Went well - talked about what was to be done and went to work to do - everything was completed satisfactorily. Very professional and polite.

They showed up and performed the tasks we were seeking. Friendly/polite workers.

It went very well. Several men spread the mulch. It was done neatly and they cleaned up any mess. They also left me a pile of mulch that I could use later.

While the installers were very careful to spray mulch onto all exposed areas of the planting beds, they did force some mulch through the low-growing spreading junipers I have in several areas around my yard. The mulch that I did not rake off any of those greenery burnt those areas of the plants within two days. The ends of many branches turned reddish brown exactly where the mulch contacted the greenery. The burned tips looked similar to the way dead junipers look at the end of a long hot, dry summer. Unfortunately, it was only April. The mulch must have been too hot or dry for the roots of three mature spirea plants as well. They suffered through the rest of spring and summer last year, and largely died off my late fall, even though they were watered well. This past spring only a few branches on all three shrubs showed any signs of life, so I had to pull them out. It may have been something else, but I think it was the mulch. I would not recommend this particular supplier of sprayed on mulch.

Rich and Patrick were awesome!! They were great with calling me back and setting up a time to come out. They were extremely accommodating to ensure we could come up with a mutual time. I needed to be home to allow access into the back yard behind locked gates. Even better yet ~ they were on time!! They were both extremely professional and took their time going around the yard to see exactly were I wanted the mulch blown in. Throughout the process they would check in with me. And when they were all done they did go back and clean up any mess that may have been left behind. best of all the process was all done in about a matter of 1 hour. This was our first time having our mulch blown in. We will never do it any other way! Nor will we need to choose another company! they set up an appt and came when they said they would , but ran out of mulch to finish the area. They said they would come back when a crew was in my area again and fill in where needed, and within a week, they did.

If I could give them a higher rating than an "A "I would do it without hesitation. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would be here and did an outstanding job. They were very careful around all the plants and trees and cleaned up any mulch that went astray. They were professional, courteous and quick. Several people have stopped to look at our house since the mulch was put down. Don't hesitate to use them, if you do you won't be sorry. We will be looking to them again when we need mulch next time. They were very good. They actually went above and beyond. I bought two "Big Deals" from the so they sent out three guys for the whole amount of time and they really hustled probably the whole and cleaned up pretty much everything done. I wanted the additional hours because I had large projects for them to do. They came all in one day for both of them. I got three people for six hours to do the work. They came out about three or four weeks after I bought the second "Big Deals" last year.The service they provided me turns out really well. I gave them a large work load and they took care of it all and they actually were very careful not to twerp my yard moving all the rocks so that they don't have to replant any grass or anything. I was really impress with them.

The provider did exactly what he said he would do. He was prompt, courteous, and worked with me to provide the coverage I needed. It looked great and I was very pleased with the result and the service. Unfortunately, this was the first time that I had mulch blown into my landscape. This method is not desirable unless you want to do this every year. The blown mulch is so fine that it breaks down too fast. By this Spring it was not even apparent that I had mulched last year. I do recommend this provider if that is what you are looking for. Personally, I would only do this again if I could get the Angie's List special rate every year.

These guys are pros. This is our second year with them and they leave your yard cleaner than they found it. They offer a great price/quality ratio. The yard looks great.

The three man crew were polite and professional. They spread the mulch quickly and were very precise in the distribution. We have had other landscapers spread mulch over the last five years, This crew did the best job. We will use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I purchased an additional 3 yards. I was really happy with the job. There were no hang-ups along the way and everything went pretty smoothly.

They called and told me they would be in the area, showed up at exactly the time they said they would, installed the preimum grade mulch, and cleaned up their mess (or made none at all). Couldn't have done a better job myself!

Called Pro Cut Landscape Development to have them put mulch down in the beds. They came to the house and spread the mulch liked I had asked. I didn't even know they was here. They showed up and did the work. They cleaned up everything, left invoice in the mailbox.

This firm is "Quality" Their workers are very accommodating and hard workers. They are very professional. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

It went well. We enjoyed talking about some of my rare plants. They were very nice.

They showed up at my home , had a problem with their truck. They brought the truck back to be fixed and came back in 2 days. They were very apologetic about the problem and came back and was in and out in two hours and it looked great!!

Spring cleaning, edging and mulching, shrubs and trees trimming, some patchy area needed reseeding as well. Very professional and detailed estimate, prompt response to my phone calls and emails, very hardworking and professional team. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I have one problem with one of the japanese maple trees after trimming and after texting Paul on Sunday! he called me in 30 minutes to address my concern. He promised to stop by and look at the tree. I will probably use them in the future.

The crew was extremely hard working and did a fabulous job and this was the second time we had gotten the Angie's List Deal. However due to several factors we won't be using this company again and won't recommend them. The first problem was that they were extremely late. I had taken the day off and set up for them to come at 9 A.M. Unfortunately this wasn't communicated properly and the crew thougth they could come anytime. The more troubling factor that made me sour on the company is that I requested a quote for 3 yards of mulch with delivery. When I received the quote I informed the person I would think it over and get back to them. When I got back to them less than two weeks later I was told that the rate I was quoted was based on 10 yards of mulch. I was then quoted a higher price. When I called the company on the day of service to ask if the owner would honor the original quote I was told he would not honor the quote. Therefore, I will never do business with this company again. I refuse to support a business that isn't honest.

It's been a super-busy time of year for them, after several weeks of rainy weather here in Cleveland. However, they managed to get the job done for me in time for Mother's Day -- in fact the day before Mother's Day!! The blowing procedure is GREAT -- job gets done quickly and neatly, probably in about an hour for our whole property. Special thanks to Joe for doing such a terrific job. It's not easy work, but he never skipped a beat. THANKS, and we plan to use Pro-Cut again in the future. We're also hoping to hire them for retaining wall repair.
