Great, all around. The team did a great job preparing the areas (a little extra cleanup, great edging work, spread all the mulch evenly/appropriately). Friendly, prompt service. Would highly recommend.

It was good. It was great. I wasn't there.

Initially they changed the grade of 1/2 of my backyard and installed french drains that would collect rain water and then dissipate it into the surrounding soil. After a few storms, it became apparent that the initial drains were not working. They then returned and installed a larger drain in the backyard south of my patio that they told me was capable of absorbing 100's of gallons of water. I had them return the following summer to re-grade the remainder of the back yard and to plant new grass. The yard today looks worse than when they were hired - many bare and thin spots of grass. Even worse, I have been out in the yard on two occasions following torrential down pours and all of the french drains failed and I found myself standing in ankle deep water in my back yard and patio. Repeated calls to the firm were not answered and they failed to make a scheduled appointment to meet me to discuss the issue and to arrive at a mutually agreeable decision regarding future steps.

It went very well. They didn't charge anything extra. I even mentioned that we had some weeds on the drive and could they include that in the weed whacking and then I mentioned that we had some poison ivy in the backyard and so they came out and did that too, for no extra charge. The price was decent. Lawn things are not cheap, so it was pretty decent. I used them last year, I'll be using them again this coming year. It was a really nice job. They needed a little direction. I wasn't going to be home when they came and they didn't need to get in the house, so that was fine. I had everything unlocked. I tried to draw a diagram of what I wanted trimmed and stuff like that. I'm not an artist, it was really confusing. So they didn't get everything exactly, but then when I pointed it out - I ended up being home, I pointed stuff out - and they were all like, "Sure, we'll do more here and we'll do more there." They're very nice people. The young men they hire are very nice people. Mike is nice too.

They completed regular maintenance as well. They did a very good job.

It was fine. I think it was 5% off with what their normal rate is. Before they got here, I told the guy that I wanted to edge my sidewalk and driveway. I thought they would bring the edger which would make things go faster, but they had to edge my sidewalk and driveway with a shovel so that was more time consuming, so they didn't get to do some of the projects that I would have them do. If they had a piece of equipment that would edge, the edging would have gone a lot faster, but they were hand edging with the shovel so that took them a long time. If they didn't spend so much time on the sidewalk and driveway, I would have them do other stuff. I wish I've known that they would do the sidewalk edging by hand instead of with a machine.

Pro Cut was very professional, courteous and easy to deal with; however, I misunderstood what the deal included and was not able to use them.

Paul, do the consultation was knowledgeable and tried to help us keep costs down. Mike who ran the job was responsive and was onsite the entire 2nd day to ensure it all was done. I was shocked that in 2 days they could get it all done. It was 95 degrees and they worked the entire day. It looked great and they were cleaned up and done when they said they would be.

They were okay. I've used them several times. Their price has gone up really ridiculously from when I've first started. I wasn't home when they did it because there was rain and we had to reschedule. They missed two flower beds. I know if I've been home, they wouldn't have done that. They do a good job and I'll use them again next year. We rescheduled twice because of the rain.

It was hard to get in contact with them. After a few calls to their office I finally was able to get to reach someone. I scheduled an appointment and they did not show up on time nor did they call to let me know they would be late. I called the office to find out when they would be coming and they told me in a couple more hours. Once again they did not show up and did not call to tell me. I called to cancel the appointment.

This is the third year in a row we have used them for various projects. Once again they were first class and they did a great job. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

They came on time, did an excellent job in vacuuming up my many leaves on my property, and also trimmed my flowers for the winter. I was very pleased with their work, and I would use them again this year !

I would never ever hire them again. They did the job in one visit and I had to get on them to come back and finish it. So I was very, very unhappy with their work. I may have gone and ask to purchase a little bit more mulch because i certainly didn’t like the amount that was put down. It was as very thin. I cannot tell you that for certain though but as far as the service went, I was not very happy. They did not clean up very well after themselves either, I remember that.

They did an excellent job. Paul explained and made suggestions for the new landscaped area that went very well. The crew was excellent also. Kept me informed during the whole process, continually asked me if this was what I wanted and completed the job in good time. This is our 2nd year with Pro-Cut. I will hire them again. Excellent job. Great people. Very happy.

It went fine. They came out quick. The work was fine.

They were wonderful, will use them again for fall leaf removal. My yard is 1/2 acre, and is heavily wooded, which makes the task of leaf removal in the fall an impossible to keep afloat task for one person to do. They cleared the leaves twice this fall season with great professionalism.

I did not know what day Pro Cut Landscape Development would come to perform the lawn clean-up. It did not matter to me, though, because I work during the week, so any day was fine with me. They came the first time after most of the leaves had fallen, and the wind was fairly calm. They picked up all the leaves on all sides of the house and around the garage. They moved the garbage cans to pick up the leaves accumulated behind them, and cleaned up the leaves on my back porch. They took the leaves and other debris away with them. When I came home from work I was very pleased with the appearance of the yard. Pro Cut returned about a week and a half later, and went over the entire lawn a second time. They cleaned up all the additional leaves that had accumulated again. It would have taken me at least 3 days with a rake to do the work they did, and I would have had to pack the leaves in .the brown paper bags for the garbage collectors. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the way my yard was cleaned up. The clean-up job that Pro Cut did was well worth the cost, and I plan to hire them again if possible. I would recommend their service to anyone who is tired of raking and bagging leaves in the Fall. Richard Holl

This is the second year pro-cut has cleared the IMMENSE amount of leaves from my property. They were also able to clear most of the perennials and haul off some limbs. Overall, they did a tremendous amount of work in the time allotted. I'm a tough grader, so don't interpret a B as a slight - they did a very good job.

They did a solid job overall. Especially in our back yard, where we have a lot of trees. Removing the leaves and debris would've taken me days, but they were able to clear everything out and lay it by the street within a few hours. I will definitely be purchasing their fall cleanup package going forward. Possibly the spring cleanup as well.

This was a big deal purchase. It was okay. It was an eight man-hour service. They brought four people, but as I walked around the property I was seeing two of them talk, joke around and not really working. The quality just was not up to my expectations. It was my fiancée's property. She asked them why they were not pulling the grass and weeds and just putting the mulch over them. They said the mulch would kill it, and it didn't.

It went great. We bought a deal for $269 and they were at the property twice for fall cleanup, Did a great job.

They were very responsive and scheduled the work to be done within one week of my request. They cleaned up a very large yard filled with lots of fallen leaves and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

It was good. I get something extra and I paid them. The price was good. I will use them again.

They took a lot of breaks. It was a hot day, but they seemed to be leaning on their truck every time we glanced out the window. The company sent 2 very young men who really didn't seem to want to exert themselves. They left some tall weeds along our back fence. They arrived on time. They left without speaking with either of us. We were disappointed.
