Pro Cut Landscape Development

It turned out pretty good. They will be calling and setting up an appointment in about 3-4 weeks, because what they will be doing they want to wait for Spring. They will be putting down mulch and trimming trees. They said they will be calling me, they seemed very nice.

Scheduling took a couple weeks, but they did show up when they said they would. There were two workers, so they were to spend 2 hours there. After giving them an orientation, I left for work, so I really don't know how long they were actually there. The quality of work was acceptable, but I felt that more could have been accomplished in the time allotted. It was a reasonable value but I wasn't wowed.

Very responsive and professional crew. Excellent work and beautiful results. Some plantings did not survive; however, that is likely through no fault of the company. I would recommend to others. They will definitely try to "up-sell" on special varietals, but will be responsive to the property owner substituting lower cost plants.

Very nice!! I always did this chore myself and thought I did a great job. Now, for the same price as the material, have a professional do the work, faster, cleaner, so how is easy that? They did an excellent job on the install and completely cleaned up after. In 45 minutes, the work was done)))

The snow removal took place early in the morning. It was complete, driveway and walks. A supervisor came today to go over the service, took notes, and wanted to see that everything was done right.

Job well done. The gentlemen that did the work were A #1 if I decide to mulch this year I will definitly g ve them a call.

They did an excellent job. They told me they would do whatever I wanted them to with the time I had on the coupon. They were true to their word and were able to get out these huge shrubs I had in the front. I even paid a little extra so they would do more work for me because they did such a good job. I was very pleased with them.

The appointment was delayed because of the fallout from Storm Sandy. The men arrived and went to wrk as soon as weather permitted. They explained what they were trimming and why they were leaving some shrubs alone. Everything looked nice when they finished.

Do be ready for them, because they pride themselves on punctuality. If they expect to be late then they call when they realize the delay and work out a schedule with you. Let them know what you want done and turn them loose. I purchased a set number of hours package and gave them a list that would have taken too long to complete. We talked about my priorites and the team knew exactly what to do to give me the most bang for my bucks. Use them once and you will want to have them back over and over.

Only drawback was that I would have preferred the lawn edging and subsequent clean up done after all the other jobs were performed. But it was all done when promised!

The company with a very friendly crew came out when promised and did a very nice job. Everything was cleaned up beautifully.

Pro Cut came out and gave me a quote for some big landscaping job, their quote was very competitive. We ended up doing the work ourselves.

Service was done timely and professionally. My only complaint would be the seeding. The new grass is full of weeds and will likely need to be reseeded again next year.

We had hoped that more work could be accomplished, but the Big Deal we purchased hardly made a dent in what we needed done. However, that was not the fault of the company.

Work was done on time. Although mulch coverage was generally to specification, it was thin in some areas. Quality of mulch was very good. Workers were a bit surly with my wife when she pointed out areas that needed attention with additional mulch. Overall, the quality of work was good despite the somewhat confrontational attitude of the workers.

We have found them to be prompt, courteous and professional. They listen carefully to what you want, and work to implement what you have asked. I recommend them unreservedly.

They did a good job overall. The crew consisted of young kids and I don’t think they did as thorough of a job as I would’ve expected.

I am very impressed with Pro-Cuts responsiveness and service. I ordered Daffodils planted through an Angies Big Deal offer. Even though the services they were providing were severely discounted they treated me as if I were paying full service price for their work. There was no substandard service for the reduced rate. I contacted them muliple times with questions. I wondered about planting the bulbs with annuals, cutting them back after blooming, whether I needed to be present for them to plant and many other questions. Every phone call and every e-mail was responded to promptly and courteously. The two gentleman that came to plant the bulbs arrived, on time, on a cold rainy day and they were still cheerful and pleasant to work with. When they were done planting they gave me advice on how to care for the bulbs, the blooms and the soil. This company is a group of top notch proffessionals that will my the first company I go to for any landscaping needs I have in the future.
