Pro Cut Landscape Development

It was wonderful. Mike returned my calls and texts immediately. Pro Cut scheduled the service on the exact day and time I wanted them. I was a first time customer with this type of service and they were amazing The people they sent were polite and they listened to what I wanted and did it.. I am so very satisfied. I have never used a service like this and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I will do this from now on and will definitely use Pro Cut Landscaping The problem that I have is that I called them back to ask a question about the service and received no answer. I called also to pay for more services and again no answer. I called the office and they never called me back. If they didn't want to do more work for me ...fine...just let me know. I paid on time...in fact early there were. If there was a problem I wish they would have let me know!

It took awhile for them to come and do the mulching. Once they did it was fine.

They did a fine job. It was pretty straight forward and they save my back and me having to spread the mulch myself because they did it for me.

The work was acceptable. I took a day off from work for them to do the work. I like to be home when the worker is there because access to parts of my yard is not easy. They let me know in the morning that they were running late and would be there in the afternoon which was fine. But I had to call them late afternoon to see if they were coming at all that day. They were running late with another client, which I understand, but they should have called to let me know they weren't coming that day.

It was fine. They provided a lot of bush trimming. Clean-up could have been done more thoroughly and they left some scuff marks on the siding.

The service went very poorly. They sent out about 6 young guys and a man for the job. All they did was lay mulch on top of the lawn. I was more concerned about getting the lawn cleaned up. I was very disappointed. I called the owner to address my complaint. They told me they would send someone else to re-do the service but they never did. I had used the same deal in the past and they did a fantastic job that time. I ended up having to hire a different company to do the service I needed.

They did a good job trimming the shrubs. I did ask that they come back out and pull some more of the groundcover away from the house as the product they sprayed didn't seem to work. They did agree to reseed a small area where the weedkiller killed the grass but have not seen this happen yet. So expect it will happen in the spring. UPDATE: They did re-seed the area in the spring although didn't know when they were coming as apparrently they only send emails and don't call. The grass grew really fast. Thank you!

We purchased the Angies Deal for 8 hours of work for $320.00. Four guys came out and spent 2 hours cleaning up the yard. We have a large yard and the two hours of work for the four guys did not finish the job. We asked if they could please finish and they noted that there would be an extra charge. They stayed an extra 15 minutes. The additional charge was about $200.00. They billed us for the extra $200.00 and unfortunately, as retired people, we were slow in paying them. They turned us over to collections, which by then we owed them about $100.00. This was not a pleasant experience!

They had non-functional machines. They cut down branches when I told them to prunne the trees. 50% of the crew were working a lot and the other 50% were messing up the work and not being directed. I called and they came within 2 weeks. There were no additional charges on the deal. They killed the weeds with a weed whacker as opposed to killing them off. We told them to leave certain bushes intact and the respected it. It was the 50% who worked.

They did a really nice job. They did a lot for the price that I paid. I would recommend them.

It went okay. The deal offered additional work, so I asked for some weeding, They said okay, but just ended up putting mulch on top of the weeds. They were nice and did fine. It was not a complaint, as they did not end up charging me extra for this.

I ended up not needing the service.

Quality, professional services. Quick, responsive communication. I would hire again for yard service.

They didn?t come back and finish the job. I was willing to pay more for the completion, and he never responded back to me in order to get it done.

I made multiple attempts to contact the contractor via telephone/voice mail to schedule service but they never called back, even after Angie's List contacted them on my behalf. Due to this, I was unable to schedule the services that I paid for with this Angie's List Deal. I still have yet to hear from this company.

Purchased a coupon from Angie's list. I had some conflict in my schedule and had to cancel. They rescheduled a date after the snow melted w/o letting me know when they would be there. A back gate was locked but appears they got over the gate to do the necessary hedge trimming and leaf pickup. Did a great job, would use them again.

They have never contacted me. I have called and emailed them several times and they don't respond. Angie's List has reached out to them as well. I have decided not to use this deal.

They did an OK job. It was hard to keep up with their time because they sent out more people.

Contract was cancelled when I was informed that Pro Cut does not serve the Eastern Suburbs. I had already spoken with someone on the phone, set up a date and took that day off of work when I was informed of this "mistake."

Brought and applied only one half of the necessary mulch. Had to call back to have the job finished. Was responsive to my call and returned later in the day.

It went very well they took the time to listen to what I wanted but not only did he evaluate the property but gave me some great suggestion. When the estimate came it show the schematic and what the deck would look like. I received a phone call from he wanted to make sure that I receive the information and explain the estimate as well as other information. I was very impress.

Everything looked great when they were done. They were prompt and efficient.

I waited for a few days after purchase for the company to call or email me for scheduling. They did not. I called and left a voice mail for return so I could schedule my service. They did not call back. I have requested a refund.

These people were not professionals. I tried to point out where they missed something or how uneven the cutting was. They were going to cut my rhododendrons!
