Pro Cut Landscape Development

It went very well from beginning to end. It was in the middle of summer, so they were pretty booked, but I was able to get an appointment relatively soon. They did an excellent job on the yard. Also, I had forgotten that I had already paid online, so I paid again in person, and the very next day, the owner called me and let me know he was putting my check in the mail. I will definitely use their services again!

Pro-Cut continues to provide excellent service. They are very professional and their service is done in a timely manner. They also stand by their work until everything is done to our satisfaction. Paul Schwin is especially helpful. His suggestions and recommendations are greatly appreciated. He is the main reason we continue to use Pro-cut for our landscaping needs.

It was fantastic. I called them back to come and do 3 more jobs. The work has been outstanding. Their prices are reasonable. They were friendly and cooperative. They did everything I asked and they did it above standards. I have recommended them to other people.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for 4 man hours for $149. I had them do stuff that Hammer Lawn didn't do. A few years ago I had one of those flyers that people put in your mailbox and it was from Ohio State Landscaping. Not only did they trim the bushes and everything in the yard but they also put mulch. The bushes were dried up around all the trees and everything. Pro Cut Landscape Development didn't do that and as a landscaping service, I expected them to do that. I was expecting Pro Cut would do the same thing and I was disappointed that they didn't. I had all this work done and the purpose of having it done was so that the house will look better. There was something that should have been done.

They did not service my area so I was refunded my money.

They were very friendly and helpful over the phone, it was getting to far into the season to use the service so I got it refunded.

I would say it was a litle too much for leaves to clean up even though there were a great deal. I was expecting maybe some flower bed definitions etc but it all came down to general clean up with the coupon. Did a good job with that though.

We've used Pro Cut Landscape Development multiple times and we've been very pleased with them each and every time. Last year, we had them re-do our front yard completely. That was a $1,500.00 package and they did a very nice job, which is one of the reasons we continue to use them. It still looks wonderful. They do a little bit of everything.

The service turned out very well. We had purchased a big deal for the service. This was the first time using them. They were hard to get in touch with initially. I bought the big deal last year, and they were hard to get in touch with, apparently, I wasn't the only person that had the experience, and so when I tried to get in touch with them the second time, they were very responsive, and they called back a couple of days later, and they scheduled and they came out, and I would definitely use them again. It was really cool to get the mulch done that way, I don't think I will do it any other way. They blow the mulch on and that is so much better than anything else. You clean up your beds and they just lay it down and it is done in an hour. They come, and if they make a mess, they use the same blower and blow your sidewalks and everything clean. I think they may have been overwhelmed with the response to the big deal, and that is why, there was a communication problem in the beginning.

Terrible job. We have been using this company for a few years and each year would just keep getting worse. The grass was no longer being cut on a regular basis, the weeds were just left to grow over 3 feet tall everywhere, the ornamental trees the suckers were just left to grow 2- 3 feet tall which causes stress on these trees. The flowering shrubs, all the buds would be cut off before they could bloom. The so called spring clean was like we never even had one. The trash, leaves, branches, pine cones, needles from last fall were never removed and picked up. Our street looked like we did not hire a Landscaper at all. I got complaints from all the condo owners. Some of the owners started to pull the weeds and trim their own trees and shrubs. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They do an excellent job. The first team was my favorite team. The next time they sent was a younger team and I doubted them, but they did a better job than the first group. They don't waste any time at all.

Excellent prompt service and total professionals I will definately have them back again for more yard work and landscaping.

It took a long time to set up a time to do the work. (phone calls weren't answered in a timely manor) It only took one heavy rain to wash most of the color away from the mulch. Now I have fungus in the mulch it looks like a dog got sick in it!

They did a very good job. They showed up in uniform and completing a good job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We really liked them. They did a great job and the service was as advertised. We ended up spending more because we had more area that needed mulch than the special. It was a great service and did the job. It saved us a lot of hard work. This was the first time we used them. My husband was home and he said it was really neat how the guy had a machine that blew out the mulch. It did a great job and it was a great deal. Everything was real nice.

All contact with Pro Cut was excellent. Paul Stein came out twice, both at my request, to give me estimates on the work I wanted done. The team headed by Mike came at the time and date they said they would. The team worked guickly. They cleaned up and left my yard looking better than it ever had. Mike and the young men with him were friendly and respectful. I have had several comments from friends and neighbors at how well the place looks. I plan to use this company again soon. Will be recommending them to others.

Best service I ever had! Making the appointment was easy; they gave me their cell phone numbers to help finalize delivery time. They were prompt, professional, and I feel the service they provided was worth much more then I paid for. They put mulch in places that I forgot to ask for and that was not even in the quote. I highly recommend this company. I look forward to using them again in the future. Thanks Guys!

Everything went fine and the mulch looked great.

It took several month to get it scheduled and to get them to come out but they did a good job once they got here.
