Description of Work: delivered and spread mulch. Did not come for appointment when I called owner did not know his crew had not completed the job. Rescheduled and they came on time and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Complete mulch installation for all of my landscaped areas utilizing a positive pressure truck to "blow" the mulch into the beds. Mulch was put in and the crew cleaned up in a very timely manner, this despite the truck having a mechanical issue. Great service.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 8 hours of landscape labor. They sent 2 guys out for four hours. I asked them to remove several bushes and clean up a flower bed. One of the guys did an awesome job. He worked the whole time and was responsive to any of my questions. The other guy took frequent breaks and seemed to be constantly fidgeting with his iPod. I had to purchase another two hours of service to get all the work done. Had the first guy had another employee like himself, the work probably would have been completed in the initial 8 man hours. It's hard to leave a bad review when one of the employees did a good job, but in the end it cost me more money because the other employee didn't pull his weight.

Description of Work: Price for carting away leaves was $10.00 more than in deal, sent e-mail asking why, but no response. Have used this company before and quality of work has been excellent. Quality was okay this year but not as great as before. Cost of pre-emergent has gone up. Will still use them, they came on time and did work as scheduled, clean up after was thorough.

Description of Work: GAVE THEM A LIST & THEY COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION. USED THEM ON A MONTHLY BASIS TO DO YARD MAINTENANCE .

Description of Work: Pro Cut edged, planted flowers and mulched all flower beds in the yard. Our yard looked spectacular when they were done and I appreciated their attention to detail. I bought two Big Deal coupons for $199 each (2 men for 4 hours), but once our time slot was up I had to pay time and a half for them to finish. A little more than I wanted to spend, but the results were worth it.

Description of Work: Pay special attention to my comments. I gave this provider an A in the spring for their mulch service. My point is that I had no reason to believe I would receive horrible service on their next project. Odd was their recent lack of any follow-through on a job that was at least two thousand in value. One of their men came by in September to give me an estimate for landscaping, primarily in my front yard. The estimate was for work that was likely to be performed next spring, so their was no demanding time schedule involved. He asked questions, took some measurements, but never called back or followed-up, despite his promises. Then, after a complaint email, a representative called me on two occasions promising an estimate. I called and emailed on at least two more occasions, no one called back! Wow, Pro Cut is the definition of INEPT.

Description of Work: Refused delivery to our house and refused to refund money. Out $220. Call for delivery area - differs from stated. Customer service at Angies List wouldn't respond to complaint.
