Description of Work: I paid for 'blown in' mulch, but I got much more than that. The men came with the intention of blowing in the mulch. However, they ended up hand spreading the mulch in order to protect the delicate plants in my garden. I was very impressed by how they cared for my plants. The garden looked beautiful when they were done. It took much longer than they originally had planned because they spread the mulch by hand instead of by machine. They did not charge me extra for their valuable time. We were very pleased by their service.

Description of Work: They got all my beds ready for winter.I had at least ten bags of compost not even opened or spread and winter is coming!So they trimmed all trees and bushes that needed them. they cut back my hosts,I have approximately 30 or more! They blew the leaves out of my beds in the front,to the curb,where the city will remove,recycle and make them into compost for next spring.They were prompt,considerate, and even helped remove deadly ugly weeds and dead bushes! Can't thank them enough!

Description of Work: Fixed bed after waterproofing work. I needed someone to move dirt, plant a few things and relay the retention wall (short). They completed the job in less than 4 hours and it looks great. They got a little lost coming to my house but were very professional workmen.

Description of Work: They prepared an area for grass seeding and edged beds around it. Then they seeded the area (about 15' x 30'), treated the area with grass starter and kelp and put down straw (the seed, straw, and soil amendments were mine). They put down about 5 yards of mulch on my beds on front and back of my house and edged my beds. They cleared beds of weeds. They mowed a good bit of my yard. They worked very hard, were personable and were happy to do whatever I wanted. It may not sound like a lot of work, but it really was, as I have a rural ranch house and the front and back landscaping is substantial (beds in the front are at least 6'deep) and weeds had taken over. The reason I had this work done was because my basement foundation tiles had been dug up and replaced in the spring and the landscaping around the house had been destroyed.

The project also included a truck load of top soil which they put down. They then planted owner-provided shrubs and roses. The landscapers provided top quality professional work. Description of Work: Had Pro-cut come and give me an estimate on some landscaping, which was broken down by area and price. After this service which i paid $99 for, they had a front yard special going for $1500 and supposed to be worth $2500. Well my front yard area was quoted at a little under $2500, so i asked if they could my front area for the $1500. they said they couldn't made any money like that being as my quote had more plants. So in my mind $2500 is $2500, no matter how you look at it. So when I said your $2500 special is really not worth $2500, they had nothing to say, said they would get back to me and never did.

Description of Work: They came out to the house to see exactly needed to be done. Two dayS later they arrived first thing in the morning aind restated what was to be done. I agreed. They were hard working, took no brakes and worked past the 2 hour agreement until they finished the beds that were on their list. I originally asked for all the flower beds to be mulched, knowing that it wasn't covered by the $149.00 sale price. They brought in the mulch and spread it generously over all of the beds. They had enough, so they mulched another bed. The mulch was extra, I knew that, and they were willing to stay and do it.

Description of Work: Purchased a Angie's List Big Deal for $165 for five yards of mulch. They completed the job on Thursday June 21, 2012, applied plently of mulch around my house and some large trees. Did an excellent job with application and clean up, I would use them again and refer them to family/friends.
