Description of Work: Pruned shrub beds and flowers, spread mulch, some weed spraying. Took out too many flowering plants, didn't prune with care and skill. They did do a good job spreading a lot of mulch.

Description of Work: Pro Cut landscape Development. re-did our landscaping in the front of our home. Their first visit was July 9, 2014. Mike the person in charge of the service, said that they did not have enough mulch to complete the job and would return at the end of the week. When we didn't hear from him in about 3 weeks, I called the office and inquired when they would come back to complete the work; someone in the office said they would contact Mike and have him contact us. Almost another week went by and he emailed us on August 4 to contact him via phone to complete the service. I contacted him that day and left a voicemail message to let him know that he could come that Thursday or Friday August 7 or 8 to complete the job. However it was another 2 to 3 weeks we waited and I called the office on approximated August 29 to inquire when will they come and complete the job. finally they came on September 5, 2014. Everything is fine, except Mike inform my husband they would apply more round-up(weed killer) to the landscaping to prevent weeds. However, the weeds are in the landscaping and it is unsightly. Otherwise, I have no real complaints except for the response and the timeliness on getting the service done.

Description of Work: I took advantage of a deal on Angie's List for 750 square feet of mulch, installed, for $245.00. Pro Cut came promptly on the date and time they promised. They had three young men working to spread the premium, double shredded mulch. The mulch covered all my beds both in the front and back yards. They were very neat, polite, and hard working. It saved me a ton of work and I would use Pro Cut again.

Description of Work: We purchased a package offered via Angie's list. The package included hedge/tree trim, weed spray and mulch. The weeds returned within 2 to 3 weeks of spraying. the trimming of the hedges and tree were so, so . A small tree they trimmed was uneven and chopped on the topside. The first time they came out they only placed much at the sides and did notcomplete tree trim. They returned after I called to ask why mulch not laid in front of home and that tree was not trimmed. I was told they did not know if we wanted mulch in front. I am not sure why they did not call the day they were there the first time. The individual on the phone was very polite and apologetic.

Description of Work: I purchased "The Big Deal"for 4 yds of mulch that was to be sprayed (via the hose) in my yard. The two people that arrived were just kids (late teens; early 20's.) They had a wheel barrel and shovels, no hose. They layed out the mulch in all my beds; but it was no where near the 4 yards I had purchased, so I asked them it they could put the rest in my husband's truck. They had to call the office and were told that was fine. After they left, I checked the mulch and found that it ranged from 2" - 4" in spots. Not uniform at all. | |I would not recommend, or use this company again.

Description of Work: We had two separate coupons: one just for mulch and one for cleanup and weeding followed by application of mulch. We combined the two, because we believed that we needed extra mulch. The work was done promptly, professionally, courteously and to our complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal with Pro Cut Landscape Development for their spring clean-up. They did a wonderful job! Additionally, they were punctual and very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I contacted Procut Landscape to give me an estimate on rolling my lawn. In about a week someone from the company came out and gave me a reasonable estimate cost for the job. I paid the required deposit and didn't hear anything back from the company for weeks. So I called them and asked when they would be rolling the lawn, they said a "scheduler" would be calling to determine an appointment time. | |As the weeks went by I still didn't get a call from them so I started contacting them, twice a week, and still wasn't able to get them to schedule a time to do the job they were paid for. This went on for another month when I finally gave up and asked for my deposit back. It's been two weeks since a refund was requested and I still haven't received it. | |I've tried to identify where this company is actually located but the only address they have listed is a PO Box. I think this company is a scam and doubt that they actually do any work at all.

Description of Work: After our negative experience with another provider from Angie's list, we were a little apprehensive about trying another company. We are happy to report that we had an EXCELLENT experience with Pro Cut. Paul did a fantastic job assisting us with creating a beautiful landscape. As with every install, there are always errors or timing delays, but Patrick and Paul made sure to correct any potential issues and delivered a beautiful landscape that we love! Paul also provided assistance on the proper care of our new landscape so we will enjoy it for years to come. Thank you so much ProCut! We will definitely be calling again for all of our landscape needs.
