Pro Cut Landscape Development

Hi ..this is my second review. I haven't heard from you or Cut Pro in regard to the problems the Pro Cut team created from the job they did. As time goes by more of my lawn is dying from their over spray or what ever they did to it. I know they sprayed the weeds then cut and dragged them in a large lawn bag over my lawn, maybe the spray was transferred to the lawn. Now all my lawn around the flower beds have dead grass. I thought it might come back but it is still dying down to dirt.(my weeds are coming back!) I will need new grass either now or in the spring. I have a lawn service company and the grass was really thick an lush.I can't afford to pay for a new lawn. Also, my freshly painted house has clippings on the lower part, when they weed wacked they messed up the house walls. Can I send you pictures? I hope you can review.

It went well, and very quickly. Owner or manager who came out to do estimate gave great advice on care of trees and shrubs that we acquired with the purchase of the house about a month before. The only complaint is that we contacted them after the service to schedule additional services but we never received a callback.

My experience was horrible. They went to the wrong address. They showed up late. They ended up dropping the mulch down at the wrong address. I had to leave work early to deal with the situation. They burnt my grass with the weed killer. After I confronted them about the mulch being put in the wrong address, they decided not to put any weed killer on the rest of the beds and did a hurry-up job to finish everything up not finishing any of the trimming that was supposed to be in the package over anything else. They did deliver the rest of the mulch that they owed me. There was also some misunderstanding. I do not think it was quite clear that black mulch was dyed mulch to me either, but I do have to say that they were going to charge me for the dying. They did not charge me for the dyed mulch after all. Their price was very reasonable. It took them three weeks to almost a month to even get them schedule when it was advertised as two weeks. The thing they could have done differently is that they could have at least called and confirmed that they had the right address the day before. I talked to them that morning and they said that it rained last night, but it was still going to be fine. They could have confirmed the address when they talked to me the day off. That could have helped. That would have eliminated a lot of these problems. They could have at least bothered to even give me a follow-up call to ask how things went. They did not even do that. The workers were very friendly until they found out that I knew they had put the mulch down at the wrong address. It went from a great experience to a horrible experience really quickly. I felt that me having to take half-a-day off from work to go watch what they were doing and making sure they were right was just pretty clammy.

There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. They are a little bit hard to get hold of. Probably, they were not a hundred percent clear on the mulch that I would have liked them to apply. I think I had mentioned to them that we would have it at home. They were not able to come out for the first appointment. So, they came out on a different day, which was fine. But then they came out early in the morning and left a message asking me about the mulch. I called back but I couldn't get hold of them. So, I told them, "Unfortunately, the mulch was locked in the garage." I asked them, "Can you please bring some with you?" I guess, they didn't get the message. So they came out without the much. The mulch was not applied. But, we talked again. I asked them, "Can you please given me another price quote as to how much it takes to apply the mulch?" But then, we never heard back from them. Other than the mulch part, they did clean up.

It was VERY difficult to schedule service at a convenient time for me, the customer. Weekends were not a choice, which is absurd. Work was done, but they didn't bring any tools. Why would I hire someone to do yard work if I had all the professional tools required?? Not much value was added.

Very professional crew. They removed the weeds and spread the mulch (missed one small spot in yard) but overall good job

The landscaper brought a crew of a couple of guys and some equipment to do the work. I ordered two Angie's List coupons in order to get the work done, which he honored. During the process the guy thought he buried his phone so we took some time calling the phone and it turned out it fell out of his pocket and into the back hoe seat that he was using. He convinced me to let them just place the sweet peat on top of the "good" soil and just mix it in whenever I plant something. The soil they moved in there is SOLID CLAY. It's terrible and I never should have let them talk me into layering it like that. The peat that they placed down had washed away. I've been fighting this battle now each year, trying to mix good soil into the crappy clay. I rented a rototiller to mix some good stuff in and break up the clay, but can only do this in certain areas because I"ve got perennials that I've planted into the stuff that I thought would be okay. I really regret not insisting they mix the good stuff in while they had the equipment here. I can't do this by hand!

We used this company last year because of the great deal on purchasing mulch and having it layed out for us. Again this year, the guys came when they were to be there and started to work. They take the time to place mulch around flowers and plants without harming any of them and leave no sign of being there when completed except for a beautiful yard!

It was the quick response and punctuality that impressed me most. Also, the work was professionally done. The mulch started fading away after a few months. That is why I have ordered for a higher grade (Grandscape) this time. I waiting to see their punctuality, quality and professionalism this time. It's scheduled for July 29th. The scheduling did not go as smooth as the last time though. But it's understandable in summer.

The men sent were very nice, polite and hard working. Having not used AngiesList before or ProCut I wasn't sure how things worked or what to expect. By the time the guys were done my hard was transformed back to it's natural beauty. Because they didn't have time to do all I wanted I am going to use their service again. This was a good buy.

I signed up with a special offer in the fall. Seller agreed to delay delivery and application until spring, even though that exceeded the time limit for the special offer. When I called they set an appointment within a reasonable time, and they came at scheduled time and applied the mulch with efficiency and expedience. I was quite satisfied.

Pro Cut Landscape Development company provided 5 yds of premium mulch, purchased on Angie' List website, arrived on time and spread out the mulch with pneumatic blower system from truck on the landscaping and flower beds on the front, sides and back, cleaned up sidewalks and patio when work was completed. Did a very professional job.

Very prompt, very professional. I was able to talk over several suggestions of where to relocate plants and what to trim back, which was very helpful. They did a great job very quickly!

I have no problem to contacted with them after I did the order on Angie's List web. They gave me a very flexible time to schedule the service date I wanted. They left message and notice me first before they came to work. They did edging, cleanup, spray as I desired before to separate the mulch on my yard tree beds. They managed the well also on the mulch covering base on our conversation before they start their work. They did excelled job and best service to me.

The Biggest single waste of money on home improvement i have ever spent. Mike and team came on the day and time we scheduled and that's about all they did right. Mike forgot most of what he estimated. The crew poorly prepared the beds, the edging was horrific and the plants were planted off center. There were weeds poking through the mulch on the same day as the service. I called Mike and he sent someone over to fix. They centered the flowers and sprayed for weeds. The weeds never died, mater of fact they only grew and grew, i now have more weeds than flowers. i cant even clean the weeds because there are so many. I reached out to Mike on several occasions to correct the problem. He hasn't been responsive. I offered to pay any additional cost to fix the problem and still hasn't returned. I wish i could upload pictures of my flower beds.... correction weed beds. I hate to write a poor review as this is someone livelihood, but i feel like i was fair and gave Mike enough time to come back and resolve the issue, i even offered to pay for any additional cost that may be incurred. Its just that bad.

They came when expected and did a good job. When I complained that there was a bed in front of the house that had not been cleared of dead leaves, they came back and corrected the problem quickly. The weed treatment has been effective so far, which is a blessing compared to what we experienced last year.

Very polite, and came when scheduled, however mulch is very thin in several spots. My biggest concern is the 4+ hours of work to clean up the mulch spilling out of the beds and the stains on the driveway, porch, and sidewalk.

Any way we agreed on a time via Angie`s list, supposed to be Afternoon of Friday 5/22/2015.They show ,up at about 8:30 am. ,the Wife is not happy. They did a good job and Mike is a nice person to deal with.He did have a new man on the job which took some more time

Did good work. Mix up on the scheduling was disappointing.

It was supposed to be 4 hours with 2 workers. They got lost and arrived a little late. Arrived around 1:15 and left at 4:00. Not four hours, though he said the time was up. The work they did was great. I've used this coupon before at another location and that group worked the entire time.

I have use them several years. This is my third year that I used them. They are really great. They come out on time. First time I had them their truck broke down. I have seen somebody else write the same thing. They fix it and they came out that time. They must have issues with the truck that does the blowing. The next time they came they actually just had 4 guys who come and lay it. Which was fine with me too because they cleaned up everything anyway. So it did not matter. So you can't beat the price. I had literally just hired a landscaping company and ask for a price for deep edging only. That alone was $380. So I am getting [5:55] more. I am getting all my mulch and having it put down. It's a great deal. I have had it too and I worried about this. I said ok I paid a really cheap price but what if I need a little more or what if something is just not right and they have to do something. I have them do it and then say you really should have had 2 yard of mulch more. I'm like ha ha, this is really gonna get me there. They are really gonna charge me a ton for this. But they didn't. They were very fair about what they did.

Mike's partner had an emergency and had to leave. Mike did the bulk of the job on his own and had to return on Saturday to complete. The quality of the work was superb. Mike made some beds look much better than they have for quite some time.
