It took two meetings with Justin to decide on the size and scope of the project as well as for him to measure. We had a prior plan to be out of town at the time that we happened to end up on their schedule so the work took place entirely while we were gone. We felt comfortable with is based on our meetings with Justin, the fact that all of the work would take place outdoors as well as his highly rated history on this site. When we returned from vacation, to find the work about 95% complete and it all looked great we could find nothing to complain about. He returned the next day and finished the small detail items (minor wood trim, door hardware install, etc.) In the final analysis, Justin fulfilled each item on the list with high quality results. A few weeks after the project was complete, there was some "bubbling up" of the subfloor so a call was made to Justin. He responded to this issue extremely fast and corrected this minor defect with no residual issues. We couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Because Justin is so highly rated, he is very busy so prepare to be patient while he works his way to you. Definitely worth the wait!!

They spent several weeks at our home and it was never an inconvenience, they were fun to have around, they sort of became part of the family for their short stay.

The work was done professionally - questions were answered before work started and then during work. Arrived on time and were very careful on containing the dust and clean up every day. The choice and kind of stain I was wanted was honored and it was also said that he used Old Masters also. Stairs and railing look new and I am very pleased. I would use them again.

Terrific service, as always! Very friendly. Always arrives at the time scheduled. Worked on multiple projects including installing a new support beam in the attic as well as fixing a leak. In addition, while he was here he offered to fix a door latch that was a bit difficult to use. I would highly recommend utilizing for any small or large project. I have utilized his services multiple times and plan on continuing to do so. Thanks for another great experience!

Did not hire Justin to do the work. Went with a different company. It was a tough decision because Justin was very professional and seemed very qualified.

Done well and in the time appointed. Thoroughly prepared the walls for painting, ordered the paint, primed the ceiling and walls of a small bathroom and finished the job in a day. Everywhere was cleaned up after. Very professional job.

The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently. We were in a hurry--my dad was due to move into the condo in two weeks' time. We wanted to get the dusty and messy stuff done before his arrival. Meisters got a lot done, and cleanup was thorough. Having all the doorways widened to 32" to accommodate his power chair makes getting around the new place much easier. Also, the walls being knocked down and hauled away? Great. So glad that is done! Justin is a capable boss. Thanks for helping get my dad's place ready.

In spite of a complicated time frame (holidays and weather) the work was done expediently and well. I would not hesitate to recommend Meisters. I have no doubt that we will enlist their help in the future.

Did not arrive and did not call.

Justin responded to our initial call immediately. He arrived on time ready to work, assessed our needs and then suggested some alternative solutions that might save us money. His initial repairs were outstanding. We were so pleased that we asked him to install some ceiling molding in the kitchen. Once again everything went smoothly and quickly and we were completely satisfied with the work. We asked Justin back to install ceiling molding to an even larger number of rooms. Justin is highly professional and very easy to work with. He truly wants to do the best possible work to make the client happy. We have no reservations about recommending him for any type of project, large or small.

The work took several days to complete, but the boardwalk looks great, and is solidly constructed. I'm very pleased with the outcome. I have worked with this contractor before, and will continue to do so for carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks.

The deck took two days and the shelving installation 1/2 day. I only had to wait a couple weeks for them to come out. The deck is on the north side of my house so the painting was shortened due to the deck needing to dry out. the deck looks great and is better than I imagined. The deck was in dire need of staining. Once the shelving was installed and I moved the lawn furniture off the deck I noticed a soft spot from the wood putty filler that hadn't hardened. I contacted Justin to let him know and he came out a couple hours later. Super responsive!! I didn't expect him to come out so quickly. I plan on having his group repair an area of soft fascia they found and also asked for a couple more estimates for the interior.

Justin communicated very well and responded quickly with a quote for the work. He and his employee were very professional and personable. The pipe repair was not part of the original quote and I asked Justin if he could repair it. Justin did not hesitate and performed the repair along with the other work. All work areas were cleaned and debris was hauled away. I even came home to find all my tools hanging on the peg boards that had been installed! Very happy with Meisters and I will call them for future projects.

Contractor showed up promptly at the appointment time and completed the work in one session. The new fixtures look great and have greatly improved the appearance and functionality of the upstairs bath.

The work was done very well. The deck hasn't looked this good in years, so I was very happy with the outcome. I am a repeat customer of this company. The men on the crew are polite and courteous and seem to all be good people. I was glad that they discovered the issue with the raccoon, and made the repair. At Meister's recommendation, I had the house inspected for raccoons, so I hired the folks from SCRAM (affiliated with Ohio Wildlife Center) to inspect. Raccoons had not breached the house, but had damaged a flat, shady portion of the roof where they liked to lay during the daytime. I was not aware of the problem, so I was glad Misterm discovered it before I had a roof leak.

I was in a hurry to finish a back room living space which I was renovating before carpet was installed and my moving in. Room needed drywall prepping, painting and baseboard trim installed. Justin came out and provided a reasonable estimate. Started work the following week and finished within my time frame. Justin was very professional and courteous to my home rules. He cleaned up any mess that was left behind. He was awesome and provided a solution to adding transitions to the baseboard trim that did not match. Would definitely hire again.

This is the 4th job they have done for me. I highly recommend them. They are punctual, detailed oriented, takes the time to do the best job.

It was a very good experience for just blindly choosing a handyman from Angie's list. Of course it helped that Justin's company had all A's and very good reviews. Justin was prompt, professional and personable. He would let us know when he was coming and would call if he was going to be late. He worked diligently and cleaned up after himself. We would highly recommend Justin even though we thought his prices were a little high.

Had an estimate day after I called. Guys showed up early next week and completed the job that day. Window looked brand new and he even sealed the inside of the window with no extra charge. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Justin was very professional & personable. He did the 2 jobs within about 2 hrs and we have had no trouble with either one since. We had called another provider who said they couldn't get to us for at least a month. Justin came to see what the job entailed and said he would fit it in within the week before he left on a vacation. We will definitely use he again for service.

There was a lot of repair work on the trim. They did a super job. It looks great! They were on time, very polite, and very easy to work with. We were very pleased with how it turned out.

We called Justin Swartz to see if he was interested in giving us an estimate. He was, and came within a week or so to see what we needed to have done. He arrived on time and was very professional. He then e-mailed the estimate, we accepted; and he scheduled the work to accommodate us and some other work we needed to have done in our home. Justin was always on time, polite, and professional. He finished the job when he said he would, and we were very pleased with the quality of the work. We would definitely use Meisters LLC again and would not hesitate to recommend Justin and his company.

I needed this work done in a hurry, and Justin was very accommodating to my needs and schedule. He made 2 trips to our home to install all but the handrail that needed modification, and then to install the handrail after Fortin completed their work. This was a very good experience.
