Description of Work: The crew did a nice job on the spring cleanup of our yard. There was a glitch with scheduling so they arrived very late but stayed until the job was done well. They trimmed all the bushes, pruned some large evergreen trees, and cleaned leaves from around the landscaping. We were so pleased with the work done that we also got their deal on mulch as week later!

Description of Work: This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had; I am frustrated to the point of tears. I specifically joined Angie's list because a friend of mine had used this company before and had no issues and I have had nothing but broken appointments and rudeness. They were supposed to come and blow in my mulch on May 7th, I called and rescheduled due to the fact that we were getting three ash trees cut down and I did not want the wood chippings on my new mulch. I rescheduled to May 15th, it rained that day and after they didn't show up I called and they told me no, they would not come due to the rain, I talked to someone name Pat who said he was shocked that no one had called to inform me of that and that he would call Mike to reschedule, Mike called me back and we rescheduled to June 3rd. Well again on June 3rd which was a beautiful day, no call no show. I called again and was told this time that they "forgot" to put me on the schedule so they said they would come the next day by 3:30. Again they did not come and did not call, there was a light rain so I called Pat who said no, they wouldn't be coming and he would have Mike call me to reschedule. I never got a call back. So this morning my husband called and was told by Mike that they would be here at 4:00, at 4:30 my husband called Mike and Mike said they would be here at 6:30, and of course they did not come again and of course no one had the courtesy to call us. My husband called at 7 and got voice mail. I understand that weather plays an important part in this, however they do not have the courtesy to call and let us know if they are coming or not. I work at home, but what if I was taking vacation days to be here? I have had to reschedule 6 times and have not gotten my mulch yet! I have no idea if they are coming tomorrow or not. I have of course already paid with my credit card. At this point I am not even sure I want them to come......

Description of Work: Exactly what they were supposed to! Delivered, installed , and cleaned up mulch.

Description of Work: 5 yards of mulch. Three men unloaded and laid down the mulch. Afterwards they took me around the house to inspect their work. The work was done neatly and I was satisfied. All three men were friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Had to reschedule twice due to rain and equipment repairs, however; mike went out of his way to work with my schedule.

Description of Work: bought a special------my main concerns were that it was raining the afternoon I had the delivery scheduled for 1:30-2:30pm and I was home by 1:00pm. The truck and crew arrived a little after 2:30, but I didn't get a call confirming they were still on their way despite the weather and I wasn't sure if they were coming or not. | |The other concern was that the arrived with a large truck and a huge load of mulch. The crew did a good job of spreading it and covering the areas I indicated, but they said the amount of the truck was for 3 deliveries that day and I felt I could not be sure I had gotten the amount I had paid for. I expected a delivery of the mulch I purchased with the labor included. I would certainly know now to ask more questions next time to insure I was getting what I paid for. My next door neighbor also bought the deal to be delivered and spread in a few weeks, but is now worried about whether she will get the full amount of product she expects.
