Description of Work: Rocco came to quote a repair for a crack in the basement foundation. He verbally gave me a quote that I thought was decent and he said he would email a quote that evening. I let him know that I was interested in having him do the work. However, I did not receive the quote by the next morning, so I called but got his voicemail. He did not return that call that day or the next. Over the past few days, I must have called at least 6 more times and got his voicemail. I left messages but never received a return call. My messages were very polite. Okay, I understand that this was a small job and you may not want to do the job. But be a man and let me know right then or have the decency and good customer service to at least return my call and let me know you don't want to or can't do the job. That I can live with and respect you for, and would even consider referring your company to friends. However I have no respect for you or your company if you ignore customers and treat them like this. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Description of Work: We bought a deal $50.00. We did not need them to come out right away no pressing issues but we needed an inspection for water in our crawl space. When we did call him to come out it was one excuse after another as to why he could not return our calls. Getting his phone fixed. Promises of call backs. Our deal expired in the mean time. We finally got him on the phone to see if he would come out and still honor our purchased deal. We were told probably, let me give you a call back. We are out $50.00 and still waiting on a call back.

Seems to be overbooked. |Cannot get a firm commitment to get an estimate. My schedule is open during the day and some evenings.

Description of Work: We have used them in the past and were satisfied, but he does not return phone calls or emails. It took intervention by BBB to get him to return calls to correct job. We tried to contact him again for another job and he still hasn't returned email or phone call

Description of Work: I contracted with Olivieria & Son to waterproof 1 basement wall appr. 24ft. Rocco did exactly what he said he was going to do and was there everyday till the job was completed and communicated with me and advised us what and why he was doing what he had to do. He even went that extra step. He cleaned up after himself and was very considerate of the property and the neighbors property. He came to me highly recommended and I highly recommend them also.

Description of Work: They were referred to me by a client of mine. They treat your property and your home as they would their own. Nice family run business. Very neat, clean and dependable. Our drain tiles were totally plugged. They came out and replaced existing lines and waterproofed the walls and provided a 20 year warranty. Corrected work performed by another company done 8 years earlier incorrectly.

Description of Work: Rocco & his son Mark came and did some sewer repair at my property and did an excellent job. They dug up the front yard to install a new pipe and even put a clean out so I can snake it in the future.

Description of Work: Rocco and Mark are truly a class act. I had no prior knowledge of this sort of job and was hesitant to spend this kind of money. They spent plenty of time explaining the process and made me feel at ease. In fact they pointed out ways to save me money when other contractors wanted to do extras that were not needed. They were there on time, polite, clean and efficient. I have referred one job to them already and hope to keep sending people there way. Olivieri and Sons went above and beyond. There concrete and brick work was exceptional as well. They have followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Turned out to be a great investment. I am really enjoying a dry basement and look forward to finishing it soon. Thanks Mark and Rocco.

Description of Work: My walls were showing signs of cracking so I called Olivieri and Sons and they came out, inspected the walls, looked around the property, and realized the ground was pushing on the foundation. so they told me I need to eventually get it done or it could get worse. And you don't want that so I hired them to do the job.

Description of Work: Oliveri and his son came in to clean up a mess created by another provider and dug all the way down to the bottom of the foundation to take care of the problem. They did a lot of work and worked very hard. He was right on schedule and was extremely easy to work. Communication was very, very good and if he was going to be late he'd call ahead of time to let us know. He really knew what he was doing and was extremely thorough.

Description of Work: Now I understand why there are no reviews for this company. Rocco Olivieri generally seems confused -- he called somebody else (the wrong number ) to cancel our appointment, he could not recall which basement walls had the most water leakage and had to go back down the basement after I mentioned the crawlspace. Since I have a condo, I had to submit three quotes to the Board. Mr. Olivieri provided a verbal quote and when I asked him for a written quote, he seemed very surprised and said, "Right now?" I would think anyone would want a proposal in writing before starting any job. He said he would drop it off the next day -- which he never did. He said that he didn't think he'd get the job anyway because the price was so high (a very positive attitude) and perhaps this is the reason he didn't provide a written quote. Be wary.
