave me a few options.
