Description of Work: We purchased mulch installation from this company through Angie's List, but after seven left messages, my wife still had not been called back by the company to coordinate the service. I then got a random call from Angie's List representative taking a survey and I told her of our experience. She told me that Angie's List could refund the cost of the service that was never done. After that, the next day, we got a call from this company, so I suspect Angie's List alerted the company that we were unhappy. I talked to the representative from the company and explained what we needed, which was more than what we were able to purchase through Angie's List. He set up a time for one of his people to come to our house to look at how much extra mulch we needed and the weeds we needed pulled. The man who came to our house was not pleasant to deal with. He did not seem to be aware of the specifics of our situation at all, he treated my wife disrespectfully like she was stupid, and when he saw a bed in our backyard that was overrun with weeds, he shook his head and said, "Aw, you got to be kidding me." He did not know I could see and hear him from inside our house, but I felt his reaction was disrespectful considering pulling weeds was what we wanted to hire them to do. I don't know why our interaction with this company has been so bad as they seem to have high reviews in Angie's List, but that is not what we experienced.

Description of Work: I have purchased couple big deals in the past and this one is the worst. No one got back to me and I tried to call many time and left messages for 3 times. i also sent in an email. No reponse after one week.

Description of Work: We contacted Pro Cut before we purchased the Big Deal and had a lot of trouble getting a call back. When they finally called us back, they said that they were scheduling a month out, but that a "different group" was handling the Big Deal work. We tried unsuccessfully to get more information about that and decided, based on the reviews here, to just go ahead and purchase the Big Deal before it expired. 2 weeks post-purchase of the Big Deal landscaping special and after multiple phone conversations about when we might get on their schedule, they called to inform us that the Big Deal order should never have gone through because we are out of their service area. We are on the east side, they knew this from the beginning and they have 8 reviews from people within 5 miles of our address. We don't appreciate the dishonesty or the wasted time. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.

Description of Work: I purchased mulch through Angie's List Big Deal and had a heck of a time scheduling delivery. After two weeks of calling (which just went into the company's automated phone voicemail system) and emailing, I finally received a call back from Patrick. If it weren't for Patrick stepping out of the department he worked in (which apparently is the the mulch part of the company) to assist me, I would still be trying to get in touch with someone. This big deal became a big pain! Thankfully the mulch was delivered and the crew cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: I purchased a mulch delivery offer as a Big Deal and the provider explained that I should not have actually been able to purchase that Big Deal offer because they do not make mulch deliveries to my area. The Provider was very pleasant and very apologetic for the mix-up. I have no complaints but am just requesting a refund due to the circumstances. Thank you.

Description of Work: Although there was some intial misunderstanding about the value and amount of coverage for the $220 mulch deal, in the end we worked it out. For the price, it was still a good bargain for installation of approximately 7 yards of mulch. The crew was professional, courteous, and cleaned-up after job completion. The mulch looks great!

They were only there for 45 minutes, and I would have liked them to also remove the leaves between the garages on the right of my garage, as there were quite a few there. Another 15 minutes probably would have taken care of it. I wish they would have talked to me before leaving.

Description of Work: It was a little hard to contact the company and we traded phone calls alot. They were nice, arrived on time, and did a good job for a fair price.

Description of Work: The men that came to do cleanup in my gardens did a great job. They trimmed, removed bushes and cleaned leaf debris. They worked hard and were self motivated. All debris was removed and patio areas cleaned. I was very pleased and used them a second time at my mother's home. I would definitely recommend their work.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal and the company was vigilent to connect with me and get the service scheduled. It was a busy time of year and it was great to have them recognize the importance of getting folks on the calendar. They put in grass seed and added some soil to my yard. In addition they trimmed my bushes and cleaned up the area. A job well done. I'd use them again and from my recommendation several friends have had them do mulch and other yard work.
