Pro Cut Landscape Development

4 men worked 1 hour which they considered 4 hours. I do not. Angie's list bombards me with emails promoting them. Why?

Mark came to my house a few weeks ago to quote several projects we had in mind. We went with Pro Cut because they did everything we were looking for and had such great reviews. Mark was very knowledgeable, especially on the tree/plants/bush areas. We discussed a 1000 square foot patio, a new front porch, removing an old tree, removing several bushes, and landscaping around the house. Mark said he didn't do the quotes and that someone would be getting back to me once Mark gave them all the information. Judging by other quotes we received, this job would easily be between $30-50k. Quite an enormous job and we honestly didn't think it'd be that high, but that's what I'm guessing due to others just quoting the patio at around $20-30k. I didn't hear anything for a few days so I called Pro Cut, not once, not twice, but three times looking for an update. Each time they told me they were surprised someone hadn't gotten back to me and would personally track them down and get me the quote. Never happened and I got tired of dealing with it. I'm not going to beg someone to take my years salary. Apparently whoever does the quote makes much more than that to pass up that much money. Per reviews, it looks like this was a fluke and I'm sure spring is their busiest time with all the planning, but a quote isn't very much work, they'd already done the hard part of coming out and hearing all of our ideas. No idea what happened. Maybe they're only interested in six figure jobs.

The crew members that came out to the house were very hard workers, polite, and conscientious. We would recommend Pro Cut Landscape Development to others. I'm certain we will utilize their services again in the future.

I purchased a coupon for 194.00 for 4 man hours. I have a very small yard but with my work schedule, I would have never gotten around to cleaning out the flower beds and small box garden. I would think that there would be no leaves left or high weeds in any of the areas. In addition, they left about 3 feet along the fence without even being touched. What disappoints me most, they didn't mow the lawn. Even if the lawn mowing wasn't included, they did a very poor job at cleaning the flower bed. I'll get out there and blow out the rest of the leaves.....as well as clean the deck of leaves the blew up there. Next time I'll just do it myself. I took pictures of it on my cell.

They did okay. It was alright. They actually had 3 guys doing it so instead of 2 men for 2 hours, they actually had 3 guys doing it for about an hour and a half. They were nice and knowledgeable. They were just hauling away stuff so it didn't take a high level of expertise. It's a good thing the owner was there because they started dragging stuff through the yard and tearing it off and he made them stop. They gave me a quote on some other work, I might use them.

4 in experienced you guys -(kids) arrived an hour later that they were scheduled. One of them with a phone, called himself being in charge of others. Arrived 2:30pm- took them at least 20 minutes to get going. He was on the phone more than doing the work- One hour into the work he called me outside to tell me that time is running out and won't be able to get the work done. I had to explain to him that the two guys in the front yard, have finished and basically wasting time. Then he got them to come in the back yard to help. I told him that I have a second coupon, but I do not want to use it.- that the 8hrs- which means 4 guys for 2 hours should be able to get the job done. It has been done by same company, different , more mature guys. Then I saw them pulling out of my drive with job not being completed at 5Pm. As far as we are concern- they are not deserving of the 8 hours coupon. let aloe any more. They did use the aeration machine, which the guy did not know how to operate it and took big chunks of my grass off, as if you have got a patchy hair cut- pieced of your hair missing in areas on your head. Actually my back yard is more messy, than before they came over. We are very dis-satisfied with their work- We will NEVER have them back. Very DISAPPOINTED. I waited since past fall to write my reviews, because I really willing to give them another opportunity to improve. unfortunately that was not the case. If anything I'm even more determined, to let people know. I also don't recommend for Angie's list to advertise for them. It will affect your rating by having them on your list. I don't think they deserve the coupon at all- now. I have to get some other company to come to cleanup the mess they've left. I have pictures on my cell phone.

Even though I was technically out of their geographic service area, Mike really accommodated us and made arrangements to come nonetheless. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The yard maintenance work they did in a few hours saved us a few Sundays of yard work.

They were punctual & professional. We had a very good experience.

The team was great - showed up on time, finished everything we had hoped to get done. The yard is ready for spring.

Crew arrived early, lead worker knocked on the door and we reviewed all the work that would be completed. Very professional. Completed the job in a timely manner and did an excellent job. They also offered to do additional work they identified. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend the to everyone.

Scheduling was fine . They did a great job and cleaned everything up. I would definintely use them again.

Truck arrived close to the agreed upon time. They did their equipment set-up after evaluating the yard area and began to spray the mulch. Mulch location, distribution and layer thickness was well controlled, they do know what they are doing. After the work was done, they cleaned up after themselves so you could barely tell they were there. Areas of concern are related as to when they will come to apply the mulch. It was somewhat frustrating in getting a schedule date from them as to when the work will be done. My being new to this process I do not know If mulch fungus is part of the side benefit or if it was a bonus included in the package. I spent the better part of a month clearing out the fungus and may doing more of it in 2014.

Crew was punctual and professional and worked non-stop until the work was done. They cleaned out all of the garden beds around the house and in the yard, blowing and collecting leaves and removing perennial debris from last year's growth. This job would have taken me a weekend or two, so it feels great to look outside and see the work is done!

They did a great job. They were very efficient and left everything very clean when they were done.

It went extremely well. They brought sufficient help to get the job done. Yard was left clean and tidy. They even moved some of my patio furniture to ensure they got all the leaves. Only thing they couldn't do was get some of the leaves where the lawn/yard was still wet and not rakeable. No issues with that, as I understand. We have some areas of the yard that take a long time to dry out. Having them haul it all away was great as well. Brought sufficient trucks to haul leaves and branches. They even removed some of my dead hostas. I normally do this myself but it was done when I got home. Great Job Pro-Cut!!! My yard is clean and looks great again.

I have 26 trees in my backyard, and with the early snow last fall I was unable to get all of the leaves picked up. This left a sloppy, muddy mess this spring. Mike and his crew "swarmed" my yard and removed every wet, soggy leaf, branch, stick, and twig they could find. This was a BIG job. Considering it was 30 degrees and incredibly wet I am amazed at how much they accomplished. I couldn't be more pleased.

I gave them a bunch of dates and they were able to accommodate the delivery. They ‘re really good and the price was also very good.

They did a great job! They were very nice and did exactly what I asked them to do. It worked out great!

It was very good. I can't say anything specific stands-out about them but they were good and I was definitely happy with the work. My interaction with the provider was very good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They came out two weeks after the deal was purchased.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went extremely well. They were competent, professional and practically self-starters. They really did meticulous work in the areas and did some splendid cleanups. They did some very, very good things. I didn't spend any additional. I've actually used them again.

Just as a note, I don't remember the date,so I estimated. They did a very good job and I feel a got a very good deal for my money.

I wasn't particularly sold on them...number one the guy didn't come back and checked on his work....for him that is not a good idea. If not to come back and see if he liked what was done...he didn't. He sent me three guys and three is not a good number...he is a young kid...so he ended up with two working on my lawn...so all in all I wasn't that happy. They could have done more. I wanted them to resud a section where I had my basement...they have torn up the side of the yard. I wanted them to have the machine where they go around it and cut it in...cut through the edges....that basically what I wanted them to do. They didn't scratch up the dirt well enough. I thought they could have done a little further with the flower beds. I am used to workers that work hard. The owner doesn't come back to check on the work...how an owner could know if he doesn’t come back and check...or even call. But neither thing...that made me wonder...he doesn't care. They did some of the work.

They were fine. They showed up and did the work we needed them to do for the price we paid.
